This is a repaint of the excellent TDS (Tenkuu Developers Studio) Boeing 737-800 model, in Air Europa livery, EC-NVJ. Texture only. The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. Model developed by Tenkuu Developers Studio, features high resolution textures, dynamic flexing wings, nose gear steering, rudder lock, ground spoilers, low speed aileron locks at high speed, fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, trim animation, opening passenger doors, rolling wheels, animated thrust reverse with reverser block doors, detailed textures, full night lighting, ground service vehicles and more. Model design by Hiroshi Igami. Flight dynamics design by Nick Wilkinson, with assistance from David Biggar. Master textures and paint kit by Kyle Schurb. This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang (with AccuSim), in the colors of P-51D-5-NA 44-13287 WD-M, which was the aircraft assigned to Lt William Parent of the 4th FS/ 52nd FG, based in Italy. On the 1st of September 1944 however, it was being flown by Major Wyatt P. Exum during an escort mission to Hungary. It was Maj. Exum's first operational mission nin the ETO. On the way back from the mission, the squadron strafed an airfield, before spotting a moving train. Lts Strout and Wilson attacked the train, and as a result of Lt Wilson's attack, the engine blew up while he was overflying it, damaging his cooling system and setting the engine on fire. The fire quickly blew out, and Lt Wilson decided to make an belly landing in a recently plowed field. Over the radio, he heard Maj Wyatt Exum transmit "I'll be down to get you, Charlie!" and indeed he landed close to Lt Wilson's aircraft. Lt Wilson managed to turn Maj Exum's aircraft, as his tail wheel had become stuck in a rut in the field, and both men tried to squeeze into the cockpit. Meanwhile, men on horseback were approaching, shooting several holes in the aircraft. While Lt Wilson shot back with his .45, Major Exum gunned the engine, and they managed to take off with Lt Wilson half outside the cockpit with his .45. They flew the 400 miles back to Madna in Italy on their last fuel, and landed with other Mustangs landing from the other side. Major Exum received the Silver Star for this action, as well as from the undying gratitude and admiration from Lt Wilson Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

This folder contains a repaint for the FG-1D Corsair by Milviz, in the colors of F4U-1 BuNo 55995 of VF-17, the aircraft flown by Lt (jg) Ira C. Kepford, Bougainville, February 1944. Ira Cassius Kepford was born in Harvey, Illinois, on May 29, 1919, son of George Raymond and Emma McLaughlin Kepford. His family moved to Muskegon, Michigan, shortly after he was born. An all-around athlete at Muskegon High School from 1935-1937, he capped his prep career by being named an All-State back in his senior year. He enrolled at Northwestern University in 1938 to study for a dentistry career.
He enlisted in the U.S. Naval Reserve on August 18, 1941, and was honorably discharged on April 29, 1942, to accept appointment as Aviation Cadet, U.S.N.R. After flight training at the Naval Air Stations, Corpus Christi, Texas, and Miami, Florida, he became a Naval Aviator on November 5, 1942, and was commissioned Ensign, U.S.N.R., with date of rank October 16, 1942.
Detached from Naval Air Station, Miami, Florida, in December 1942, he served with Fighting Squadron 17 in the Pacific War Area until March 1944, where he became the U.S. Navy's leading ace, scoring a record 16 confirmed Japanese planes destroyed. That squadron won the Navy Unit Commendation and he was personally awarded the Navy Cross, a Gold Star in lieu of the second Navy Cross, the Silver Star Medal and the Distinguished Flying Cross.
From March until June he was attached to the Fleet Air, Alameda, Command, and the last six months of that year served with Fighting Squadron 84. In December 1944 he was transferred to the staff of Commander Fleet Air, West Coast, and remained in that assignment throughout the remaining period of hostilities. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.

| Stewart CZST and CAC9 in British Columbia Canada, plus Hyder 4Z7 in AK |

File Description:
Stewart is in northern British Columbia, around 115 miles north of Terrace, 70 miles northeast of the open sea, and 2 miles from the Canada/US border at the head of a fjord named the Portland Canal. Both Stewart and the nearby Hyder in AK thrived along with silver and gold mining in the early 1900's in the AK and BC interiors and in 1914 Stewart's population was over 10,000, but the current population is now less than 500. This scenery includes Stewart airport (CZST) and also Stewart floats (CAC9) plus Hyder floats 4Z7 which is within sight of Stewart but in Alaska. 4Z7 is based upon the three FSAddon freeware and payware Alaska sceneries, and without whichever one covers Hyder (I forget which) the float base will be isolated way offshore. The Stewart airport is adjacent to the town. There is a single runway that is unlit and just under 4,000 feet of asphalt aligned 18-36, with right hand circuits on 18; a brief view of the surrounding terrain makes it quite clear why. This version is for a period around 2010 to 2012 or so, before a second fuel tank was installed. There are no regularly scheduled flights to Stewart, only GA and charters, but the airport survives with the tourist trips. I have not forgotten the signage for CZST; there isn't any. There is also no clearly defined and fenced boundary to the airport, with a gravel apron beyond the asphalt that then fades to dirt and grass and a road. Hyder has no land connection to the rest of Alaska except through Stewart and a long road trip; the only direct link is by float plane to Ketchikan, 75 miles in a straight line. The AI includes this.

This repaint is for the A2A Wings of Power 3 Spitfire MkIIb and represents the Spitfire Mk.Vb BM124 LO-W 602 Sqn (City of Glasgow. Queen Salote, an aircraft flown by Wing Commander Brendan Eamonn Fergus Finucane. Known as Paddy Finucane, he was an Irish Royal Air Force fighter pilot, who was a high scoring Second World War flying ace claiming 26 victories, plus six shared and was the RAF's youngest Wing Commander in its history. He was killed at the age of 21 on 15 July 1942, when he was leading the Hornchurch Wing in a fighter "Ramrod" operation targeting a German army camp at Etaples, France. Photographs show the plane was incorrectly named "Queen Of Salote" but were later altered by scratching out the word "Of" on the negatives in an effort to correct this.

The classic black and white livery with reversed C in white and the balance of the tail in black. Black engine covers with some artsy fartsy work underneath to match up with the swooping lines along the white fuselage. White wings and some black accents on the winglets. A little red maple leaf near the cabin entry and on the opposite fuselage side for those that may not know that this belongs in Canada. Specifically, Vancouver Island.
A tribute to Bert P., our friend and maker of the mods. (C-BERT) for FSX, P3D, and FSX:Steam. You must have the payware Carenado EMB505 HD Phenom 300 installed to use this repaint. Next time you come in contact with Bert, be sure to tell him how valuable his mods are to the community.
