This is a registration number change only. Default texture.1, the one with the wide gold stripe with redish-orange stripes on either side, has been changed from N4654L to N2504M at the request of one of my fellow reviewers. Nothing else has changed other than this tail number. You can search the Avsim Library files and find a file that you can download to update the panel color if you like. I made new black, ivory, and gray panels for you to use with the Aztec. Most folks do not care for the two default colors of blue or gold. You will need the payware Alabeo PA23 Aztec F 250 add on to make use of this repaint. This is for FSX/FSX:SE and P3Dv2-v3. Enjoy.

I had several personal requests for some VH-XXX registrations. Our friends down under sometimes feel like we are leaving them out of the picture. We are not, and this is my most recent contribution. These repaints are for FSX, P3D, and FSX:Steam. You will need the payware version of the Carenado EMB505 HD Phenom 300 installed to use this repaint. Check the screenshots out for the color choices and liveries. Enjoy.

This is a repaint for our friends to the North that feel they don't get enough Canadian registered aircraft in the first wave. I have taken the excellent dark blue default livery from the Alabeo Aztec offering and rebranded it as C-FGCC. Nothing more, nothing less. I did make a new thumbnail and compiled the text for updating your aircraft.cfg file. This is the Poster Child photo repaint of the mid 70s for the 6-seat, heavy hauler, Piper Aztec PA23-250. This one has factory Lycoming turbos so it will climb high and go a little faster. Not fast, by any measure, but faster and get better gas mileage and have a better view from up high. You can also add your F1 GTN750 to the VC panel should you own one. Nice. Of course, you must have your own payware Alabeo PA23_Aztec_F_250 installed in FSX/FSX:SE/P3Dv2-v3.

Using the ExcBuilder Program - An Illustrated Tutorial. Do you have autogen trees and/or buildings in the approach or take off flight path of your favorite airport? Its not considered "good form" to have your aircraft wings clip them (or worse). This short tutorial will show you how to easily "exclude" such objects using the ExcBuilder program by Paavo Pihelgas. File Description:
This is a very close approximation of a real world Embraer Phenom 300. The home base of N900HT is not known for sure, but is occasionally seen coming and going from Big Bear City airport in Southern California. Daytona Beach, FL is also frequented by this one. Big Bear City is one of those high altitude airports in the mountains West of twentynine Palms and East of LAX and North of Palm Springs. N900HT was delivered in September, 2011 and was featured in a sales video by one of the active private jet dealers in sunny Southern California. You will need to own a copy of the Carenado EMB-505 Phenom 300 for FSX, P3D or FSX:Steam to use this repaint. Enjoy.

File Description:
Enhanced sound files for the "sounds" program by José Oliveira and Jorge Filipe. This enhancement eliminates virtually all of the background recording "noise" in the original MP3 files used in the sounds program. Prior installation of "sounds.zip" - available at Avsim.com is required. Sounds provides daytime and nightime sounds when your aircraft engine is shut down - excellent for GA aircraft at smaller airfields. Compiled by David Marshall. Unzip to a temporary folder and follow the simple installation instructions.

InflightMusic Update. In response to several requests, this update adds a mouseable tooltip Icon to your panel which will display or hide the Inflight Music window. File Description:
Inflight Music. Tested in FS2004 only.
A simple addition to virtually any panel which allows the user to play their favorite music during those long and tedious flights. The display has eight programmable switches which will play MP3/WMA/WAV/MID files that are located anywhere on your computer - they do not have to be in your Sound directory. A windows explorer style interface allows you to select the proper music file which can be set to play once or loop and it allows you to set the volume.
The guage I have used was written by R.L. Clark. His work is outstanding!
A setup for the FS2004 default B737-400 panel is included along with all necessary files to allow you to add this to most other panels. Other uses could include Cabin Announcements. Unzip to a Temp directory (use folder names option) and follow the simple install instructions.
