Hurricane Mk.XII "Little Willie" Download

File Description:
This is a repaint only for the payware SkyUnlimited Hawker Hurricane. This aircraft, RCAF 5491, was manufactured by Canadian Car & Foundry, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, as a Mk.IIb and converted to Mk.XII configuration early on during WWII. Being one of several Hurricanes recovered from a scrap heap in 1984, the aircraft eventually ended up in England where it was restored by Charles Church. Making its first post-restoration flight in 1991, the aircraft was finished in the markings of "Little Willie," the Mk.I flown by Pilot Officer Geoffrey Page of No.56 Squadron when he was shot down in August 1940. After spending just over a decade with the Santa Monica Museum of Flying in California, the aircraft was aquired by Ed Russell for his growing collection in South Niagra Ontario. The aircraft can be seen throughout the summer, regularly giving chase to the collection's BF-109.

Republic P-47D-20 365th FG (B4-X) "Special Delivery" Download

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-15-RE 42-76181 B4-X "Special Delivery", the aircraft of Lt. Samuel "Sack"Saunders of the 388th FS/ 365th FG. Lt. Saunders came from Wellington, Kansas, and was one of everybody's favorite pilots, always smiling, very sharp and a leader when flying. He shared one victory over an Me 109 with Andy Smoak when the squadron was jumped by Germans on August 19, 1944, and had a solo victory over an FW190 during the turkey shoot on October 21. He chased the 190 over 50 miles before hitting it in the nose, causing the ammunition to explode and the pilot to bail out. "Special Delivery" was destroyed on the ground during operation Bodenplatte, the luftwaffe attack on January 1, 1945. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Martin Catney.

Flight Simulator First Officer (FSFO) V3.1 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Flight Simulator First Officer V3.1 is a generic copilot designed to work with any aircraft that conform to Xplane (via XPUIPC), FS9, FSX and P3D V3/V4 SDK; in short, it adds a touch of realism while providing a copilot to share cockpit responsibilities. FSFO V3 does not require strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (i.e. scripts), reading lengthy manuals or precise speech. To that end, it can be as complex or simple as you want; for example, FSFO can complete the entire Before Start Checklist, or only those functions you chose not to accomplish. Regardless, he will check every switch to ensure it's placed in the correct position. Just hit connect and fly with confidence that your First Officer is there sharing responsibilities For a list of features, go here: http://flightsimaddons.proboards.com/thread/106/introducing-fsfo-v3. Sikorsky CH-53e US Army Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
In the United States only the Marines and the Navy uses the Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion to transport their troops. However, since this is FSX I thought it would be cool to make a version for the United States Army 1st Cavalry Division as well. With a name like Super Stallion, it's only fitting that the 1st Cav gets to ride this beast, painted in the traditional US Army ACU camouflage with subdued decals. In order to use these textures, you will need to own the Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion by Nemeth Design. Check out the video at; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrEv4qlB_uk

White 14 - Ed Russell Collection BF-109E-4 Download

File Description:
This is a repaint only for the payware WWII Fighters BF-109. Originally built as a BF-109E-1, but upgraded to an E-4, the aircraft was flown on several occasions by legendary ace Hans-Joachim Marseille during the Battle of Britain, and is known to have shot down a Spitfire over the Thames Estuary. After recieving damage from a forced landing at Calais-Marck, the aircraft was repaired and saw service on the Eastern front (Russia) where it was abandoned. In the 1990's it was recovered from the Russian swamp and was transferred to the UK and restored by Craig Charleston for David Price - Santa Monica Museum of Flight. After being recieved in California in 1999, the aircraft only saw about 50 hours of flying time before being purchased by Ed Russell of Canada where it resides today. Based at Niagra South Field, the aircraft can be seen routinely throughout the summer performing at select airshow events, and is the only currently flyable 109E left in the world. Thanks to ICDP for his excellent paintkit that was used to make this texture. If it wasn't for it, this repaint may not have been.

FSX_Bell_UH-1C_RN_Marines_Late_70's Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This livery represents a fictional "What if" repaint set of the magnificent payware Nemeth Design Bell UH-1C in Royal Netherlands Navy (Marines) Liveries. In the 60-ies the Royal Netherlands Navy purchased a number of Agusta licence built Bell-204 (UH-1B) helicopters for SAR, ASW and light utility tasks. This set of repaints resembles a "What if" Dutch version of the Bell UH-1C. What if the RNLN purchased a line of Bell UH-1 Charlies beside the fleet of Bravos. in order to support the Dutch Royal Marines. With this line of helicopters maintained in service at other Marines/occupied locations in that timeframe they would have been seen at NAS Valkenburg and NAS De Kooy in the mid and late 70's. These liveries have nose art (Marines deployment to the Korean conflict in the 50's), pointing back to the rich history of one of the oldest marine corps units in the world (since 1665). Images related to this file:

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang, in the colors of #44-14111 PE-X "StrawBoss 2", which was flown by Col. James D Mayden of the 328 Fighter Squadron/352nd FG. Born in 1912, Mayden graduated from Kansas State College in 1935. He did his primary and advanced training in Randolph/Kelly Texas and went on to fly P-26's, P-36's, P-39's along with P-40's stateside before flying P-51's overseas. His first kill occured on November 2nd 1944, and by the end of the war, he had 2 air victories to go with 4 ground kills. Both confirmed air kills were ME-109's. Mayden's wartime decorations included an Air Medal, Distinguished Flying Cross, and the Croix De Guerre. He also commanded the 352nd FG from July 1944 to September 1945. The Colonel's first P-51, a B model was named "StrawBoss", a nickname said to be given to him by his dad. After a gear-up landing accident, StrawBoss was replaced with a fresh P-51D. While the left side of the new mount wore "StrawBoss 2", the right side was painted "Little Sandra", named after crew chief S/Sgt Hubert Robling's daughter. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

Royal Australian Navy Eurocopter AS350 N22-017 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Textures for Nemeth FSX AS 350 as Royal Australian Navy N22-017, Delivered 24/03/84. RAN Code: 27,864. Served with FFG02, HMAS Canberra Flight - dates unknown, but was still painted in blue/white scheme. Served aboard HMAS Success during and after Gulf War 1990. These aircraft were modified to take a 7.62mm machine gun in the cabin doorway. Callsign TAIPAN 64, was embarked in HMAS DARWIN during 1991 for that ship's 'DAMASK 3' deployment, shortly after the Gulf War. It was airborne at the time of the ship's engine fire and could not recover to the ship until the Flight Deck had been cleared of debris ejected through the funnel during the initial explosion in the ship's engine unit. Following recovery, the aircraft was refuelled and flew ship's engineering staff to Bahrain, returning with USN FFG Engine specialists. During the deployment 864 never missed a mission through unserviceability. An engine change was performed whilst alongside in Bahrain, and the aircraft passed the subsequent check test flight first time. Named 'Barney Gumble' in 1998. Onboard HMAS ANZAC during Operation WARDEN, East Timor 1999/2000 - however it hardly flew due to engine problems. In Service 723 Sqn RAN.
