This sound.cfg replaces the one uploaded in August 2008. Both the interior and exterior sounds have been improved. Please replace the sound.cfg you already downloaded by this new one. In my search for a good sound for the Canadair CL-215 amphibious fire tanker, I struck on the fabulous soundpack
for the beautiful Douglas A-26 Invader of Milton Shupe and the Sim-Outhouse Team, made by David C. Copley. Most of the wav-files in this soundpack are recordings of the Pratt & Whitney Double Wasp R-2800 engines of an A-26
Invader. Having studied the Invaders sound pack, I discovered that by ‘tweaking’ the sound.cfg, particularly with regard to the exterior sounds, it became possible to develop a good exterior CL-215 sound (2 engines). No changes were made to the wav-files, as I didn’t want to modify them; the wav-files just sound wonderful. In order to make your system reproduce the CL-215 sound, first download from www.sim-outhouse.com the great Douglas A-26 Invader package and enjoy flying that plane. Then copy the sound pack of the A-26 to the CL-215, and replace the existing sound.cfg by the revised one you just downloaded. You can also use this sound for the Martin 4-0-4. This CL-215 sound has been tested in FS2004 only. Special thanks to David C. Copley who gave his permission to upload the modified sound.cfg as freeware, with limited distribution, at Sim-Outhouse.com and Avsim.com. Many thanks also to Milton Shupe. Belavia currently operates five Boeing 737-300s. This package updates and replaces my recent upload of the same subject, as the shadows layer was inadvertently turned off in that previous repaint. If you are already using my old file, simply overwrite the texture. This only affects the fsx version. To be used with the brand new FAIB Boeing 737-300 (logolight model) base package available separately. The enclosed textures are native fsx HD textures, that will ONLY show in fsx. If you are using fs9, please download instead the file faib_733bru_fs9.zip. Repaint by Philippe Tabatchnik.

The first and currently only attempt of this awesome livery on the planet! N888XY was painted in a wonderful two-tone aesthetic using two primary paint systems: Sherwin Williams satin black base with satin clear coat, and Axalta Chromalusion's color-changing base-coat color, called "Perfect Jade". This is most certainly a paintjob that lives up to it's name. Textures only, requires the HTAI Gulfstream G-V model available on the HTAI website. Works in both FS9 and FSX.

This is update to the STOCK KMEM for FSX and FSX Steam Edition. I have completely redone the terminal by demolishing the spine and southeastern leg of Concourse B as the airport is undergoing major renovation. This is as of July 2018. All airlines have been moved to Concourses A & C during this time. I also added the military ramp and the South Cargo ramp with DHL and other airlines. Now to the FedEx SuperHub, All gates have been REDONE with proper numbers and assigned to FedEx. I also added Jim Dhaenens FSX LTS file into the airport for apron and gate lighting. This version of Arviat corrects the VASI position on the runway, and also updates the taxiway edge lights to a newer and smaller version which is more realistically sized. This is a complete version and does not require you to have installed the old version. You can just replace the existing .bgl's and the existing textures in the scenery and texture folders if you already have this scenery. Arviat is a small town on the west coast of Hudson Bay in Nunavut, around 90 miles south of Whale Cove, 130 miles south of Rankin Inlet, and 160 miles north of Churchill. The airfield is just south of the town, and the 4,000 feet of gravel runway is aligned 149T/329T, as these are true bearings and not magnetic, as Arviat is just inside the Northern Domestic Airspace zone. There is 100LL fuel available in drums, with 2 hours prior notice. The visiting AI airline is Calm Air, plus a cargo delivery by Buffalo Air.
