Singapore Airlines Airbus A380 version 2

File Description:
Demoversion with banners, new VOR gauge, with new PANEL and GAUGES, new external model, sound and virtuall cockpit. The Airbus A380 is a doubledecker, four-engined airliner manufactured by Airbus S.A.S. It first flew on April 27, 2005 from Toulouse, France. Commercial flights should begin in 2006 after 15 months of testing. During much of ist development, the aircraft was known as the Airbus A3XX. The A380 is now the largest passenger airliner, topping the Boeing 747, which was the largest for 35 years. However, the Antonov An-225 retains the record of being the world's largest commercial aircraft. The media has termed the A380 a "superjumbo", with some comparing it to Howard Hughes's Spruce Goose. The first A380 prototype was unveiled during a ceremony in Toulouse, France, on January 18, 2005. Its manufacturer's serial number is 001, and is registered as F-WWOW. The new Airbus will initially be sold in two versions: the A380-800, carrying 555 passengers in a three-class configuration or up to 800 passengers in a single-class economy configuration. Expected range for the -800 model is 8,000 nautical miles (14,800 km). The second model, the A380-800F dedicated freighter, will carry 150 tons of cargo 5,600 miles (10,400 km). Airbus made the cockpit layout, procedures and handling characteristics similar to those of other Airbus aircraft to reduce crew training costs. CYUL AI Traffic to All Runways Including Non-Parallel 10/28

File Description:
The BIG BIG improvment in this AFCAD file is the use of ALL the runways for AI traffic (even non parallel runway 10|28 over 06L|24R). The only limitation i put is not to have departing aircraft on runway 10 (you can remove that limitation using AFCAD). I did it that way because ATC is not handling the traffic correctly with departing 06L and 10 at the same time - it is creating a nightmare on taxi to take off and hold shorts. However the landing on both 06L and 10 are working fine. This is an AFCAD file for the default FS2004 CYUL airport. Lots of parking (similar to real life with some adjusments to parkings and taxiways to comply with the limited default scenery). It is sadly not compatible with CYUL2004 from Pilotes Virtuels du Quebec - but if someone from that team want it i could create a similar addon for you guys. Parking numbers are not accurate as in real life - same limitation here with the default scenery.

Rolls-Royce Merlin Sound Package

File Description:
A few weeks ago at an airshow, I had the opportunity to get up close up to the Spitfire and get some recordings of that beautiful Rolls Royce Merlin engine. I have used some of these sounds for this sound pack and the result is absolutely amazing. Now I've got a spitfire which truly sounds like it should. This is a small file but don't be fooled, you'll love it, guaranteed! Obviously I don't know how a Spitfire sounds on the inside, so I've tried using FS9 default sounds along with some sounds downloaded from the internet and from a sound effects disk and wow, what a result. This file was created using the Alpha Spitfire as a test bed, so I'm not sure what it will be like in any other model. If you want to know what it sounds like, try putting these sounds into the Cessna 182S model as they run perfectly in that plane except it doesn't have retractable landing gear! I promise, you won't be disappointed!!

Ghana Airways 1998 AI Flightplans

File Description:
Ghana Airways was only 6 years from the end of a long history in 1998. A pair of DC-9-51s flew around West Africa, sometimes on 6-stop flights, while the 2 DC-10-30s(one of which was still in the old livery) flew to New York and the 3 routes remaining in Europe. Though based in ACC, ABJ seems to have had more flights and destinations from the DC-9s. One of the DC-9s was destroyed in a crash landing 2 years later and the airline never recovered, shutting down in 2004. A single Fokker 27-600 was operated by the Ghana Air Force as "Ghana Link", a regional subsidiary of Ghana Airways, in full Ghana military colors. Hellenic Air Force F-4E Phantom II

File Description:
Full compatible with both FS2K2 & FS9 versions, this "VietNam camouflage" repaint, is representing an F-4E Phantom II in service of 338th Squadron of Hellenic Air Force. The model is made by Kazunori Ito, the textures and the panel by Nick Karatzides. The package contains realistic sounds made by Angelos Hatzikatakos. A new panel was made by Nick Karatzides according pictures of the real Phantom cockpit. The panel uses the fine radar and HUD gauges, compatible with both FS2K2 & FS9 versions, made by Paolo Dessani and Eric Marciano. Nick Karatzides also made an accurate checlist for FS purposes and the VERY completed flight manual (38 pages) which can be read with Adobe Acrobat. This "F-4E_HAF_v1.zip" package is for EXPERIENCED FlightSimers and virtual pilots who have a "good feeling" on the controls and do not "kick" the contol stick while flying...(no mistakes allowed especialy during landing phase!) It is for people who want to know how it looks to fly with a modern fighter. The package contains visual effects, night lighting, fine looking mechanical parts movement, smoke contrails, realistic gears extracting / retracting etc.

EHAM for NL2000, Multiple Runways, First Attempt

File Description:
AFCAD2 File for : Amsterdam, Schiphol Intl Airport, the Netherlands ( EHAM ) for NL2000 Scenery . with Runways 06 and 36R for landings and 36L and 36C for take-offs . NL2000 scenery can be found on Avsim as nl2kv291.zip . All credits to NL2000 team for the NL2000 scenery, many many thanks . ( Not to bo used with the default scenery ) This Afcad file was originally made by Victor Nauta as af2nl2k29v2_eham.zip . But now with breakthrough NON parallel runway assignment by Project AI, Jim Vile and Reggie Fields, non-parallel runways can be used simultaniously . Thanks to Jim . Although created to use all runways, something I can't do about it is to make FS9 use South or West bound traffic . Now only North bound traffic is possible as Victor Nauta also complained about and didn't see a solution as well . Even with maximum wind from South-West ( a common thing in the Netherlands ) AI is still assigned to North or East bound . I have closed Runway 9 as it is rarely used, and also Runway 4 ( Gen. Aviation ) closed to avoid smaller turboporops landing there . Have fun, Silvester

LFMI - Istres/Le Tube

File Description:
Welcome to Istres Air Base/BA 125. Istres is an Air Base use by the French Air Force and is also a base for the helicopter squadron. It has a large repair and is a large training facility. It's common to see the Alpha jet visiting the BA 125 during their training. Alpha Jet used by the Patrouille de France.

The Air base is large enough to accomodate all type of aircrafts and even up to the B747. It has 1 major Rwy 15/33 of 12303 Ft /3750 m. I have included the 15C/33C grass rwy for use by ligth G.A aircraft and other Gliders. Put up on a nice landing and Hot dog will be waiting for you down there! ;) I have developped all aprons, included the ILS rwy 15 and developped the Tower area, increased the amount of parking due to the space available. Istres has a tremendous amount of parking spot. I have included the chart as well for VFR traffic. 2 Parallel Rwy to the active one, these are closed! do not mistake them with the grass one! ;) Have fun!

World GA Traffic

File Description:
These AI flight plan files have been created as a replacement to (NOT an addition to) the default Microsoft FS2004 GA flight plans. If you already use proper AI flight plans for commercial traffic, this is ideal for you. The default flight plans, as many know, are far from realistic as traffic just flies back and forth between two airports at regular intervals throughout each 24-hour day.These replacement plans are far more realistic in that: a) Aircraft keep flying to different airports throughout the day, returning home in the evening. b) Each aircraft flies to different destinations on different days of the week, c) Evening flights are substantially reduced, d) Night flights are minimal, and e) Appropriate country-based tail numbers are used. The flights comprise a total of 25389 aircraft, flying to 5520 different airfields. There are no circuits or touch and go flights to hamper your landing. They use only the MS default aircraft and fly to and from the default GA airports in FS2004. The only vintage aircraft included in these plans are DC-3s and Piper Cubs.
