The DC-6B's of SAS became famous for opening the first 'polar' (great circle) route from Europe to the USA, flying from Copenhagen to Los Angeles via Greenland and Canada. SAS used 14 DC-6B's in 1952-64. Four liveries (early, middle and late) included. Repaint by Jens B Kristensen of original model by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson, flight dynamics by FS Aviator. Panel and sounds must be downloaded separately.

SAS used 15 DC-7C and two DC-7F in 1956-68. Four liveries (early, middle and late) included. High Quality TextoMatic repaint for the Flight One Dream Fleet 737. Includes airbrushed dirt effects, aliased textures from real photos. Requires the Dream Fleet 737 and a registered version of Textomatic to work.
Update to version 1.0. Smoother Textures. More aliasing (pin sharp textures may look good whilst editing, but when in Flight Simulator, look too false). Corrected "Web's favourite airline" logo on port side. Callsigns now in correct place. EasyJey logo on INSIDE nacelle panels now removed. Corrected Perspective main fuselage logos for correct wrapping when viewed from side.

Maplestream is a small strip up in B.C. Canada. It has a natural grass strip outlined with yellow cones. There is a small office there (I think it's closed temporarily though). There is an Ndb on the field so if you stray to far away you can get back to the field ;^) This field is right against a lake.

There is a 4800' concrete runway that has Ils on both ends along with a Vor at midfield.There is a small community surrounding the airport(Landclass added) I actually built this to make approaches with. As you will see it is rather interesting with the weather bad to make the approaches without tearing your plane up

These are textures by Jens B Kristensen for Mike Stones nice little KZ-III. The Royal Danish Air Force (Flyvevåbnet) had two KZ-III's in service 1946-1950 for communication duties. You must download the plane itself from Mike Stones website: www.pmstone.com.
