| Takhli Royal Thai Air Force Base (Scenery Upgrade) |

File Description:
An upgraded model of Takhli Royal Thai Air Force Base as it appeared in 1970 at the height of the Vietnam War. Takhli was the home of the USAF's 355th Tactical Fighter Wing, which flew F-105 Thunderchiefs and RB/EB-66 Destroyers. A large number of KC-135 tankers were also stationed at Takhli. In December 1970 the 355th TFW was deactivated and the USAF side of the airbase was closed. However, it was reopened in April 1972 and served as a major base of combat operations during the Linebacker I and II campaigns. This enhanced model supercedes the Takhli scenery that was uploaded three years ago. It should be compatible with FS 2004. Requires the trees_v3.zip object library by Gerrish Gray.

Demoversion for FS2004, Eurofighter is a single-seat, twin-engine, agile combat aircraft which will be used in the air-to-air, air-to-ground and tactical reconnaissance roles. The design of Eurofighter Typhoon is optimised for air dominance performance with high instantaneous and sustained turn rates, and specific excess power. Special emphasis has been placed on low wing loading, high thrust to weight ratio, excellent all round vision and carefree handling. The use of Stealth technology is incorporated throughout the aircraft's basic design. This model has a new panel with new gauges ,a new high textures virtual cockpit of authentic Eurofighter - EADS support and new original sound ( Demoversion with banners ) Models, panel, sound, textures, gauges and animations by www.afs-design.de - Author: A.Meyer.

Re-upload. This is a set of VMFAT-101 "SharpShooters" textures for the Captain Sim F/A-18D Hornet. The original payware F/A-18 from Captain Sim is needed.
Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron 101 (VMFAT-101) is a United States Marine Corps F/A-18 Hornet training squadron. The squadron is based at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California and falls under the command of Marine Aircraft Group 11 (MAG-11) and the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (3rd MAW). VMFAT-101, was commissioned at Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, California on January 3, 1969. On January 10, 1990, VMFAT-101 accepted its first two seat F/A-18D Hornet and began training aircrew for the transition into the Hornet.

File Description:
This is a set of VMFA(AW)-121 'Green Knights' textures for the Captain Sim F/A-18D Hornet. The original payware F/A-18 from Captain Sim is needed.
On December 8, 1989 the Squadron was redesignated as VMFA(AW)-121, becoming the first Marine Corps F/A-18D Night Attack Hornet Squadron. Slightly over one year later, the Squadron deployed in support of Operation Desert Storm. During the Desert Storm Air Campaign, the Squadron flew 557 sorties and 1,655.5 combat hours (more than any other Navy or Marine Corps tactical jet squadron).
The squadron is based at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California and falls under the command of Marine Aircraft Group 11 (MAG-11) and the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (3rd MAW).

File Description:
This is my rendition of XV738 with tailcode "B" flown by 4 Squadron , RAF Gutersloh circa 1984 . Modifications include panellines , rivets , squadron badge on flying suit , changed colour of helmet , changed number on GPU and added new bump & spec maps ( where needed ) .
There are however certain limitations with the texture mapping , for example the rear section of the main fuselage is only shown once in the paintkit,so the camouflage pattern is mirrored .One of the flaps is also mirrored above and below the wing,so all camouflage using Light Aircraft Grey undersides aren't shown correctly..The fuel tank has the same problem as certain sections are also mirrored.The camera was only mounted on the port side of the nose,not port and starboard.
