File Description:
An updated AI package for Diego Garcia featuring aircraft from MAIW packages so you will need to download and install the following packages from AVSIM or use the interactive map / aircraft selector on the MAIW website to get there.
This file is best used with Matt Magner's Diego Garcia package (which I strongly recommend you get) which can be downloaded from AVSIM or Simviation for the scenery - this gives B2 hangars and a working AFCAD with plenty of parking.

File Description:
Here is an improved version of the stock Simmons AAF. I adjusted and added aprons, roads and
taxiways to more closely match real life. I added many Military_combat parking spaces. I replaced
most buildings and added additional buildings. I added parking lots and static vehicles, lightpoles,
and other filler objects and adjusted the boundary fence to clear UTX water features.
This base is intended for use with the MAIW Simmons AAF AI package. The MAIW packages work well in FSX,
but the included scenery files are FS9 files and give poor results in FSX. The MAIW scenery files should
be removed before using these files. Of course, these files can be used without the AI but the base looks
so much better filled with Chinooks and Apaches, and they actually fly like helicopters.

The package represents the active Hellenic Air Force squadrons and combat wings 112CW 356TTS with C130B and C130H aircraft. The camouflage repaints are updates, a total repaint rework for the existing repaints by Henry Tomkiewicz, The grey and the grey display repaint variants are new from scratch. The package is fully compatible with the fresh MAIW release MAIW Hellenic Air Force Transports Elefsis, you will find detailed install instructions at readme file. For FS2004/FS9 and FSX.
