Project Upgrade - KWST - Westerly State

Project Upgrade is a new Flight Simulator project that uses a total approach to upgrade the default airport environment within Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. This package includes a new AFCAD, taxiway signs, scenery enhancement, and AI traffic for the airport. More details and instructions are in the included readme.
