Apollo 11 Recovery Sea King

File Description:
This is a texture for the Mike November "Sikorsky / Westland SeaKing V1.1", I used photographs of the Apollo 11 recovery as my guide. This Sh-3D Sea King is repainted as Ship 66 SN:152711 the way it was painted during the Apollo 11 recovery on 24 July, 1969. "66" was stationed on the USS Hornet. This is a texture only, it requires the mn_seaking.zip.

Southern Airways McDonnell Douglas DC-9-30 Final Livery (N90S)

File Description:
DXT3 textures for the FS2004 SGA DC-9-30 model. N90S-ship:931 was delivered new to Southern Airways on May 23,1969 and saw service all the way to July 2005 thru the merger with North Central creating Republic and then with Northwest before finally being retired. These textures feature a little weathering and the usual exhaust stains on the rear of the plane. As always...Enjoy!!

London City Airport Rewritten ILS Approaches

File Description:
The default approaches into London City Airport (EGLC) are flawed. The way AI aircraft are vectored, they complete their turn onto final far too late, causing anything faster than a Cherokee to cross the threshold too fast and too high to make a safe landing. I have solved this by rewriting the ILS approaches to both 10 and 28, making them consistent with the real-life procedures.

Douglas DC-3 Cambrian Airways Update

File Description:
For Cambrian fans, a small update to the two Cambrian Airways liveries uploaded in DC3CAMB2.ZIP. Fixes a small gap in the cheatline at the wing/fuselage joint on the "Red Bars" livery and replaces the map of Australia in the passenger entrance of both aircraft with a map of Wales. Seems more appropriate, somehow, as Sydney is a long way from Cardiff. By Mark Beaumont.

Major Richard I Bong's P-38L "Marge"

File Description:
This skin is Lockheed P-38L Lightning "Marge" of the top scoring USAAF ace of WW2, Richard Ira Bong, Phillipines October 1944. Bong scored 40 kills before he was pulled from action. He died in August 1945 test piloting the new P-80 jet fighter. Thanks to WOLF257 for creating the P-38, and Bunyip whose skin I used to help find my way around the bmp!

Hopping Round the World Adventure - Pack 74

File Description:
We have 8 takeoffs in Japan and 2 in Korea. Some winter rain as we make some nice hops. On the last leg it starts out so innocently but can be fatal as you prepare to land. IFR anyone? We have mapped out our progress on our way to Alaska. See the Progress Map. So far, 747 takeoffs and landings and 140,727 miles flown.
