BUAF ATL.98 Carvair (55 pax version)

File Description:
These textures represent British United Air Ferries' Aviation Traders ATL.98 Carvair #7 G-ASDC 'Pont du Rhin' (featured in the 007 film 'Goldfinger'), Carvair #9 G-ASHZ 'Maasbrug' and Carvair #13 G-ASKN 'Pont d'Avignon'. These Carvairs, together with G-ATRV, were configurated to carry either 5 cars and 22 passengers or 2 cars and 55 passengers. The textures are based on Jon Walton's original textures for BUAF's G-ARSD. Apart from different registrations, the window arrangement has been altered. These are textures only. You will require Jon Walton's freeware Aviation Traders ATL.98 Carvair (jwat98.zip or jwat98_2k2.zip). Textures by Jon Walton, revisions by Maarten Brouwer.

T-38 Trainer Update

File Description:
Required: fsd_t382.zip which includes all aircraft covered in this update. Also recommended is capc234e.zip for a good 2 engine panel, after you figure out how to install it. These dynamics correct problems with the T-38, and once installed the aircraft flies very close to that of the real aircraft. Weight and balance have been corrected for real-world compliance, and to help Simmers recreate what NASA Pilots learn in this aircraft. Royal Hellenic Air Force, Supermarine Spitfire Mk Vb

File Description:
The Spitfire MK V was one of the best known marks, powered by the Merlin 46 of 1440 hp. It served from the Summer of 1941 on, and was the first Spitfire to serve overseas.The trop was modified to operate in dusty and adverse environments such as North Africa. The Royal Hellenic Air Force received 56 Spitfires Mk Vb/MkVc from R.A.F., during January of 1944. These planes were assigned to 335th and 336th Fighter Squadron R.H.A.F.used these Mk Vbs until 1953. 2 Textures sets (1944 camo and 1948 natural metal, textures only) for payware 'Sky Unlimited Spitfire Mk V'. Repaint by Manuele Villa.

A good lesson on navigation plus missing Harlowton NDB

File Description:
This add-on adds a missing Harlowton NDB near the 'Whiteland Co at Harlowton' airport, Harlowton, Montana, USA. Now re-reading what I have written in the readme, I realize that it is too large readme file for such a tiny add-on. So it's better to consider the story in the section (2) as the main part of it, and the missing NDB for FS as a bonus :) It is a story of one of my virtual flights which served me as a good lesson on navigation and flight planning. I hope, it will be a good lesson to everyone. Also links provided in section (7) a very useful indeed.

Prosperity Virtual Airlines is proud to present the Airbus A320 from IFDG. The aircraft model includes most of the standard features including animated control surfaces, wingviews, flaps, full lighting configuration, and highly detailed, reflective textures. "The A320 was launched on March 2, 1984. It is the first subsonic commercial aircraft with fly-by-wire controls. First flight took place on February 22, 1987. The A320-100 was the initial version and was superseded by the A320-200 from the third quarter of 1988. The A320-200 differs from the A320-100 in having wingtip fences, a wing center-section fuel tank, and a higher MTOW".

VFR Letters SS V2 FS9 scenery objects

File Description:
Now you can paint the name of any airfield or town in enormous letters on the ground or on flat rooftops. Why? To help pilots flying VFR to figure out where the heck they are, of course. If you're using Instant Scenery or some other program that allows you to tilt scenery objects, you'll also be able to place the letters on pitched roofs or pretty much anyplace else you want. Version 2 adds alternate sets of lettering with a worn and weathered look. These are standard FS9 scenery objects and can be placed using Instant Scenery or other programs that are able to use FS9 scenery libraries.
