Chateau Airfield NZ22, & Chateau Hotel Village, Mount Ruapehu, New Zealand.

File Description:
Welcome to the Chateau Airfield, the home of Mountain Air. The airfield is located on the foothills of Togariro National Park's, Mount Ruapehu in the central North Island of New Zealand. This scenery includes not only the airfield, but the Chateau Hotel and Village halfway up the mountain. The scenery also features some custom buildings and signs (textures included). For those that like to arrive for their ski-ing holday in style, there is a helipad (NZ20, ficticious), right beside the Chateau Hotel, or alternatively, you can follow the road opposite the airfield, which leads directly up to the Chateau Hotel and Village. Requires some EZ Scenery Object sets (see INSTALL instructions for details). Special thanks to Mike Andrews (creator2003) for giving his kind permission to use his custom Chateau Hotel building in this scenery. *Requires some EZ Scenery Object sets.*

Lockheed VC-121E "Columbine III"

File Description:
The C-121 is the military version of the famed "Constellation" commercial transport. During WW II, the AAF purchased 22 early model Constellations which were designated C-69s, and between 1948 and 1955 the USAF ordered 150 C-121s for use as cargo and passenger carriers, executive transports and airborne early warning picket ships. It's the only VC-121E built, was President Eisenhower's personal airplane between 1954 and 1961. Mrs. Eisenhower christened it "Columbine III" in honor of the official flower of Colorado, her adopted home state, in ceremonies on Nov. 24, 1954. "Columbine III" served as the Presidental aircraft until President Eisenhower left office in January 1961. It remained in service transporting government officials and visiting foreign dignitaries throughout the world until it was retired to the U.S. Air Force Museum in 1966.Textures only, requires original aircraft by Mike Stone http://www.pmstone.com/

Algerian Transports Package V2

File Description: This freeware AI package, produced by Miljan Korac in conjunction with Military AI Works , features the Beech 1900D, C-295M, C-130H/H-30 and IL-76/78 aircraft of the Algerian Air Force based at Boufarik Air Base (DAAK). Algeria is a user of both western and eastern technologies in its Air Force the fleet makes flights all over the world but mostly in Europe. Algeria still keeps its Air Force numbers a secret so data for this package was based on best available information but is not intended to be 100% accurate. This package also includes custom made scenery for Boufarik Air Base (DAAK) including a custom made gate guard Mig-21 model also by Miljan Korac. New airport and callsign files for RC4 The following new airports are included in this file: EGFF Cardiff, EGPH Edinburgh, EGDP Portland Coastguard, EGPD Aberdeen & EGPK Prestwick. Both Edinburgh and Aberdeen proved diffcult to sound correctly and because of this they are included in a separate zip file within this one. SATSair Complete Package Summer 2008

File Description:
This package includes representative flightplans for SATSair (Smart Air Travel Systems) drawn from flightaware and a texture for Mike Cronin's AI SR22 (available on AVSIM). SATSair is an air taxi system in the southeast US using 22 Cirrus SR-22s for on demand air travel. From their website: "SATSair offers regional point-to-point air transportation that is safe, convenient and cost effective. Aircraft are pre-positioned strategically throughout the service area, allowing customers to board a SATSair aircraft and depart with little notice. SATSair eliminates the frustrations of crowded airline terminals, long security lines and lengthy connections. In addition, SATSair utilizes numerous airports that the airlines don't, making it exceptionally convenient for rural destinations and multiple-stop itineraries." These plans may be installed using MRAI setup, or manually using Lee Swordy's TTools. As part of my continuing effort to expand the AI world, here you go!

Royal New Zealand Air Force AI Airshow Package 2 REDUX

File Description:
Mike McIntyre's excellent Otis AFB package (File name at AVSIM: ai_tb_demo.zip) was the inspiration for all this. A complete AI package of scenery, aircraft and flightplans, this is an airshow practice and sortie package which focuses on Ohakea airbase in New Zealand. You will see multi-ship crossovers and manoeuvres at high and low altitude, and heavily-armed aircraft depart for training on far shores, later to return unladen. Aircraft include F-16C, F-16D, and CT-4 trainers. This is the companion volume to RNZAF AI Package 1 REDUX. All other previously issued RNZAF packs should be removed, including the earlier Package 2 release rnzafa2.zip (1225 AVSIM downloads). Because it relies on complex FS2004 AFCADs, this package may not work in FSX. Callsigns by Keagan Garkeuken. Repaints are by Steve Jenks. Steve has also done a special RNZAF Anniversary paint for Kirk Olsson's F-16 Viper, textures included here.
