| Italian Air Force, Lockeed F-104G "Starfighter" |

Lockheed's F-104 "Starfighter" was sleek, sexy, and difficult to fly. Essentially a J-79 turbojet with tiny wings and a place for the pilot to sit, it had a poor turning radius and very unpredictable behavior at high angles of attack along with very high takeoff and landing speeds. Its strength was never in its agility, but rather in its speed. The type was the only aircraft in existence at the time that could sustain speeds of over Mach 2.0, and it had a stellar rate of climb.
The "Starfighter" was an icon among jet interceptors throughout the 1970s. It was built also in Italy (G version), under licence. The first Italian F-104G flown during the end of 1962 and the last one (S version) was retired from active service in 2004 (42 Years !!!).
Textures only for two "Starfighters" of the 9 Gruppo of 4 Aerobrigata of the Aeronautica Militare Italiana (Italian Air Force), the first unit to receive the "Starfighter", based on Grosseto Airport, Italy, 1963/64. These textures require a legal copy of the payware Alphasim F-104G. The paints were done with the paintkit provided by Alphasim/Frank Safranek and the metal base textures provided by Henry William. I am proud to present this detailed repaint of the Aryus Works freeware model of the Cessna Citation Excel XLS+, registration YU-BZM, in Air Pink's elegant black, gray and white livery. Air Pink is a private business jet charter airline based in in Belgrade, Serbia, established in 2004 as part of Pink International Company. It is based at Belgrade Nikola Tesla International Airport. Its fleet consists of this single Citation XLS+, 2 Cessna Citation II's, 2 Cessna Citation 550 Bravos and 1 Cessna Citation CJ2. Air Pink flies to destinations in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. There are a lot of curves on this aircraft and I paid attention to painting their detail and creating as realistic a repaint as possible on this work. The textures in this repaint are 32-bit. This is a complete install; Aryus Works Citation Excel XLS+ model and air files are included. Panel and sound are from the default Lear45. PLEASE NOTE: I recreated several textures in this repaint out of respect for EagleSoft Development's texture Copyright. These EagleSoft textures were released in Aryus Works original Excel paintkit and were used without permission from EagleSoft Development. See Readme file for more details.

| "Fantasy of Flight" AT-6 Texan (N3931Y) |

This is a repaint for the payware A2A Simulations AT-6 Texan. This repaint depicts AT-6D/AT-6G 49-3311, registered as N3931Y, which is owned/operated by Kermit Weeks at "Fantasy of Flight" in Polk City, FL. This aircraft was originally manufactured as an AT-6D in WWII for the USAAF, but was rebuilt to AT-6G standard in 1949 for the USAF. The aircraft served in the Spanish AF as a "Caza 6", C.6-167, from around 1962 all the way until 1982, serving as both a trainer and a frontline ground support aircraft, with machine guns mounted in the wings and rocket launchers under the wings. Imported into the US in the 80's, and flying on the civil register, the aircraft is painted as a tribute to the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP), with the markings of Avenger Field in Sweetwater, Texas, where they trained. The WASP insignia "Fifinella" is applied to the cowling, which was designed by Disney during the war. This aircraft is one of those which have been covered by Kermit Weeks in his popular "Kermie Cam" flight video series on Youtube. The repaint was created using the A2A product paintkit.

| Douglas C-47 (PH-PBA) Rijksluchtvaartdienst |

This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of PH-PBA. It was built as c/n 19434 and went to the 8th Air Force as 42-100971. She served among other during Operation Market Garden. After the war, she was obtained by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands and registered as PH-PBA in 1946. In 1947, the Rijksluchtvaartdienst (RLD, Civil Aviation Authoroties) took her on charge, and from then on she served as the first Dutch Government aircraft, used mainly to fly the Dutch Royal family, often with Prince Bernhard as pilot. In 1961 she was replaced by a Fokker F-27, but continued to be used by the RLD, in the paintscheme presented here. In 1975, she was transferred to the Aviodome museum at Schiphol airport, where she stood outside for 20 years. Prince Bernhard always lobbied for a return to airworthiness for PH-PBA, and in 1995 she reappeared on the Dutch register. She is currently flying with the Dutch Dakota Association, in a combined KLM - Air France paintscheme. | Lockheed P-38L Italian Air Force 3 Stormo 3-12 |

This folder contains a repaint for the MIlviz P-38L, representing P-38L MM4260 3-21 as flown by the 3 Stormo of the Italian Air Force. After the war, Italy received 120 P-38s in an agreement dated April, 1946. Those heavy fighters, mainly P-38Ls, but also F-5s, were put in service in 4 Stormo. They flew reconnaissance missions over the Balkans, as well as ground attack, naval cooperation and air superiority missions. Delivered after a one-month refurbishing, they finally were all sent to AMI not before 1952. Other wings, like 3 Stormo, used the P-38 as well. Due at the big dimensions of this fighter, the old engines and pilot error, a very high number of P-38s, sadly, were lost in accidents. At least 30 crashes of P-38s in Italian service claimed a number of victims. Despite this, many Italian pilots liked the fighter, due to its excellent visibility on the ground and its stability at take off. Finally, P-38s were phased-out in 1956. Today, no Italian P-38s survive, nor even a single component from one, as these aircraft, with the value of light alloys, were quickly dismantled. | Fairchild 24 (2/96) Swedish Air Force |

This folder contains a repaint for the Lionheart Fairchild 24, in the colors of 2/96, a civilian Fairchild 24 that was impressed into the Swedish Air Force. At the outbreak of war, many civilian aircraft were mobilized. Most of them was larger aircraft, but lighter aircraft for liaison work were also used. The Naval Aviation Wing of F 2 at Hägernäs needed smaller aircraft for transport of personnel and liaison in their co-operation with the Navy.
For this reason, one Fairchild 24-C8CS-De Luxe was mobilized between May of 1940 and February of 1943. Its earlier civil registration was SE-AIR (in the USA ex NC15926). It was powered with a Warner Super Scarab S50 air-cooled radial engine delivering 145 hk. The aircraft was designated Tp 6 and got the Air Force number 912. At the delivery of the Tp 6 in May of 1940 to the Air Force, it crashed. But it was repaired and in service again in October the same year. After its time in the Air Force, the Fairchild went back to the civil register, where it was written off in 1951 after another crash.

| Avro Lancaster (NA-S) No.44 Sqn R5508 |

This folder contains a repaint for the AVRO Lancaster by Aeroplane Heaven, in the colors of Lancaster B.1 R5508 of No.44 Squadron based on Waddington, UK, as flown by Squadron Leader John Nettleton from South Africa during the low-level daylight raid on the MAN factory in Augsburg, Germany on 17 April, 1942. It involved six aircraft of 44 squadron and six of 97 squadron, that had to fly some 1000 miles over hostile terrain in daylight at low level. Only two of 44 sqn and five of 97 sqn reached the target, and two more aircraft were shot down near Augsburg by flak. Four 97 sqn aircraft returned to base under cover of darkness, but of 44 sqn, only Squadron Leader Nettletons aircraft, although heavily damaged, made it back to the UK. Nettleton received the VC for this raid, F/L Penman of 97 Sqn the DSO. 8 DFC's and 10 DFM's were awarded to other crew members. Nettleton died on 13 July 1943, returning from a raid on Turin. It is believed he was shot down near Brest by a FW190 of JG.2. His body and those of his crew were never recovered. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Aeroplane Heaven.

File Description:
These are 24-bit templates on which to base repaints of the FS2004/FS2002 MAAM-SIM DC-3 available from Mid-Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. They cannot be used with the default FS2004 DC-3. This is not a 'paint kit' as such, as the original MAAM-SIM DC-3 bitmaps are partly photoreal. Rather, these are semi-finished templates on which to base further work. This initial package comprises bare metal and white top liveries for the base Passenger and Cargo DC-3 models in different variations, together with revised alpha channel templates. Simple instructions are included. These base textures reflect commonly found "background" configurations for many liveries, and will save repainters time by not having to get rid of the default colour schemes found in the original package before starting work. Please note that further templates will be issued to complement any future versions of the MAAM-SIM model. The intention is that those templates can be added to this base 'paintkit' folder, the methodology and basic instructions being similar for all paints. Where changes to the model invoke changes in texture mapping or other differences, this will be noted with each new package provided. Harbin Y-11 for AI
The piston powered Y-11 is a Chinese developed regional airliner and utility transport developed during the mid 1970s as a replacement for the Antonov An-2 utility biplane in Chinese service . The Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Company production of the Y-11s was from 1980. Features include two radial engines, capability for rough field operations and STOL performance. Y-11s have seen service as commuter airliners and have also been configured and used for ag spraying.
Flightcrew of two. Main cabin seats six to eight passengers in Y-11. Approximately 40 Y-11s were built. Later models increased capacity and had turboprop engines.
This model incorporates animated rudder, elevator, flaps and ailerons as well as night lighting.The main model contains only 1100 polygons with a single texture file to ensure the absolute minimum impact on your framerates.
There are three other models incorporated to give a total of 4 LOD models.
It is designed specifically to enhance the aircraft population to use with the marvellous GA-Traffic programme by Marcus Brunner
There are three textures included plus a paintkit in this zip file.
EditVoicePack. Two vcpmod files (10 voice) are also included for the manufacturer "Harbin" and model "Y-11" to import into EditVoicePack if you have that great program.

| P-51D 357th FG/ 362nd FS G4-E "Missouri Armada" |

File Description:
P-51D Mustang 44-14789 "Missouri Armada" flown by Capt. John "Johnny" B. England.John Brooke England was born in 1923 at Caruthersville, Missouri. His service number was O-739263 and he joined the 362nd FS of the 357th FG in April 1943 as a 1/Lt meaning that he was part of the original cadre that left the ZI in November 1943 for the UK. He was promoted to Captain and then to Major. He took command of the 362nd FS on 25 August 1944. He served two tours with the 357th FG for a total of 108 operational missions giving a total of 460 hours combat flying time. He was the second highest scorer in the 357th with a total of 17.5 victories. England finished his second tour and rotated home on 26 January 1945. He remained in the service after the war and was killed in an F-86 crash in November 1954 in France. Alexandria Air Force base in Louisiana was renamed England Air Force Base in his honor. The aircraft was later assigned to Lt. Oscar Ridley, who renamed it "Sad Sack". The a/c was lost on 18 april 1945, with Lt Ridley evading capture.
