China Airports

File Description:
Afcads, Exclude files and grass skirtings to create 29 minor airports in China which Microsoft omitted from FS9. Made primarily with Ultimate Traffic users in mind, and designed for use together with Curt Jardey's China_1.zip, China_2.zip and China_3.zip, and Jan "Uranusjay" Martin's tibet_95.zip, to activate all the Chinese airports in UT's database and provide full UT traffic in China. Airports built using official CAAC charts, so runway locations, dimensions, alignments, elevations, navaids, and apron dimensions are fairly accurate. Parking spots mostly fictional! And no airport buildings included! Tested only with default FS9 scenery mesh. Includes: DLU/ZPDL Dali, DIG/ZPDQ Diqing, DOY/ZSDY Dongying, DNH/ZLDH Dunhuang, GYS/ZUGU Guangyuan, HEK/ZYHE Heihe, HYN/ZSLQ Huangyan/Luqiao, JDZ/ZSJD Jingdezhen, JJN/ZSQZ Jinjiang, JUZ/ZSJU Quzhou (Juzhou), KRL/ZWKL Korla, KCA/ZWKC Kuqa, LYG/ZSLG Lianyungang, LNJ/ZPLC Lincang, LLF/ZGLG Ling Ling, LYI/ZSLY Linyi, LYA/ZHLY Luoyang, LUM/ZPMS Luxi/Mangshi, MXZ/ZGMX Meixian, NTG/ZSNT Nantong, SHP/ZBSH Qinhuangdao, TCG/ZWTC Tacheng, WXN/ZUWX Wanxian, WEF/ZSWF Weifang, WEH/ZSWH Weihai, WUS/ZSWY Wuyishan, YBP/ZUYB Yibin, YIH/ZHYC Yichang, HSN/ZSZS Zhoushan.

Colombian Airports

File Description:
33 Colombian Airports for FS9 default scenery and the Colombia freeware mesh by Raimondo Taburet. I also recommend the San Andres Landclass and modified coastlines by Juan Sebastian Gonzalez (sandres_lc.zip at avsim.com). However, the scenery should also work with the default or any other mesh but I have not tested it.

The airports are based on GoogleEarth and airport layout data with generic objects added. Position of the airports has been corrected, ramps added, some generic buildings and objects added to most of the airports. All files start with the ICAO identifier of the airport; so you can take out what you don't like or use only what you like.
The package includes the following airports: SKAM, SKAO (now SKMJ), SKAS, SKBN, SKBO, SKBQ, SKCB, SKCC, SKCL, SKFL, SKGO, SKGY, SKIB, SKLA, SKLT, SKMG, SKMP, SKMR, SKMU, SKOC, SKOT, SKPB, SKPV, SKQU, SKRG, SKSP, SKTJ, SKTL, SKTM, SKUC, SKUL, SKVP, Z09A.
NOTE: There a two files, colapts1.zip with the airport sceneries and screenshots, and colapts2.zip with the object libraries; colapts2.zip is only needed if you don't have already the rwy12 and ez-objects libraries used.

Connellan Airports

File Description:
Connellan Airways was formed in 1939 (known as Survey & Inland Transport until 1943) and the 1967 schedules show 114 airports and airstrips served by the airline across Northern Territory of Australia and reaching out into Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland too (including two named Springvale many miles apart!). It operated until 1980 when it was sold to East West Airlines. The airport at Ayers Rock, once their headquarters, has been named after the airline.

Of those 114 airports and airstrips, very few appear in Flight Simulator or in any add-on I have come across. This package seeks to redress the situation with 81 new A&FD files, representing new airports plus a couple of default ones enhanced with parking spots. Most of the airstrips remain in use today serving remote cattle stations and townships but satellite data shows a few to now be overgrown and out of use. A few cannot be traced owing to poor quality satellite imagery and have had to be omitted here.

All files are based on satellite data including altitude, and therefore work best with a high quality mesh add-on - they will still work with the default landscape of Flight Simulator but some airstrips may look a little high or low compared with the surroundling area.
