File Description:
This archive contains aircraft sound files and configuration data to model the ATR 42-500 Series. FS2002 and FS2004 compatible.
I created this sound pack to address the fact that many of the default sounds are too "buzzy." While buzzing may be what you hear as an observer or even a passenger, the cockpit has a very different sound environment.
This project was designed to be a sound pack for use with an ATR 42-500, although I must say that I am also using it for my Dash series. The choice is up to you... installation is easy and can be reversed with a simple procedure if you don't like the effect.
All sounds were mixed and compiled for smoothness, resolution, clarity, and timbre. I think you will find the effect quite pleasing and a rather welcome improvement.

New and fresh, reworked version of the B737 Classic soundpack now as version 4!
I've built this exclusively for the Fiftynorth Boeing 737 Classic flight dynamics, but should work
well with FFX models aswell.
This set contains many new sounds;
- New interior and exterior idle
- "Howl" sound for the exterior and interior.
- New Autopilot disconnect sound.
- Exeterior and interior APU
- New roll and touchdown sounds
- New gear and flap handle sounds.
- New interior spool, giving that "sweet", high pitched spool sound.
Recomended thrust setting at take-off is 80-90% depending on weight.
No doubt that this set is one of the very best 737 classic soundset that ever existed and these new sounds will give your old 737 a fresh breath and it is a true pleasure flying with these sounds!

This time you'll notice various improvements such a reduced file size, which will tremendously improve your framerates and for you Dial Up users. No More Download Headaches! Improved Engine whine I added more bass so you'll be able to hear the rath of these powerful engines, a recently recorded Max Power Buzz Saw Like Sounds Heard during take-off. I also reprogrammed some of the exterior values so the time the engine has to whine has increased, compliments to some new wavs for the exterior set. These Sounds were the results of two months of hard work. Every Small aspect of these engine's characteristics are captured in this soundset. This is the first soundset made exactly for the CF6-80A Engine Commonly found on 767-200s and Older A310-200 aircraft. All of the interior engine sounds were exclusively recorded from the business class cabin of an American Airlines 767-200ER on a flight from JFK to Miami. The exterior sounds were only taken from the finest recordings of the CF6-80A engine. I'd like to furthermore also present to you FS Sound Project's first release, for tech support or if you'd like to comment on these sounds please visit us at www.fssound.cbj.net. Feel free to use this on CF6-80C2B Powered 767-300s aswell they sound almost identical. Please Enjoy!!!
