It is also a base for the Royal Flying doctor service. Scenery Includes Airport (with dynamic lighting for P3Dv4 users), Town, MT Isa mine and George Fisher Mine to the north of the city on the rwy16 approach path.

File Description:
I don't have the time to do full projects anymore, but I found an updated Niederrhein / RAF Laarbruch version in my scenery archive. It's not 100% finished but it's good enough, and better than the previous version (2005, wow long time ago). It has better 3D objects (like shelters and bunkers). And the scenery should be better for low end computers. Includes basic AFCAD2, you have to read the document included.

All texturing work is done new and optimized especially for repaints (splitted into left/right clear defined etc.)!
Details: full transparent cockpit/cabin view, great cockpit view around (F4), animated flight sticks (in F4/F5 view), new crash-models, finetuned physics, all rudders+gears animated, full lights etc.

The last of the Canadian Air Force's DC-3s was retired in 1989. This livery depicts CC-129 (ex-C47B) 12905 in RESCUE configuration. Based on Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002, this model includes transparent cockpit and cabin windows, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with opening passenger door, boarding ladder and other details. Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul Pridmore. Default panel and sound.
