|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
Lockheed Martin F-35A for FSX by Dino Cattaneo in (yet fictional) RNLAF livery. My fifth paint resembles a future 323 Sqn Flight Test livery, located at Leeuwarden AB, The Netherlands. The Leeuwarden based "Orange Jumper" aircraft (currently a F-16BM) is a flight test vehicle that is designed to test the aircraft type in all conditions the RNLAF can encounter, and with all weapons, sensors, systems and updates related. These tests are performed in close co-operation with the Dutch National Aerospace Laboratory (NLR). You need the excellent payware Lockheed Martin F-35A by Dino Cattaneo in order to use this repaint. Enjoy!

File Description:
Lockheed Martin F-35A for FSX by Dino Cattaneo in (yet fictional) RNLAF livery. My sixth paint resembles a future 311 Sqn livery, located at Volkel AB, The netherlands. 311 Squadron is an old occupant of Volkel airbase soil. The squadron logo represents a North-American bald eagle in attack position. The predator bird is know for it's agility. Combine that with the squadrons task and aircraft flown in history (all agile fighters) and you will soon conclude to the squadrons motto; "Ut Aquila Praedans", which translates to "within agility lays our strength". File Description:
Lockheed Martin F-35A for FSX by Dino Cattaneo in (yet fictional) RNLAF livery. My seventh paint resembles a future 313 Sqn livery, located at Volkel AB, The netherlands. Nowadays the 313 sqn is a fully apreciated Volkel AB inhabitant and will host the NATO Tiger Meet 2010. With the 313 Sqn in F-35A colours hope is set the Sqn will survive along with the other remaining RNLAF Sqns in a cloudy, uncertain and troubled future. This livery is in regular 313 Sqn colours. | Dutch Army Pilatus PC-6C H2 |

Images related to this file:
File Description:
Pilatus PC-6C H2 Turbo Porter for FSX by Tim Conrad in a fictional Royal Netherlands Army livery. The PC-6C Turbo Porter has been an amazing contribution to the STOL aircraft fleet around the world for decades. It's robust airframe and excellent aerodynamics make the plane very popular for para-drops, but also for supply missions in remote area's throughout the globe. Despite it's age the aircraft is still widely in use. This repaint represents a "what-if" livery for the Royal Netherlands Army (RNLA). In the far past the RNLA could depend on the Beaver and similar aircraft for light support and small batch para-drops (later the Fokker F-27's performed these tasks). Nowadays they are performed by the Dutch "Defence Helicopter Command" (AS-532U2 Cougar's and CH-47D Chinook's) and by the 336 Sqn C-130's. This livery resembles a fictional light utility aircraft registred to the Dutch Army, with corresponding low-visibility (and night-ops optimal) color scematics. The emblem and aircraft name belong to the "Korps Commando Troepen", the Dutch Army Special Forces based at Rosendaal. The name "Achnacarry" denotes the place in Scotland where the Dutch Commando Unit was founded in WWII. You need the excellent freeware PC-6C H2 Turbo Porter by Tim Conrad in order to use this repaint. Enjoy!

File Description:
This livery represents the current RNLAF 313 Sqn Tiger Tail J-055 F-16AM based at Volkel AB, The Netherlands. The tiger tail has been designed for the 2010 NATO Tiger Meet edition, hosted by the same squadron, at Volkel. This is the final version (V2) and replaces my previous livery (F-16AM_KLu_NATO_Tiger_Meet_2010). The tail has been corrected as well as the aircraft serial number. Repaint for the payware, First class simulations / Abacus MQ-1 Predator for FSX in RNLAF liveries.
The Royal Netherlands Air Force does not have Predators (yet) in their inventory however,
the RNLAF plans on the acquisition of MALE UAV's. The package contains two MQ-1 RNLAF liveries; one armed and one unarmed.
The Sqn logo is of the long disbanded and fictionally re-activated 325 ISR/COIN Sqn 325 used to be a fighter Sqn).
You need the original payware MQ-1 by First class simulations / Abacus in order to use these repaints. Enjoy.

| ALS-Sim SU-27SKM Flanker - (B_RNLAF) Package |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This package contains a "just for the fun of it" fictional set of liveries for the Flanker B in RNLAF colors.
What if the Royal Netherlands Air Force could not temporarely afford a follow up for the aging F-16AM/BM due to the credit-crisis.
Countries with a debt to the Netherlands operating SU-27 Flankers offer the Netherlands some of their aircraft as a down-payment to this debt.
The Netherlands accept these aircraft as a temporary solution for replacement/addition to their aging F-16 fleet.
Some existing (311/323) and some former squadrons (re-established; 314/316/325) are equipped with the Flanker, all modified to SU-27SKM standard.
Some are painted in low visible ghost grey, some in the grey f-16 style colors and some in the standard Russian tropical style (as aggressor aircraft).
The pilot's and missile colors are also altered (life AA-11's now have IR seeker-heads). 2 aircraft also have NATO-style inert blue painting for the missiles, denoting they lack propulsion
but have real seeker-heads for training.
Flankers in NATO member Netherlands Air force colors; Now that's an odd but pretty sight :-)
You need the payware ALS-SIM SU-27 Flanker B for FSX in order to use this repaint and modification package.

File Description:
Lockheed Martin F-35A for FSX by Dino Cattaneo in (yet fictional) RNLAF livery. The Dutch government debates the replacement of the F-16, currently in the RNLAF inventory. Though the JSF is controversial in the Dutch parliament, the F-35 is one of the most capable and
realistic replacements of the F-16, taking the package of tasks it has to perform under concideration. To allow you a quick peek into the possible RNLAF future, i created a livery of the F-35A in the RNLAF's Volkel based 312 Sqn. You need the excellent payware Lockheed Martin F-35A by Dino Cattaneo in order to use this repaint.
Enjoy!

File Description:
Pilatus PC-6C H2 Turbo Porter for FSX by Tim Conrad in a fictional French Army livery. This repaint represents a French Army or Armee de Terre (ALAT) livery. The ALAT operates a batch of 5 PC-6 B2H4's built in 1992 from Montauban. Not exactly the same version but it seems nice to have a PC-6C flying around in similar colours. The registration of this aircraft is fictional: F-MMCF with serial 998.
