This is a repaint (textures only) for the Donationware B-17G Late from FighterTown Design Group. You can get it here for a great price!! www.donationware.net Thank you FDG for providing this great plane!! Special thanks go to Jarink, who is a repainter in IL-2/PF. Jarink was kind enough to send me his layered photoshop files of the Noseart that I used for these repaints. I also used his repaints as a guide for my repaints. This texture represents "Hells Belle" one of the B-17G Flying Fortresses of the 91st Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. The 91th BG, one of the more famous groups in the Eighth Air Force. "The Ragged Irregulars" were based at Bassingbourn, England.

D Day Doll Boeing B-17G

This texture represents "D Day Doll" from the 710th Bomb Squadron, 447th Bomb Group. D-Day Doll may have earned her name on the day itself. However, available mission records indicate that she flew her very first combat mission on June 7, 1944, one day after D-Day.

ldsp_split_2025

File Description:
FSX Scenery LDSP_Split (CROATIA) (created with ADE & SketchUp 2017) In order to correct any errors, anyone with aerial photos can send them to my email. This scene was created without pretension, with the tools and data available, with as much precision as possible. AI has not been tested. Some buildings are generic, others created with Sketchup often with very little reference (photos, height, width, etc.). So I hope you will be happy to use it, accepting the flaws but knowing the many hours spent on its design. Thank you for your understanding. This scenery was built from the official maps for the runway and taxiways with GoogleMaps as a background image as support. The different signs were positioned without any documentation or references

AI European Flights

File Description:
This is a very nice and unusual addition to your AIA traffic within Europe. All models used are from AI Aardvark models. If you need the models that I used, please drop me a note. Otherwise, all models are available for download at Avsim, or at www.ai-aardvark.com. Repaints included are aircraft in liveries that never flew, but they very well could have. Liveries are from the 1960s era. Included are: Swissair 737-200 MEA 727-100 Lufthansa DC-9-10 BOAC 727-100 Aer Lingus 727-200 All repaints are 32Bit with no mipmaps. If you prefer the textures in DXT3 format, drop me a note and I’ll be glad to send them to you. Nothing unusual about installation.

File Description: AgustaWestland A109 in Bomba Fire & Rescue Malaysia 9M-BOB paint scheme. Requires the Gmax Agusta A109 Package by Alan Devins. In Malaysia, "Bomba" refers to the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia), a federal agency responsible for firefighting and technical rescue. The name "Bomba" is derived from the Portuguese word "bombeiros," meaning firefighters. This texture is uploaded as a 16 bit DXT3 BMP with no mipmaps for clarity, but all my repaints are also available in 32 bit to those who want them. Just send an email to my address in the included readme. Feedback / suggestions always welcome. As always, feel free to add to / edit / modify / do what you want with my files. This is FREEWARE created for fun for anyone to use how they choose.

File Description:
FS GaugeMaster v0.1 (beta) - GaugeMaster will scan your panel.cfg files and determine which gauges in the Flight Simulator GAUGES folder are no longer being used. It will allow you to delete any unused gauges and includes a backup facility. This program is currently a Beta release (although the gauge id and delete is working) due to some missing functionality. The program will eventually include the ability to identify panels with missing gauges. ***NOTE*** As this is beta software please backup your FS gauges folder before running the delete function of this package. I cannot restore the files for you and they DO NOT go to the Windows Recycle Bin. I will attempt to figure out how to send them to the Recycle Bin and MAY make that an option in a future release.

Nakajima G8N-1 Renzan "Rita"

File Description:
This is the AN-12 modded into the Imperial Japanese Navy's Nakajima G8N-1 Renzan, Allied code name "Rita", for Strike Fighters. THis allows us to have something to shoot at, as well as the Japanese AI a nice big 4 engine bomber to send against us! The bombload is a useful 9000lbs, and she has 20mm defensive armament. And she's fast! The Rita was the best of the Japanese bombers, basically equivilent to a B-29, but never made it into serial production. The skin is of the 721st Kokutai, based at Yokohama, Japan, late 1944. The Rita comes with WOLF's P-47D-20 cockpit if for some reason you want to fly her. Just paste the entire G8N-1 folder into the Objects/Aircraft folder, and fly!

CO ANG Alphasim C-130 93-7314 and 7325

File Description:
IMPORTANT NOTE -- I just uploaded a file as well -- texture.67325.zip -- I forgot the alpha channel in the texture. Therefore I include that texture as well as this new one in a single package. My apologies for the inconvenience. Both readme's are included. BEFORE YOU SEND ME EMAIL -- please note that the "sloppiness" of the orange "tabs" on the wings and tail are usually hand done very quickly by the soldiers for training reasons. Compare this texture with photos of the actual aircraft and you will see what I mean, so the "sloppy texturing" on the orange marks were indeed done on purpose. Enjoy the repaint. This will be my last CO ANG paint for a while, as I am going to concentrate on actually flying for a bit.
