File Description:
This upload provides sound for all 39 of the airports in the PA-MD-VA series using Lago's FS SoundScape program. These really up the realism level as that dead silence at airports is just so unnatural. Sounds that play are dependent on the time of day, season,and proximity to the area they are eminating from but Ive tried to balance everything out so that there arent any dead spots and also to make sure the proper amplitude of the sound is played. For instance, if youre in the cockpit the sounds will be muted cuz the doors and windows are shut tight. Step outside in an external view and the sound level increases. Move your viewpoint away from a group of trees that has birds in it and the sound level slowly decreases. Pretty cool stuff I think.... Lago's FSSoundScape required. File Description:
New version of the popular Boeing 737NG soundset, this time exclusively re-built for Project Opensky 737-800. A few changes except the new cfg is a new interior spool sound, making it sound a alot more authentic to the real deal. Also new roll and wind sound to enhance the realism.
I've also added the "hum" you can hear just before the spool kicks. In this verion you can hear it from cockpit as the exterior remains the same.
I've also fixed the spool pitch because i noticed that in the earlier version the spool was a bit off. The POSKY 738 has very powerful engines and take-off thrust should be like 90%. I've built it after a Ryanair video by Christel Jenny Sinsen where i estimate the thrust being around 90%. This by far the most realistic CFM56-7 soundset today and are very close to the real thing. My Newest Heavily updated Concorde Sound Package. A realistic sound pack for the Olympus 593 engine. 3D sound cone technology has been used, you can hear the afterburners blasting from behind Concorde. This will make your Concorde come to life again. Uber realism with the spool up, startup, takeoff roars, and afterburners from behind. Interior sounds have been carefully recorded and old videos have been used for realism with permission and massive thank you and help from Adrian Bennett who has recently fully started and run the worlds only running Olympus 593 Mk610 engine. The Olympus engines are two spool engines, 38,050 lbs of thrust were delivered to push the Concorde to Mach 2. By Kelvin Keeble.
