LOWS 2006, Enhancement for VFR-Flying - Maria Plain

File Description:
Enhancement for my freeware scenery addon "LOWS 2006" for VFR-flying mainly. This small scenery is representing a very important compulsory reporting point within the airspace of Salzburg airport for VFR-flying, which has not been implemented in MSFS standard scenery. The real basilica located at the northern border of the City of Salzburg, Austria, was built in baroque style (1671-1673). W.A. Mozart placed debut performance of his "Kroenungsmesse - Mass in C-major, KV 317) there. The basilica is place of pilgrimage; aside from this the place is a very popular sightseeing point for the city of Salzburg.

LOWS 2006, Designator Patch

File Description:
Since the deployment of the freeware "W.A. Mozart Airport in Salzburg/Austria" (LOWS 2006) by Johannes Kimla the magnetic deviation has changed significantly. Thus, in the real world, it was decided to change the designators for the runways accordingly. Since a few weeks the runways have been renamed: the former RW34 is now named "RW33", and corresponding to this the former RW16 is named "RW15" now.

For those flight simulation enthusiasts who want to fly in a simulated world close to reality we are offering a small patch which take account of these changes: the new designators are now visible on the runways, the taxiway signs should lead to the correct runways. In addition a small file is included which controls the proper approaches on RW15. Please note that this patch is only working with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004!!!

LOWS 2006, W.A.Mozart Airport, Salzburg V.1.0

File Description:
The final version of W.A.Mozart Airport, Salzburg, Austria is now available. This scenery was designed in very close cooperation with IVAO/AT-Division and therefore main emphasis was made to accurate placing of buildings and airport facilities to achieve a "look and feel" of the airport as close to reality as possible.

The newly released version contains new ground textures based on aerial photos, reworked aprons and taxiways, reworked lighting system, additional buildings and static aircraft and vehicles. A modified AFCAD-file is included as well as libraries for the plants placed with Treeplanter 4.1. The project is entirely made in GMAX. A detailed manual is included and should be used prior to installation. Open file structure will support modifications for adopting the objects for FSX. Does not work with FS2002.

File Description:
This is the second version of the also by general aviation used Airbase ETSF "Fürsty" in southern Germany. This new version includes: » completely new designed hangars, some of them with controllable hangardoors. » a new controll-tower. » the buildings of the official school for the German Air Force. » interactive air-marshallers. » an improved airport-layout. » the radio-tower of Schoengeising as a landmark for VFR-Flights. » an exact landclassfile for the surroundings of the airbase. It also includes some GA-AI-Traffic. Compatible with MyWorld2004-Landclass and Werner Vogts "SRTM scenery mesh".

File Description: This is an update of my previous repaint of the South African Airways "Flying Springbok" livery (Orange Tail) that was used from 1981 to 1997, for the PMDG 737-800NG with livery fonts updated to better match the original real life livery thanks to members of the VATSIM / VATSAF community sharing the names of font styles similar to the actual.
