'Red Arrows', 'Black Seahawks' and 'Saudi Hawks' Panel Fix

File Description:
Revised mirror gauges for the panels of BAe Hawk aircraft in the 'Red Arrows' GMAX team four, 'Black Seahawks' single and GMAX team four, and 'Saudi Hawks' single and GMAX team four. Only relevant for users who have previously upgraded these aircraft for FS2004 using any or all of the respective files REDS_FS9.ZIP, BSH_FS9.ZIP, and SH_FS9.ZIP. Removes a small black line that appeared by the left hand mirror on some video cards.

Douglas DC-3 Ansett (ANA)

File Description:
VH-ABR is offered here both in her current Ansett Airways livery, as of 1996, and earlier Australian National Airways colours. The aircraft, having been restored by Ansett staff and volunteers, is in wonderful condition today considering that she was originally delivered to ANA in 1938. She flies from Melbourne-Tullamarine, Victoria, Australia and is operated by the Ansett Historical Aviation Group. Based on Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002, this model has Wright Cyclone engines and includes transparent cabin windows, nightlighting, 3D interior with opening passenger folding stair door, and other details. Centennial Aircraft DC-3 ACOF-BB IFR Panel, 4-Tank Full Package

File Description:
This package offers a modified aircraft.cfg file for the Beaumont and Bitzer 4-tank ship in a new, standalone package. It includes the latest edition of Mark Beaumont's 'IFR' panel and incorporates Beaumont and Bitzer's 4-tank "no ALL tanks" and automixture modifications. Support documentation explains what changes have been made to make the plane fly more closely to the published specifications for the real DC-3, vintage 1939. Supplied with "Century of Flight" Centennial markings on a bare metal livery in restored condition, this aircraft will appear in a fresh aircraft folder to which you can add other texture sets in the usual way. Aliases default DC-3 sound.

Douglas DC-3 Three Fuel Tank Automixture Gauge

File Description:
For three-tank operation, this gauge may be of interest to those pilots who like to fly without checking the "Enable automixture" function in the "Aircraft/Realism Settings" pull-down menu, but want more DC-3 realism than can be achieved with FS2004's simulation of mixture control. It requires prior installation of Beaumont and Bitzer's Douglas DC-3 Three Fuel Tank Modification, to be found in DC3_3TK.ZIP. Its purpose is to replicate the auto-rich and auto-lean settings on the mixture controls, including a fully functional mixture control. Its calibrated range of operation is from 3000 to 12000ft. density altitude. In the auto-rich position, it approximates the checked "Enable automixture" setting on the "Aircraft/Realism Settings" menu. In the auto-lean position, the mixture is leaned to increase the exhaust gas temperature about 30 degrees K. from auto-rich, and will increase achieved miles per gallon.

Douglas DC-3 Three Fuel Tank Modification

File Description:
This gauge and modification is applicable only to the FS2004 DC-3. Its purpose is to disable FS2004's default characteristic of setting the fuel flow to the engines from "all" tanks. There is no "all" setting on a real DC-3. This gauge will disable the fuel flow from "all" tanks, by checking to see if the selection is in the "all" position and if so, changing it to supply fuel to the left engine from the left main tank, and fuel to the right engine from right main tank. It means, however, that you must remember to manually switch tanks to use fuel from all of them during the flight.
