File Description:
Display Your Information - an Illustrated Tutorial. Ever wish you could display information that is important to you without pausing the flight? You can, and it is easier to do than you might think. This illustrated tutorial will show you how to add your information to the kneeboard display of your favorite aircraft. No programming knowledge is needed. I use it to display radio frequency information for airports which have animated hanger doors. Compiled in .doc and .pdf formats for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

Mankomen Lake, Alaska

File Description:
Welcome to Mankomen Lake! Great scenery and fantastic fishing are found throughout the entire area. Mankomen sits almost right in the middle of an outdoorsman's paradise. One may fly in and land at the airport or use the floatplane facility at the lake. This is a great hub to fly out to other lakes in the area from. Bigger airports such as Gulkana, Valdez, and Northway, are not too far from Mankomen. While Mankomen Lake is truly a real-world airport, this scenery is fictitious. Please enjoy!

1959 Louisiana-Mississippi-Little Rock-Memphis Scenery

File Description:
FS2004 scenery for the Southern USA in the 1959 to 1962 era. Includes New Orleans (pic 1), Memphis (pic 2), Little Rock (pic 3), and many smaller airports in Louisiana and Mississippi (like Natchez, pic 4). Many town's landclass reduced in size for the earlier era. Includes period billboards along many roads and drive-in theaters too. All custom objects created in GMAX and all objects placed in XML with SceneGenX, to maximize frame rates. Created by Mike Stevens with help from Tom Gibson.

Imagine Simulations KDEN, KDTW, & KMSY

File Description:
This is a remake of Imagine Simulations Denver- Detroit Metro Wayne & New Orleans Afcad 2 files. I have tried to gather as much information from the airport website to make gate assignments as real as possible. This file is for use without the static planes in the scenery folder. In all afcad 2's, I used the crossing runway techniques so all runways are in use at all three airports. All taxiways and runways are properly aligned. Hope you enjoy this new afcad 2 file.

FS2004 Scenery - Airlake Airport (ICAO: KLVN, FAA LID: LVN) is a public airport located in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities in Minnesota, near the communities of Lakeville and Farmington in Dakota County, about 22 miles (35 km) south of the central business district of Minneapolis. It is owned by the Metropolitan Airports Commission. Look for trains passing the airport. Requires the ai train set by Mitsuya Hamaguchi (ai_sl.zip). AFCAD file by Ray Lunning. Besides his domestic destinations, Graz and Vienna, InterSky also serves many destinations in Germany, France and Southern Europe as Split, Zadar, Elba, Olbia, Naples and Bastia. *** If you use German Airports 1 (Aerosoft) you can also download a new AFCAD file for EDNY (edny_for_ga1.zip). I have added all missing gates for AI traffic.

Warminster Naval Air Development Center (Re-opened)

File Description:
Flight Simulator 2004 really messed up this airport. The programmers made Warminster's runway part of a small private airport to the North called "Jarrett" (5PN7). In these 2 AFCAD files, I manually separated these airports. Using Google Earth, and some '90s photos of the airfield, which was demolished in 2001, I have recreated the three runways and ramp to good detail. No buildings are present, but it is still nice to see it reopened. The airfield closed in 1995 and was demolished in 2001.

Nieuenland, Bremen, Germany (EDDW/BRE)

File Description:
Improved and updated 2007 AFCAD for the excellent Bremen Flughafen, part of the "German Airports 3" package released some times ago by Aerosoft (Payware). Made from various sources (maps, charts and pictures) including the official airport Web site and a few days I have just spend at the nearby Deutsche Airbus facilities. 100% of the real trafic (September 2007) is existing as AI, available for free from sites like Avsim. It is up to you to go for an extra work but well rewarding.
