File Description:
King County International Airport is located 5 miles south of downtown Seattle and has the distinction of being the Boeing Company's final test site for the 737, 757, and 777 aircraft. Flight plans are included for 14 aircraft undergoing final tests prior to delivery to their respective airlines. Each aircraft will fly Monday through Friday for flights of approximately 3-1/2 hours. Since FS9 doesn't support flights that depart and arrive at the same airport, I've added a waypoint where the a/c can stop over for 15 minutes. The stopover is at Annette Island, Alaska, and I've included an AFCAD for an upgraded Annette Island "International" airport that, of course, doesn't really exist. If you wish to visit Annette Island International, there are runways equipped with the latest in ILS instrumentation. See the additional documentation I've included in the READ MEs. Commercial flights from Boeing Field are also provided by Helijet and San Juan Airlines.

Eurocopter EC-505 Tiger, for FS2004 (INFO: FREEWARE - previewversion: limited detail and without virtual cockpit) TIGER HAP The Tiger HAP is an air-to-air combat and fire support medium-weight (6 tonnes) helicopter fitted with 2 MTR 390 engines. It is daytime and night combat capable and is operable in NBC environments. Three basic parameters were taken into account right from the start of the development phase: low (visual, radar and infrared) detectability, which provides excellent survivability on the battlefield, maximum efficiency of the weapons and the associated fire control systems without heavier workload for the crew, and an optimized logistic concept offering minimum possession costs. The Tiger HAP is fitted with a 30-mm gun turret; 68-mm submunition rockets, and air-to-air Mistral missiles. It also features a firing sight with 3 sensors: infrared, TV camera and direct optical channel. The complete avionics suite includes multi-purpose color displays and radar/laser warning receivers. IBM PC version
The De Havilland Canada DHC3 Otter was built in the mid 1950's as a workhorse for developing outback Canada. With double slotted full span flaps (drooping ailerons) and 2000lbs payload, its STOL capability, along with also having a float version with retracts, made it an ideal "Bushplane" with unparalelled performance from any contempory aircraft.
This model is fully amphibious and was built using Truespace 3.2 and Chris Wallace's 3ds to S3d converter for Fly! II.
The model requires that you have the Tri default aircraft installed.
A few non-standard features have been included to improve the ease of operation.
1. nose wheel steering (the original uses differential braking and castoring nose gears)
2. an electric pump for hydraulics (optional on the original )
3. a simple GPS that can be slaved to the auto pilot. (unheard of during the production life of the original but very likely to be found on any survivng present day aircraft. )

JUST IN TIME FOR HURRICANE SEASON ... The E-3D Sentry, known to the RAF as the AEW1, is a fully modified and re-engined Boeing 707-320B aircraft. Mission endurance is approximately 11 to 15 hours (over 5,000 nm), although this can be extended by air-to-air refuelling when necessary. The normal crew complement of 18 comprises four flight-deck crew, three technicians and an 11-man mission crew. The aircraft cruises between FL300 and FL430, and its Northrop Grumman AN/APY-2 high-performance, multimode lookdown radar (rotodome), housed in the black radome, is able to separate airborne and maritime targets from ground and sea clutter. The aircraft is also used for weather recon detail dispatched world-wide, and can survive extreme weather conditions including hurricane force winds at low altitude.
