| Island in the Sky Douglas C-47 Skytrain USAF 'Corsair' |

File Description:
Based on original textures by Jan Visser, this texture set is a representation of the fictional USAF C-47 flown by John Wayne as Dooley in the 1953 classic film, "Island in the Sky". It is intended to complement an article written by Harold "Farmboyzim" Zimmer for the December 2007 issue of "Computer Pilot" magazine. Harold's review of "Island in the Sky" can be found at http://farmboyzimsflightsims.com/IslandintheSky_film_review.html. The texture set requires the base R4D-6/DC-3A package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org, together with two subsequent free C-47 enhancements to that product. | Korean Air Lines Douglas DC-4 (1960s) |

File Description:
This is a repaint of Korean Air Lines Douglas DC-4 of 1960s for Jens B. Kristensen's DC-4 V2.1. This color scheme was first introduced in 1962, when Korea Korean National Airlines (former National Airline of Korea) merged with government owned Korean Air Lines. This paint scheme was used until all the Douglas fleet (DC-3 and DC-4s) were phased out in mid 1970s. This aircraft(HL4003) was on lease from Japan, and returned at 1963. After return it was sold to Ansett-ANA and finally converted to Carvair ATL-98. It operated for a 'Brooks Fuel' until 2003, But unfortunately crashed near McGrath, AK, 2007.

Laker Airways was formed by Sir Freddie Laker in 1966. In 1977 it became the world's first long-haul, low-cost, "no frills" airline with Skytrain between Gatwick & JFK. The company did not survive the economic recession of the early 1980s, and operated its last flight on February 4, 1982. This is a very unique bird; it is the B1900D demonstrator for Raytheon/Beechcraft. It was paraded throughout Europe during 2005 - 2007 making stops and participating in major airshows in Germany, Russia, Austria and other countries. This aircraft has a very simple yet elegant livery; a red-on-black cheat line with '1900D' on the aft part of the fuse. So here it is for those of you who own the outstanding PMDG (payware) Beechcraft B1900D. All repainted textures in this package are 32-bit with no mipmaps. This is a textures only package. You must own the PMDG Express B1900D to enjoy this repaint.

File Description:
This is a fictitious repaint of the PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies featuring the El Al Cargo livery and represents the -400BDSF Bedek Converted Freighter variant based on an existing 747-400 aircraft of the El Al fleet (4X-ELA). Discussions were underway between Bedek and El Al in 2007 regarding conversions of the -400 passenger fleet to freighter but this has been delayed.
The aircraft was painted using the PMDG paintkit and is my interpretation of how it would appear. Textures only, PMDG 747-400 for FSX required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint. Features DDS DXT5 textures.

File Description:
The Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana (RSI Air Force), received from the Luftwaffe many G-6 since May '44 and the 2nd Grp.Caccia was the first unit equipped with them.
Liveries for two different aircrafts:
-the first, belonged to 3rd Squadriglia of the 2nd Grp.Caccia ('Gamba di Ferro'/'Iron Leg'), was based, during July 1944, on Villafranca's airport (Verona/Italy);
-the second one belonged to 1st Squadriglia of 2nd Grp.Caccia ('Gigi Tre Osei', Ltn.Amedeo Fagiano), based on Aviano's airport (Italy) during November 1944.
Texture sets only for the FSX/FS9 beautiful 'Flight Replicas Messerschmitt Bf-109 G' payware package. Repaint by Manuele Villa, June 2007.
