New afcads for SunSkyJet's PHL airport. Added AWE/USA codes to all US Airways gates and AWEX/USAX to all US Airways Express gates. Some of the parking spots are resized so that they match the suggested wingspan size of the ai models. This is primarily meant to enhance the use of AI traffic. Includes both east/west files.

In order for this aircraft to show in FSX I had to create a number of AFCADs for Marshall Islands airports which are included in the file.
