| RAF North Creake |
|
File Description:
RAF North Creake is a former Royal Air Force station located 3.3 miles (5.3 km) southwest of Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk and 5.7 miles (9.2 km) northwest of Fakenham, Norfolk, England.
Originally used in 1941 as a decoy site for RAF Docking, construction of this Class A airfield began in October 1942, with the station being provided with accommodation for 2,951 male and 411 female staff. The airfield had 36 loop type hardstandings, two T2 hangars and one B1 hangar.
By December 1943 the airfield had passed to 100 Group, although it did not immediately become operational as consideration was given to upgrading the airfield to Very Heavy Bomber Standard. In the event, this did not take place, with RAF Sculthorpe being selected for upgrade.
Short Stirling III's from 199 Squadron arrived in May 1944 to complete Window and Mandrel operations against enemy radar tracking of Bomber Command raids, however, in March 1945 these were changed to Handley Page Halifax III's. In September 1944, No. 199's 'C' Flight was used to re-form 171 Squadron, who contributed to 100 Group's radio counter-measures activities with Halifaxes.
The RAF relinquished the station in 1947, and the area is now used for agriculture, though some evidence of runways, buildings and facilities remains. Seventeen aircraft were lost from the airfield, eight Stirling's and nine Halifax's.
The control tower survives, and has been converted into a house, offering bed and breakfast.

| RAF Elsham Wold |
|
File Description:
In the late 1930s with a new war on the horizon, extra airfields were again needed to accommodate an expansion of the RAF. Former First World War stations were surveyed for suitability, and an area just to the west of the original Elsham site was deemed to be better suited. work began in the winter of 1939-1940, and the station opened with the arrival in July 1941 of 103 Squadron. The station was equipped with a main runway 2,000 yards (1,829 m) long, and two subsidiaries of 1,600 yards (1,463 m) and 1,400 yards (1,280 m). Three hangars (two T-2's and one J-Type) and 27 aircraft hardstands (later increased to 36) were built. Three more T-2 hangars were built in 1944. Accommodation for around 2,500 personnel was dispersed in the nearby farmland.
No. 103 is credited with more operational sorties than any other 1 Group squadron, and consequently suffered the group's highest losses. Of the 248 bombers lost on operations flying from Elsham Wolds, 198 were from No. 103 Squadron. By type, losses were 28 Vickers Wellingtons, 12 Halifaxes and 208 Lancasters. One Elsham Wolds Lancaster, Lancaster III ED888 M2 (Mike Squared)[3] which served with both Nos. 103 and 576, held the Bomber Command record for operational sorties, having completed 140 between May 1943 and December 1944.[4] A total of 974 operational hours. File Description:
Marchwood Sea Mounting Centre & Power Station Scenery.
Had a few hours over the Christmas period to have a go at FSX secenery design. Know it's not perfect but using a few free programs, knocked up a Marchwood scene to try and improve the look of VFR Photographic Scenery in the area.
The programs I used as follows:-
Google Earth Pro (to take overhead screen shots of area)
ModelconverterX (to import Sketchup .skp file and convert to BGL
Sketchup Make (to model buildings and export .skp to .dae files)
Microsoft Paint (save copy of screen shot)
GIMP2 (to enhance image & cut / blend image to import to Sketchup)
My thanks to the people who provide these tools especially Arno and the people behind MCX.
The ships I converted from ones provided on the free Sketchup 3D Warehouse, my thanks to them.
Install: Copy the Final Marchwood & MW Power Station Folders to your FSX Addon scenery folder.
Do that for the HMS Trio & Husband Shore Folders also if you think it may improve the scenery. It did using my set up.
Make sure you have the fx_SmokeStack2.fx effect in your Effects folder. If not copy the file into the folder.
Install all as normal using the FSX Add Scenery facility.
Provided as freeware. Not to be distributed by anyone for gain.
Hope you like the scenery and hope it dosent affect frame rates too much.

| VAOZ Nashik/Ozar, India |
|
File Description:
Googly scenery for Ozar, a small domestic airport located in Nashik (or
Nasik), 111 miles from Mumbai (Bombay). Nashik is a fast-expanding city in
the Maharashtra state in the Western Ghats located on the western edge of the Deccan
peninsula and is known as the Wine Capital of India or Grape City.
Owing to its close proximity to Mumbai, the airport has not proved popular as
the journey by taxi, bus or rail is not much greater after taking into account
check-in times etc. Air Deccan recently withdrew all flights from Ozar and as
far as I can establish the only airline now serving Ozar is Jagson Airlines,
using Dornier 228 turboprops. There is also a military presence at the east
end of the airport.
Flight Simulator 2004 has only provided a runway at this airport and this scenery
seeks to redress the situation so that you and your "AI" traffic can use the
airport.
The scenery does not purport to be ultra-accurate. Based on high quality
satellite imagery from Google Earth, the layout is proportionally correct but the
added airport features, such as buildings, are built from default Microsoft objects
and add-on libraries so will not look exactly like the real thing.
You are not obliged to download and install any additional scenery libraries,
but to enjoy this scenery in its entirety, you may wish to. It will work fine,
with or without.

File Description:
This is the aircraft of the extinct mexican airline "Lineas Aereas Azteca", the Bombardier Learjet 31 with the registration: XA-OLE. LÃneas Aéreas Azteca was an airline based in Mexico City, Mexico. It operated domestic scheduled services and international services to the USA. Its main base was Mexico City International Airport, with a hub at General Abelardo L. RodrÃguez International Airport, Tijuana. The airline was established on 9 May 2000 and started operations on 1 June 2000, operating domestic services with Boeing 737 aircraft. It started up after TAESA closed down and some of the staff and assets were taken over. The airline's operations were suspended by the government in March 2007 due to safety problems, and in October 2007 the Mexican government permanently revoked its air operator's certificate because the company hadn't solved those problems. On 10 October 2007, the General Civil Aeronautics Directorship (DGAC) of Mexico's Communications and Transport Secretariat permanently revoked LÃneas Aéreas Azteca's air operator's certificate, because the airline did not have a sound financial statement after the previous suspension. The fleet consisted in 6 Boeing 737-300 (XA-AAU, XA-AAV, XA-CAS, XA-TWG, XA-UCL, XA-UCP), 3 Boeing 737-700 (XA-AEP, XA-AEQ, XA-TWF), and 1 Bombardier Learjet 31 (XA-OLE). The models of this traffic are HENRY TOMKIEWICZ AI (HTAI) Bombardier Learjet 31. This is my website: https://el-mundo-de-los-aviones-ai-traffic.jimdosite.com I hope you enjoy it!

| Alert!! Lite v1.0 |
|
File Description:
Alert!! Lite is the freeware version of Alert!! Pro, which will be available at the end of May.
Alert!! Pro is a professional pilot fault monitoring system and complex failure generator expansion pack for Flight Simulator 2002.
The program tries to satisfy the dream of almost all virtual pilots, to simulate the failure of various systems and instruments in player’s aircraft as close to real-life as it can be. For first time in Flight Simulator, pilots can try for example what happens when extracting landing gears or flaps over the allowed speed.
With using Alert!! Pro airplanes must be operated within operational limits, otherwise the plane can suffer serious damage or can even lead to crash. With this program we created the real hard simulator flight which stands closer to reality than anything before. This is the dream of all virtual pilots.
Alert !! Pro is simulating runway condition according to weather conditions, so brake effects are depending on the condition of the runway.
Alert!! Lite and Alert!! Pro damage modelling is a complex system in the program, so damages will have effects on each other. For example an engine explosion shall cause the failure of flight controls too.
The program can create and handle many kind of failures. Player can set the frequency and even properties of various failures in an user-friendly interface.

| Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous Approaches - Volume 4 |
|
File Description:
FS 2004 Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous Approaches - Volume 4. I am constantly amazed by the high number of simers that restrict their flying activities to small localized areas, never venturing much further than their own backyards. I can't help thinking that they miss out on some truly great flying experiences by confining themselves to such limited parameters. If nothing else, Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous Approaches will get you out more! Whether you are simply a local pilot flying within your own well-worn neighbourhood, or a demanding adventurous international aviator, there's something for everyone in these volumes. For the new simer I have included some very easy approaches, and for the army of case-hardened veterans who think they have seen and done it all - let me tell you now - you haven't! I'll introduce you to approaches that will leave you absolutely flabbergasted - and may I add, begging for more! Each volume contains (10) difficult and dangerous approaches which are set up for you – all you have to do is fly them! I have also included a special ~ (STAR) ~ approach in each volume - which is a gem of an approach that will thrill and amaze you. If you've always wanted to know where all the difficult and dangerous approaches could be found in MSFS 2004, but never new where to look, I've discovered them all - and now I'm sharing them with you. Check out Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous Approaches - by Michael Doherty - you won't be disappointed.
