This small busy airport is an important part of the moving of freight and passengers to the North. During the spring and fall when the ice roads are not passable and the waterways cannot be used these Northern airports are vital to get the essential into Northern communities. Buffalo Airways is a great user of this airport for moving freight and passengers as well as operating a fleet of fire fighting tankers.

FS2004 Scenery - The Knoxville Municipal Airport, (KOXV) renamed Jim Bellamy Field, serves the greater Knoxville community and the surrounding areas of Marion County, Iowa. The airport is comprised of 120 acres, and is located at the southern edge of Knoxville, adjacent to the Highway 14 & Highway 5/92 interchange. The 4,000 foot (by 75 foot) single runway is constructed of concrete, with parallel taxiway. The facility is at an elevation of 928 feet at a distance of about 2 miles from Knoxville. This FS2004 repaint represents the PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies and is a repaint of PH-BFY a -400M Combi variant operated by KLM Asia, the Taiwanese subsidiary of KLM.
This package contains two sets of textures for FS2004. The first is a set of 16bit DXT3 textures and the other a set of higher quality 32bit 888 format textures that should be compatible with FS2004. The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paint kit
PMDG 747-400 for FS2004 required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.
