Flattens for use at PANC Anchorage, Alaska Airport - for FS2004 only.
While flying into PANC recently, I noticed the water was encroaching on the land near Runways 14 and 6 in a most unrealistic manner. This package provides two flattens which will eliminate that problem. Tested with the default scenery and with the Frame Rate Friendly Studio version of PANC. It has not been tested with any terrain enhancement such as Ultimate Terrain. Please unzip to a temporary folder and follow the very simple installation instructions. Compiled for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

| 13 Northern Ontario Airfields in Canada |

These are 13 airfields in northwest Ontario, Canada. They were previously posted individually, but not on Avsim. There is a screenshot of Google Earth showing their names and locations. There are also updates to two previously posted airports, Red Lake CYRL and Sioux Lookout CYXL, and AI with the supply flights that are vital for these isolated outposts. Pickle Lake is a northern airfield that is connected to the rest of Canada by an all-weather road, and a large number of the supply flights originate from there. In fact these flights are the primary reason for the small towns existence. This will be followed by a posting of a similar number of northern Manitoba airfields. You may wonder about the numbers of fuel tanks at these airfields. These are not for the airfield use, they are for the settlement to be able to generate electricity and also to provide heating in the winter. This is the fourth in a series of new and renovated float bases in BC. Health Bay is a small village on the west coast of Gilford Island, just 13 miles northwest of Minstrel Island (the previous post in this series). There is no fuel or oil available. The AI is a further adaptation of the original CF36 AI and involves a Baxter Beaver flying from Port Hardy on a round trip in the area through Port McNeill, Health Bay, Echo Bay, and Sullivan Bay. At Health Bay the AI appears to work for both landing and takeoff, though landing will still depend on wind direction. I have played with circuit height and runway length at Minstrel Island and there are improvements, so there is a Minstrel Island replacement bgl. All of these float bases can be installed together in the same folders, with a saving in duplicate textures. So a series called BC Floats (or whatever you want to call it) or individually installed float bases; your choice. The next in the series will be Echo Bay, shown in an included screenshot.

This FS2004 package is a free texture update for our previous greek "Santorini big scenery". The original project contain the "Santorini Thira Int. Airport" (Iata: JTR - Icao: LGSR)scenery and the "Santorini island" scenery (lanclasses, landmarks, autogen and more).
With this texture update (over 50 new files) you'll become new textures for some ground service veihcles (better quality and updated fuel companies), new textures for some airport buildings (updated to summer 2015, better resolution and quality), new "soft edge transition" on the apron textures, reduced texture size for the far away scenery objects (the result is a frame rate improvement) and other minor texture updates. This package contains textures only so the original "Santorini big scenery 2012" demo/free or full version is required.
Watch the screenshot and the demo video on the Albysim youtube chanel and check all scenery features reserved to the Premiun User (3D papi lights, 3D taxi lights, new vehicles, new autogen greek houses, new volumetric grass, new cablecar, other new details and objects).

This FS2004 project is about the greek Santorini island (located in the Aegean Sea 200 km southeast from Greece's mainland) and contain two main scenery parts:
1) the "Santorini (Thira) International Airport" (Iata: JTR, Icao: LGSR) where you'll find all buldings (airport and close sourroundings buildings), hundred of custom made detailed objects, static and animated vehicles, animated scenery parts and various effects.
2)the Santorini island scenery where you'll find real hand-made landmarks (churches, factories, windmills,harbors and more), boats/ferries, completely redesigned landclasses with custom (seasonal+night) ground textures, coastlines, roads, main towns with custom greek textures, extreme autogen density and a lot of objects.
Every scenery part (frame-rate friendly thanks to the low poly design) has photoreal textures and everything is placed in the right position (wich was found at spring 2012) and in according to the satellite image.English extendet handbook is included.
