The Northrop-Grumman F-20C in a fictional Netherlands Antilles based RNLAF livery. Despite the fact the F-20 never became an operational fighter it could have been an option for a low cost multi-role fighter for small countries, in addition for a more "all round" fighter fleet, especially in a more low risk environment. For such ordeal, the F-20 could have proven usefull for the RNLAF, ideal for remote areas such as the Netherlands Antilles. You need a copy of the payware F-20C by IRIS for FSX in order to use this repaint. Enjoy!

Lockheed Martin F-35A for FSX by Dino Cattaneo in (yet fictional) RNLAF livery. My third paint resembles a future 323 TACTESS Sqn livery, located at Leeuwarden AB, The Netherlands. The Leeuwarden based "Dirty Diana" Squadron is dedicated to assess and develop fighter combat tactics, to lecture them and most important, to improve them. 323 TACTESS Sqn is also home of the annual Frisian Flag and FWIT programs. The Leeuwarden based "Polly" Squadron has a long tradition of having a live parrot as the unit's mascotte, ever since it was founded during WW2. Lockheed Martin F-35A for FSX by Dino Cattaneo in (yet fictional) RNLAF livery. My fifth paint resembles a future 323 Sqn Flight Test livery, located at Leeuwarden AB, The Netherlands. The Leeuwarden based "Orange Jumper" aircraft (currently a F-16BM) is a flight test vehicle that is designed to test the aircraft type in all conditions the RNLAF can encounter, and with all weapons, sensors, systems and updates related. These tests are performed in close co-operation with the Dutch National Aerospace Laboratory (NLR). You need the excellent payware Lockheed Martin F-35A by Dino Cattaneo in order to use this repaint. Lockheed Martin F-35A for FSX by Dino Cattaneo in (yet fictional) RNLAF livery. My sixth paint resembles a future 311 Sqn livery, located at Volkel AB, The netherlands. 311 Squadron is an old occupant of Volkel airbase soil. The squadron logo represents a North-American bald eagle in attack position. The predator bird is know for it's agility. Combine that with the squadrons task and aircraft flown in history (all agile fighters) and you will soon conclude to the squadrons motto; "Ut Aquila Praedans", which translates to "within agility lays our strength". Nowadays the 313 sqn is a fully apreciated Volkel AB inhabitant and will host the NATO Tiger Meet 2010. With the 313 Sqn in F-35A colours hope is set the Sqn will survive along with the other remaining RNLAF Sqns in a cloudy, uncertain and troubled future. This livery is in regular 313 Sqn colours. For a while now, the Royal Netherlands Air Force is looking for a Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) UAV, to fill the ISR-gap between tactical requirement and avaliable manned recce assets. One of the candidates is the General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper (or Predator-B as it was formerly known). This repaint on the magnificent model by FFS gives you an impression what a Dutch Reaper can look like.The squadron logo is of the disbanded 306 Sqn, a unit with a long aerial reconnaissance history.
You need a legal, payware copy of the FFS General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper for FSX in order to use this repaint.

This livery represents a fictional "What if" repaint of the magnificent payware Grumman F9F-5 by VertigoStudios in a Royal Netherlands Navy Livery.
The aircraft resembles what it would look like if the Dutch government chose the Grumman F9F Panther over the Hawker Seahawk as their primary
attack fighter operating from the sole Dutch Navy aircraft carrier from the late 40-ies till the early 60-ies; the HRMS Karel Doorman (CV, R81,
Colossus Class). The Dutch navy operated two other aircraft carriers prior to this one (small MAC escort carriers, which were basically modified tankers),
but the R81 was the first and only real aircraft carrier ever operational within the Royal Netherlands Navy, and to operate jet-fighters from.
This particular livery of the F9F is in dark blue, as were other carrier-borne aircraft (like the Grumman TBM 3S2/3W2 Avenger) in the early days of post-WW2
RNLN operations. You need the payware VertigoStudios F9F for FSX in order to use this repaint.

This livery represents a fictional "What if" repaint of the magnificent payware Grumman F9F-5 by VertigoStudios in a Royal Netherlands Navy Livery.

This particular livery of the F9F is in a typical grey & duck-egg green pattern resembling all Dutch naval aircraft of that era, carrier- and land based.
This livery with the "D" marking denotes the aircraft has the CV R81 "Karel Doorman" as home base.
Aircraft similar in operation and colour at that time (actually the Hawker Seahawk-era) were: Sikorsky S55, Grumman TBM 3S2/3W2 Avenger later
added/replaced with the Grumman S-2A Tracker and the Sikorsky S58. In the final stages of Dutch aircraft-carrier operations the role of the
HRMS Karel Doorman was reduced to an "Anti-Submarine Warfare" carrier. You need the payware VertigoStudios F9F for FSX in order to use this repaint.
