FS2004 scenery for Midway Island (1970). Midway Island has long been a vital stopover for ships and aircraft plying the Central Pacific. Although the islands are a quiet nature preserve today, during the 1970s Midway was a key link in the DEW (Detection Early Warning) radar defense system. Midway Island is actually two islands; Sand Island (the Western Island) with the current airfield and Eastern Island with an airfield dating from World War II which has become an antennae farm. This scenery was designed to accommodate the Vintage Military AI available from CalClassics.com.

This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of C-47A-20-DK N44587 c/n 12857 of Desert Air, based in Anchorage, Alaska. It was originally 4292995 and flew with the USAAF in North Africa. After the war, it flew with West Coast Airlines, Pacific Western, Air West, Aerodyne and Salair, before coming to DesertAir in 2000. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom for Manfred Jahn's C-47 version 3.14, based on the paintkit by Gman5250.

File Description:
This is a repaint of a DC-8-33 in TAI (Transports Aeriens Intercontinentaux) colors. The payware DC-8 10-40 pack by JustFlight is needed for this repaint. TAI purchased its first jetliner in 1960 - the DC-8-33. They received 3 in total before the merger with UAT. F-BJUV was purchased in 1961. The DC-8s were used on TAI's longest routes to the Far East, the Pacific, and Australasia. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3. Textures are DXT5 dds.

This is a repaint of a Boeing 777-300ER, registration code DQ-FJX of Fiji Airways, the flag carrier airline of Fiji. It operates international and domestic services to 10 countries and 15 cities around the Pacific, including Australia and New Zealand, North America and Hong Kong. Fiji Airways currently does not operate any Boeing 777-300ERs. This repaint has all the great features of my other works. To use this repaint, the Captain Sim B777-300 v1.3 is required. FS2004/FSX Air New Zealand Boeing 747-200, registration ZK-NZY. Painted in the early/mid 1990's "Pacific Wave" livery on the Project Open Sky B747-200v4 paint kit with Roll Royce RB-211-524 series engines. The model features high resolution textures based on photos of the aircraft. The detailed textures include night lighting, custom catering trucks, air stairs and cargo containers. No VC. Original model and package for FS2004 and tested in FSX so should work for both. Repaint by Phillip Hughes.

The aircraft has some custom textures including custom passenger entry, custom fan blades, custom Michelin Air-X tires. - Texture only. You will need to add to your existing TDS A350-900 G2 model. File Description:
This Afcad/AFD for RPMD - Francisco Bangoy International Airport/ Davao International Airport in Davao City, Mindanao, Philippines was made with ADE V1.37 and is for the default RPMD airport in FSX. The Afcad/AFD was was made with ADE V1.37 and is for the default RPVM airport in FSX. It was made in response to a user request.
Francisco Bangoy/Davao International is a significant hub for the southern part of the Philippines and sees domestic traffic from Philippines Airlines (PAL Express through to A343's), Air Philippines, Cebu Pacific. Asian Spirit and South East Asian Airlines. The airport handles international traffic - currently limited to Cebu Pacific flights to and from Hong Kong and Singapore and Silkair flights from Singapore.
Aprons and taxiways have been changed, additional GA maintenance aprons added, taxiways re-aligned and surfaced correctly, jetways added, gates and parking spaces coded for airlines and aircraft types using the airport. The tower was changed to be more representative of the real thing.
The default airport lacks coding and the radius of gates is inadequate for the any of the commercial aircraft coming to RPMD, so use of this file very significantly increases traffic. Tested with WOAI, Henry Tomkiewicz's Cessna Props package and custom AI.

File Description:
This update is strongly recommended as it includes a new version 2004.8.5 of the aircraft by Project Opensky. There are a few changes and improvemnts for the aircraft, including visual wing "droop", autopilot, autothrottle smoothness and a lot of updates.
