Delta Serpemtis Planetary System 1.01

File Description:
Fixed Version! This is an alternate fictitious solar system for the ORBITER space flight simulator, based on Delta Serpemtis, a real star approximatly 155 light years from the sun. See some screenshots in the AVSIM Orbiter forum from this package. There are a total of 6 planets and 11 moons in this system. 2 planets are gas giants with unique textures hand crafted by myself using Lunarcell. I'm including them in the package because the Luncarcell docs say that you cannot make a gas giant using it. Yes, you can. :D All moons/planets are a minimum of level 5 texture, with most at level 7. This version is for the latest build of Orbiter only and may not work in previous versions!

METAR Update Of The METAR Weather Program

File Description:
Update of the Free METAR program with new features and bug's corrected. New features: 1. I improved the temperature aloft settings. This also should give better cloud settings, esp. the cloud high is now computed out of temperature and other data. 2. No more 'weather update' messages 3. If the needed stations files not there, the program shouldn't crash anymore 4. The .reg file shouldn't be needed anymore 5. Both free METAR and WindsAloft Servers are used. To save time, the Server with the smaller files is used first. Only if this server failed the other is used. 6. The choice to get METAR text message of the nearest airport in FS9 is implemented. The message is updated every time the FS2k4METAR program updates the weather.

JAT Airways Summer 2004 Scheduled and Charter

File Description:
The following is a very accurate representation of JAT Airways Summer charter flights. It is based on a 2 month observation of JAT Airways scheduled flights. While it is impossible to get full schedule of charter flights, the flight included are accurate in terms of destination, aircraft used, and flight numbers. I had to include the regular scheduled flights, which were not produced by me, but rather MRAI of Summer 2004 and modify them as at times JAT uses its regular scheduled fleet to fly when available, and ad-hoc uses B722, B734, and DC-10 for their flights. Furthermore, the charter company, Aviogenex, carries out some of JAT's flight when all of the aircraft are unavailable. Separate schedule for Aviogenex is provided separately.

Stewart Is - Ryan Creek

File Description:
Ryan Creek Airfield Complete NZRC © Airport,Afcad files and flight plans for FS 2002 by Robert Bakhuis - [email protected] Microsoft left out Ryan Creek Airfield, Stewart Island when it made FS2002. It is a well use commercial airfield so here it is very simple as it is in real life. Southern Air operate two BN-2 Britten Norman Islanders and has access to a Cessna 185 to maintain daily regular scheduled flights from Invercargill to Stewart Island. There are a minimum of three scheduled flights per day. However, the number of flights increases on demand through the busy summer season, the current record held being 33 return flights in one day. Also inclued is the afcad and flight plans files for Ryan Creek.

File Description:
These files are a recommended upgrade for the following repaints of Jan Visser's aircraft by Mark Beaumont: C-47 41-18385 (1942), C-47 Dakota RAF (2), AA 'Flagship Knoxville', Air Queensland VH-MAL, Bush Pilots Airways VH-MAL, Air Viet Nam, Airlines of NSW VH-ANR, Ansett MAL VH-MAL, Ansett PNG VH-MAL, Bahamas Airways, BBA VH-BAB, BOAC G-AGHE, Cathay Pacific 'Betsy' (3 variants), Cathay Pacific 'Nikki', Dan-Air G-AMPP, Delta Air Lines 'Ship 41', Lambair, Swiss Air Lines. Includes a more appropriate airfile (a Visser original, upgraded for FS2002) and modified AIRCRAFT.CFG file for all versions. Any further repaints will ship with these new files. F5E Plus Tiger III v1.0 for X-Plane 6.4/6.51 - This Upgrade allows PC users to open the paint.BMP file. The F5E Plus Tiger III is an upgrade of the F5E/F Tiger II and did not involve upgrades to the engines or airframe, avionics and electronics were substantially upgraded. The F5A Freedom Fighter was originally developed by Northrop as a light, fast, maneuverable and inexpensive fighter. Deliveries began in August 1964 and its various versions have been sold to many countries besides the US, including, Brazil, Canada, Greece, Chile, Honduras, Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, Sudan, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia and Yemen. Capable of speeds near mach 2 and a combat radius of 875 miles it is one of the most agile military aircraft ever produced.

Groundhandling gauges, V3.2

File Description:
This archive contains version 3.2 of my "groundhandling" gauges, and work for both FS2002 AND FS2004. Like: automated pushback with conversation sounds, a Taxispeed controller using throttle AND brake settings, an arming switch that activates Taxispeed after a landing (incl. setting flaps, spoilers, autobrakes Off), Brakes sound, etc.... It can be added to any FS2002/FS2004 aircraft panel, including aircraft with Magneto-based engines (which was a major problem in the previous versions). Fully documented, including extensive installation and upgrade instructions. It's a complete package (including a solution for playing "xml sounds" in FS2004) in one .cab file, and does not require any other addons, like FSsound or FSUIPC. V3.2 solves 2 issues with using the Brakes. See included file "Upgrade V3.1 to V3.2 . txt".

Beach Buildings for LAGO FSE PATCH 1

File Description:
Beach buildings for FSE PATCH 1: This little patch is intended to improve three things of the first version of the Beach buildings for LAGO FSE: 1.- the second object of the serie, that gave an error when the user tried to import it inside FSE. 2.- the blend of the objects with the terrain, changing the ground textures and using transparencies where had a flatten view of the sea. 3.- As the sea doesn't appear in the textures now, you can use these objects in other zones different from the coast, lakes, rivers and so on. You can combine they freely to create towns and little cities in any type of terrain. Requires the "beachbuildings.zip" file, with all the *.exo files installed inside LAGO FSE.

F6F-3, Hellcat, VF-39

File Description:
This is a repaint of the RealFlight Simulations excellent F6F Hellcat. These textures represent an F6F-3 that is currently on the bottom of Majuro Lagoon at Dalop Island. Dalop Island was liberated on February 2, 1944 from the Japanese. A 5800 foot runway built to support aviation activities. This plane, number 25116 is approximately 500 yards from shore. Indications are this Hellcat was dumped at the end of WWII. The plane was launched after the island was secured from the USS Gambier Bay(CVE-73) and became shore based at Dalop Island. The Gambier Bay(CVE-73) was sunk on October 25, 1944 at 0907 hours. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the RealFlight Simulations F6F Hellcat payware package.
