Ah, I think this is much, much closer to the feel and scheme of the actual aircraft (N498US) I was able to find a few more photos. At the beginning of 1997, the small US domestic airline Air 21 ceased its activities. Air 21 was active from December 1995 with a network of scheduled air services linking its base in Fresno, CA, with Denver, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Los Angeles using a fleet of three Fokker F28 4000s leased from US Air. FDE PSS A320 LIP v1.6 (Improved A-FLOOR protection)

File Description:
A320 IAE V2500-A5@27000Lbs With LIP v1.6 (Lift Improvement Package) by Alan Fernandes and improved A-FLOOR protection by Edson Costa. Application of LIP on A320-IAE has been developped with the main objective to improve landing performance at SDU (PR-MAG and PR-MAK). LIP allows to reduce the approach speed by 6-7 kt for operational landing weights. Note: Preliminary estimate of the speed benefit was around 4kt. Five structural modifications have been introduced to change the aerodynamic configuration of the aircraft: 3 modifications on the wing leading edge, 1 modification on the engine nacelle (not modeled) and 1 modification on the wing trailing edge.
