This packet includes two repaints of the Supermarine Spitfire IX, of Royal Air
Force, which were flown by French airman in the following 2 squadrons:
No. 340 Squadron was formed on 7 November 1941 at Turnhouse as a Free French fighter
squadron equipped with Spitfires. In April 1944 it joined No.145 Wing, Second
Tactical Air Force, a wing made up of French fighter squadrons. The squadron
served with the occupation forces in Germany, before on 25 November 1945 being
transferred to the Armee de l'Air.
The aircraft: serial BS392, code GW-S, was flown by S/Ldr Bernard Duperier,
Duperier flew this Spitfire only rarely in the period from October 25 to November
7 1942.
No.345 (French) Squadron (GC II/2 'Berry') was formed on 12 February 1944 at Ayr,
from French personnel transferred from North Africa. It served with 2nd Tactical
Air Force, taking part in the liberation of Europe in 1944-45. After the war the
squadron remained on the continent, and on 21 November 1945 it was transferred
to the Armee de l'Air. Even in RAF service, French roundels were used.
The aircraft: serial PT766, code, 2Y-A, was flown by Jean-Marie Accart, known under
Nom-de-Guerre 'Bernard', became famous during the campaign in France in 1940.
He commanded GC 1/5 and is credited with 12 German aircraft destroyed.

were done extra:
- Redone all stencils and added lots more, so far i could find information and pictures on the internet;
- Pilot is repainted completely;
- Redone some bump-maps for some more detail (with RealAir approval);
- Several textures are now HD, 2048x2048 pixel for more detail;
- Improvement of the some details.

This is the sixth in a series of new and renovated float bases in BC. Port Hardy CAW5 is in a sheltered inlet on the northeast coast of Vancouver Island, close to the town and just 6 miles northwest of the Port Hardy airport. There is fuel (both JetA and 100LL) and also oil available, and the base acts as a refuelling centre for the other float bases in the neighbourhood. The dock is one-sided as the northern side borders a shallow area that is in fact exposed at low tide, as is most of the inlet to the south of BC Packers (adjacent to the float base, to the south). The parking along the dock is maximised by backing up each plane by hand so that it is close to the one behind it; this is not possible to replicate with AI in FS9 (watch the video). Watch out for the log boom on the other side of the inlet, it is there to protect fish farm "pools". The AI involves several Beavers and Otters, as listed in the AI folder. At Port Hardy all the AI works for both landing and takeoff for all of the planes, no matter what is the wind direction. There is a pic of the Supplement Port Hardy page, showing the two take-off and landing areas plus the third area that is to be used for take-off before 7am. All of these float bases can be installed together in the same folders, with a saving in duplicate textures. So a series called BC Floats (or whatever you want to call it) or individually installed float bases; your choice. The next in the series was suposed to be Sullivan Bay, another floating marina, but I digressed to Port Hardy and Port McNeill (next to be posted). The two hotels by the nearby marina are included. One of them gave me weird problems and I gave up on achieving the correct shape.

This was requested by Ahmed Fouad on the Facebook as well as in Flightsim. This has been requested by him for a while so I decided to do it.
Happy New Years guys! This is my first livery for the year. Sadly, as of writing this, Flightsim just went offline for renovation and may stay like that for who knows how long. Could be days, weeks, or even months.
I used the placards from Joey_C's Dragonair A330-300 Livery for the Bulk Cargo Doors as well as the Cargo Door Levers. He is the same user I asked permission from to use his decals and door placards for my Dragonair Cargo 747-300SF Livery, so thanks to him again for letting me borrow his textures with his permission! You should also check out his page if you like flying with X-Plane!
I spent a few hours on this livery just by doing the logo alone. Since I needed a high quality photo of the tail logo, I used OpenAI's ChatGPT to upscale the logo and it did, though the edges still look very pixelated. So I spent a few hours trying to re-draw every line so it could be the highest quality as possible.
I further spent the entire day trying to find photos of the cargo door placards, specifically the "CARGO DOOR OPERATIONS" Instructions text. In real life, it included both in English and Arabic. I tried looking for a photo of the instructions for hours until I found it on a YouTube Shorts video. Then I used that as a reference which also took me a few hours trying to make lines, outlines, and text for it. I didn't want to spend more time doing the same thing for the Arabic text, so I used ChatGPT to translate all of the text and I just remove the background using DXTBMP.

After some input and ideas from a fellow FS2Crew pilot here is a non-APU version of my flow and checklist to even closer mimic real world OPs the way many big airlines operate in real life every day at big airports around the world where the use of APU is limited to only a short period of time a couple of minutes before engine start. I also (don't I always ;-)) did some other changes and what I think improvements since my last version so give it a try and see what you think! About fitting the list on 2 A4 pages when printing it from WordPad please set all your margins to 25 mm in WordPad and uncheck the option to print the page numbers. This time I will not ask the AVSIM Library Managers to replace my old version with this one since some of you might still want the version where the APU is used depending on what kind of flights you do and to what kind of airports. Instead this will be uploaded as a new and separate version.
A flow/checklist for flying PMDG's 737NGX with FS2Crew Voice Edition. Did this mainly for my own use meaning the flow/checklist is adjusted for how I do my flying and with the addons I use like Aerosoft AES for example. Please also be aware this is not the kind of flow/checklist that includes all things you need to perform during a normal flight but instead you are expected to already have a general knowledge of both the NGX and FS2Crew. However I thought others might be helped by this too both newbies to get you going with the "flow" using FS2Crew but also for the more experienced users as a simple to print out and use memory note. It's also easy for you to change whatever you like to suit your own needs better since I created it in common rtf format using the standard Wordpad Windows application. I deliberately made it as compressed as possible leaving out stuff like all the answers to the checklists etc so it would fit on a single A4 sheet being easy to print and maybe also laminate if you like. Hope you'll enjoy it!

The F1_View module is a very basic tool that implements mouse-based zooming, panning, and eyepoint adjustments, including the ability to move your eyepoint beyond the limits imposed by Flight Simulator (this feature is good to stroll about virtual cabins of larger aircraft).
This module requires a wheel-mouse (a center wheel that also acts as a center mouse button).

Modes of Operation:
Rolling the mouse wheel forward means rolling the wheel away from the user.
Rolling the mouse wheel backward means rolling the wheel towards the user.
Virtual-cockpit:
Wheel forward moves you forward and wheel backward moves you back.
CTRL+forward moves right and CTRL+backward moves left.
SHIFT+forward moves up and SHIFT+backward moves down.
CTRL+SHIFT+forward zooms out and CTRL+SHIFT+backward zooms in.
While in Pan Mode (when mouse wheel is pressed and held down) inside the Virtual Cockpit:
Moving the mouse to the left rotates the view to the left.
Moving the mouse to the right rotates the view to the right.
Moving the mouse forward, away from the user, rotates the view up.
Moving the mouse backward, towards the user, rotates the view down.
Cockpit view:
CTRL+SHIFT+forward zooms the exterior view out and CTRL+SHIFT+backward zooms it in.
Tower view:
CTRL+SHIFT+forward zooms the view out and CTRL+SHIFT+backward zooms it in.
Spot view:
Wheel forward moves the view distance forward, and wheel backward moves the distance back.
CTRL+forward rotates the eyepoint right, and CTRL+backward rotates the eyepoint left.
SHIFT+forward moves the eyepoint down, and SHIFT+backward moves the eyepoint up.
CTRL+SHIFT+forward zooms out and CTRL+SHIFT+backward zooms in.
Note: View distance is different from view zoom.

Top-down view:

Flightplan Visualizer (FV) version 1.21.1. Copyright 2018-2021 by Pelle F. S. Liljendal ([email protected]), all rights reserved.
FV comes with 1482 pre-imported AI flightplans (of which +690 are BizJet flightplans, the rest are commercial). However you are able to import additional (AI) flightplans yourself. Once imported these (AI) flightplans can be visualized on a map-view, and the user will be able to search accross all these. Hence you can use the program as inspiration as to which routes to fly. E.g. you can search across all imported flightplans to find all flights in an A321 flying into/out from LDDU, or simply to look for all flights in a Boeing 747-8F.
Simply run the included installer to install the software. The program will be installed into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flightplan Visualizer" and all datafiles will be installed into: "C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\FlightplanVisualizer". The program comes with a full manual explaining everything, and a 3 page quick manual to get you started. The first 3 times you run the program the quick manual will automatically open. Version 1.21.1 Contains the following changes:
- Due to a bug introduced in version 1.19 regrading the (automatic/manual) version-check, version 1.20 was skipped and this version was released as 1.21.1 (in stead of 1.21.0).
- Beside the season based commercial flightplans, the "Download AIG flightplans" menu-item (found in the "Flightplan" menu) is now able to download (AIG) GA- and Military-flightplans. A big thank you to AIG for granting access to these.
- Reorded the download-folders (in the combo-box), so the season-based AIG commercial folders are displayed in chronological order (e.g. "SUMMER_2020" is before "WINTER_2020-2021").
- When scanning for/loading flightplans the program will now automatic look for flightplans marked as defunct or obsolete, and if found these will be move to the "Disabled" sub-folder. Two new settings have been added, so you can disable this feature if you want to.
- Aircraft-types can now be grouped in families of similar aircraft (e.g. a group containing all the Airbus A318, A319, A320 and A321). These families can be managed via the "User Aircraft" menu-item.
- Removed menu-item "Index of AIG flightplans" in the "Flightplan" menu, as its not needed since the "Download AIG flightplans" was added in version 1.16 (May 2020).
- Minor changes to the flightplan-name grooming algoritm (e.g. spaces are inserted before/after ampersand, if not already present) and prefix can be added to indicate the type of flightplan (e.g. for biz-jet, government or military flights). Detection of this prefix can be disable in settings.
- Dropped support for the old ".FPL" flightplan file-format. Since version 1.11 (july 2019) FV have been using the binary ".BFP" file-format in stead.
- Based on active flightplans, the program will try to detect primary- and secondary-hubs for each airline. An airport must have flights to atleast 10 different airports for that airline, in order to be considdered being either a primary/secondary hub for that airline. This information is displayed both in the airline edit-form and the airline usage-report.
- The airline usage-report will also list all destinations served by the airline (ordered by which airports are flying to most different airports).
- The airline usage-report will now also contain a list of the routes served by that airline (as carrier or operator). This list is sorted so the routes that are most flown (per week) comes first.
- Added an extra tab-page to the Airport-info form that shows which airlines have routes to/from the airport, and which airlines are using the airport as a primary or secondary hub.
- Added (right-click) context-menu to many aircraft/airline list-views, that lets you lookup aircraft-/airline -information.
- Added power-conversion to the unit-conversion form, to convert between HP (Horse-Power) and kW (kilo watt).
- Also added context-menu to the carrier/operator labels in the Leg-info form to show more details for the airline. Likewise the aircraft-labels have a context-menu for showing aircraft-details
- Removed a few columns from the form choosing favorite aircraft-types, as this info can now be obtained via the new context-menu.
- Added a column with engine-type/count in the aircraft browser.
- Minor changes to the airport redirection report (to align some values in columns, making it more easy to read the report).
- Added a few hard-coded names to the author-name grooming-method, to unify differnt spellings of the "same names". Also added flightplan/author-count to the "Flightplan per author" report.
- Swapped the operator/carrier-count showed next to size-category in the user-airline edit form (now first value is operator and 2nd is carrier).
- Minor change to the airline-criteria in the leg-search to simplify selection (removed options: "Carrier only" and "Operator only").
- Fixed: The "Download AIG flightplans" form was not able to download flightplans with an ampersand ("&") in the name.
- Fixed: Once again improved importing of AIGFP flightplans where airport data is using different ICAO-codes (observed with 15 or so of the new BizJet flightplans, e.g. "ESAI_Aero-TechServices(GA-C)_Winter_2020-2021").
- Fixed: Issued with the program version-check (both automatic and manual) introduced in version 1.19. Resulting in this version being released as 1.21.1.
- Fixed: Sometimes closing (without saving) the form for editing user-aircraft it would sometime report there were unsaved changes, even though it was not the case.
- Fixed: Only the active sub fp-folders were scanned for backup files. Now the main fp-folder is scanned for backups as well.
- Data: Some of the aircraft-types sharing the same IATA/ICAO-codes have been split into multiple new types (e.g. the Beechcrafts, Cessnas, Pipers and Learjets). This was done to better detect the specific aircraft-types in use (all bundled flightplans have been reprocessed to re-detect the specific types).
- Data: A few aircraft can now be detected (during flightplan import) using their millitary designation (e.g. Boeing C-22, C-32, C-40, and Gulfstream C-20 and C-37).
- Data: Improved detection of a few "De Havilland" aircraft.
- Data: Added a couple of new aircraft-types (Lockheed C-141 Starlifter, Transall C-160 and a few aircraft without official IATA/ICAO-codes, hence using "---" as the IATA-code for these).
- Flightplans: Thanks to the new feature to download (AIG) GA/Military-flightplans a LOT of new flightplans have been bundled with the installer (a few government and military flightplans, but mostly BizJet). The previous installer came bunled with 385 Bizjet flightplans, however in this version many of these have been updated and a lot more have been added, bringing the total count of BizJet flightplans to +690. All BizJet are prefixed by "Bz_", all Government are prefixed by "Gv_" and all military are prefixed by "Ml_", in case you want to move these to differnt sub-folders using the "enable/disable flightplans" menu-item.
- Flightplans: All new/updated flightplans have been added to the installer, and all obsolete/defunct have been marked/removed. A total of 1481 active flightplans are bundled with the installer (incl. all of the previous mentioned BizJet's).

Gandeer is on the east coast of Canada and is the closest North American airport to Europe on the great circle route. In the early days of transatlantic flight, and in fact into the 1960's, this made it very important as a refueling stop either before the ocean hop or just after. Since then it's importance as an airport has faded somewhat as planes now fly directly to the larger city destinations. It is still an active air force base for ocean patrol and search and rescue planes, and military flights are around half of the total flights into and out of the airport. The main attractions of the airport now are the long runways and the cheaper landing fees, and there are some cargo flights and cheap charter passenger flights. This version of Gander is based upon a forgotten-about video taken in October 2010. By then the two longer runways, 13-31 at 8,900 feet and 03-21 at 10,200 feet (though in FS9 this is still designated 04-22, as it had been in 2003) had been closed (one at a time) and totally resurfaced. The third runway 09-27 (3,500 feet in 2003) was closed and starting the process of being broken up, along with associated aprons. This was part of a long process of demolition of some of the older buildings, aprons, and taxiways as they became unused with the fall in the number of daily flights. I have made it clear which of the 2010 taxiways and aprons were still in use by showing them as asphalt, while those in the process of decaying disuse or removal are in the darker tarmac texture; this is somewhat realistic as when asphalt aprons are "ploughed" for removal the darker underside becomes visible. In the renovation process of taxiway repairs only the centre strip of the taxiways was repaired and this is marked by new and closer edge lines. One end of the closed runway was still being used in 2010 for access and parking. There is a warning note in the April 2010 edition of the NAV CANADA Flight Supplement that states "surface rut on Gander Flight Training's private taxiway" (written with extremely shortened words). The Gander layout page is included here, showing that in the Spring of 2010 a much-shortened version (1,875 feet) of the 09-27 runway was still in use; my version is for late 2010 and after that runway was closed. The older buildings (and some of them are now 70 years old or more) are built in concrete and flat roofed with bitumen water proofing; hence the almost black roofs. The terminal building is one of these, though it has been enlarged by the inclusion of a hangar that is now used as the main terminal space. Almost all of the buildings are correctly replicated here. The main GA parking area is to the east of 03-21 where there are two large hangar buildings. One of them is for maintenance and the other is for a large FBO called Gander Aviation. There are other FBO's on the airport, closer to the terminal. These are Irving and Woodward, both to the west, and Allied to the south. There is a further FBO at the eastern end of the apron, name unknown. Shell, who only did refueling, were next to Woodward in 2010 but left, I believe, in 2012. The large red building behind Woodward and Shell is for the maintenance of all airport equipment (from luggage trolleys, snow clearers, de-icing trucks etc to air conditioning, radar, and radios). Most of the remaining buildings are for the air force base, though there are some private companies (such as Universal Helicopters) and even a small private cottage.

Version 1.13 Contains the following changes: Flightplans can now be exported in AIFP/TrafficTool-format (the same format that FV is able to import). It means if you have made any changes to a flightplan (e.g. redirected some airports) the flightplan can be exported from FV, and imported into AIFP (AI Flight Planner, by Don Grovestine) where it can be compiled into an AI-traffic bgl-file (traffic "scenery"). A new setting called "Adjust flight-time on airport-redirect" have been added. This setting defaults to "false" (un-checked), however if changed to "true" (checked) the flight-time will be changed if/when departure/destination-airports are changed due to airport-redirections (both automatic and manually). The flight-time is the result of the difference between departure-/destination-time, hence if the flight-time is changed either- or both departure-/destination-time will change as well. The original flight-time is scaled based on the original- and the redirected distance between the departure/destination-airports. When importing/editing flightplans you can now select one or multiple aircraft and delete them. When deleting an aircraft all schedules attached to that aircraft will be deleted as well. One use of this feature could be to remove aircraft you don't have a AI aircraft, prior to exporting the flightplan in AIFP/TT-format, and loading it into AIFP. When importing/editing flightplans a "Similar" button will appear next to the flightplan name if a similar named flightplan exists (e.g. "same name", but different season), or other flighplans exists for the same airline (ICAO). Hoovering the mouse over this button will show the names of these flightplans as a tool-tip, and if you click the button the list will be shown in a window (with some additional information), from where it can be copied to the clipboard if you need to. On the Edit/Import-flightplan form, the Aircraft- and Airport tab-sheets have been swapped, and a new tab-sheet was added to list all routes of the flightplan. For each route the distance is listed along will all aircraft types of the flightplan servicing that route. The "Aircraft" tabsheet of the form to import/edit flightplans now contains a button called: "Fleet report". Pressing this button will generate a report showing the fleet of an airline (based on the flightplan), that is sorted by Aircraft type and registration. For each aircraft it will show a list of all the airports served by that particular aircraft. A "Word-wrap" check-box have been added to the Result-viewer to toggle word-wrap on/off (word-wrap defaults to "on"). In previous versions any changes made in the settings form resulted in all flightplans having to reload (while showing the splash-screen). Changing the path for MakeRunway-files still results in an automatic "reboot" of the program. The combo-box for choosing default direction (outbound/inbound/both) for the leg-search (on reset) have been removed from settings, and it now defaults to "Outbound or Inbound". However in the search legs form you can now save your own preferred "Reset" criteria. When you press the reset-button, it will load this Reset-file (with your preferred reset criteria). If you hold SHIFT while pressing the reset-button (or you have not saved a personal reset-file), it will reset to the default factory-criteria. In the traffic tabsheet of the airport info form there is a combo-box letting you switch between "Selected flightplan" or last-search on main-form" and "All flights to/from this airport". In previous versions it did not perform the search of flights to-/from- the viewed airport until you selected the 2nd item from the combo-box. Now this search is performed in the background as soon as the form is opened, hence choosing the 2nd item in the combo-box is now instantaneous. The "Nearby Airports" tab-sheet in the "Airport Info" form, now have a column listing direction (from the airport to the nearby airports). When listing number of runways and gates (e.g. in the form showing nearby airports, or in the redirection-report), the radius of the largest gate is now included, as there is no need to redirect any 747 traffic to an airport where the largest gate is 23m (a 747 requires a gate with a radius of at least 36m). The frequency-count was removed from the before mentioned listing of runways and gates, to make more room for listing the aircraft serving each airport. The search for airport browse now have a new optional column listing comments (e.g. length of longest rwy and largest gate). The "show" combo-box lets you choose to show comments in stead of "Size/Rank/Traffic" or "Hint-text". Opening the search airport browser from the import/edit flightplan form, will automatically choose to show the comments column, as information regarding rwy length/gate radius can be relevant when redirecting airports. Form "Nearby Airports" now show the GPS-position in the caption of the form. Added runway/gate summary to caption-bar of airport info form, so you no longer need to look at both the runway- and gate- tab-sheet in order to see: number of runways, longest runway, number of gates and largest rate (radius). New check-box added to settings allowing you to include the before mentioned runway/gate info in the airport marker tool-tip on the main map. Region/sub-region added to "Airport Info" form (top/left corner). A new setting (default to disabled) lets you add region/sub-region to the airport marker-hint on the map as well. Added a button to the "airport info" to show the airport at flightradar24 (opens the default browser), and the button on the leg info form to show route the route at flightaware (also using the browser) have been replicated on the route info form. The METAR-/TAF-buttons on the leg info form now shows the raw METAR/TAF-message - as a tool tip - when you hoover the mouse over the buttons. As before, when you press these buttons it will open a window showing the decoded messages. Various minor changes to the leg info form: added info regarding longest runway and largest gate for each airport, and re-positioned some of the fields. Likewise the info copied to the clipboard when you click the appropriate button have been re-ordered as well. Changed flightplan format to accommodate additional information, but the format remains backward compatible. Button added to about-box allowing the user to copy version-info to the clipboard. Managed to "shave off" approx ½ a second during start-up (on my pc). Not a lot but still an improvement :-) Fixed: In the form for importing/editing flightplans the leg-page showed the original distance even if the airports were redirected. Fixed: On leg info form "Dest.Country" and "Dest.Apt" column-order were swapped. Fixed: Tweaked aircraft type detecting to better detect 740-400 and 767-200/300 freighters. In previous versions a few aircrafts were wrongly detected as pax, when they should have been detected as freighter. Data: Airbus 330-800/900 Neo, Boeing 747-400LCF (Dreamlifter), and Embraer 175/190/195-E2 have been added as supported aircraft, and a few additional airlines and airports were added as well. Flightplans: Installer comes with +70 new pre-imported (Summer 2019) flightplans of which some are replacements of obsolete flightplans (from previous installers), and 2 of the "old" flightplans have been marked as defunct, as "Adria Airways" and "Aigle Azur" have filed for bankruptcy and ceased their operations. Flightplans: Among the added flightplans you will find the first flightplan I have made myself, a flightplan for Airbus Transport International covering their 5 Beluga's an 2 Beluga XL's (the latter 2 are stil performing test-flights and have yet to be implemented into their "normal schedule").

FV comes with 300 Commercial-, and +380 BizJet AI pre-imported flightplans which the creators of those flightplans have gracefully allowed me to include with the installer, however you are able to import additional (AI) flightplans if you want to. Once imported these (AI) flightplans can be visualized on a map-view, and the user will be able to search accross all these. Hence you can use the program as inspiration as to which routes to fly. E.g. you can search across all imported flightplans to find all flights in an A321 flying into/out from LDDU, or simply to look for all flights in a Boeing 747-8F.
Simply run the included installer to install the software. The program will be installed into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flightplan Visualizer" and all datafiles will be installed into: "C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\FlightplanVisualizer". The program comes with a full manual explaining everything, and a 3 page quick manual to get you started. The first 3 times you run the program the quick manual will automatically open. Version 1.10 Contains the following changes: In the flightplan combo-box at the bottom of the main-form, "Active Search" have been renamed into "Last Search". Picking "Last Search" from the flightplan combo-box, will re-execute the last performed search, and populate the map accordingly. A new entry called "None", have been added flightplan combo-box (at the top of the list). Chosing this item will "deselect" the otherwise current search or selected flightplan, and clear the map of routes. A form have been added to assist enabling/disabling flightplans. Gate-letters/numbers are now by default written using a (5x7) Matrix-"font". If you want to revert to the segment-"font", used in previous versions, simply set the value of the "UseMatrixGateChars" tag in the settings-file to false. changed how the Gate-letters/numbers are written in the round gate-markers on the map. Previously all "chars" had the same width. Now the width is dependant on which sub-elements are in use by each "char" (e.g. a "1" is not as wide as an "8"), as a result the gate letter/number are more easy to read. Zulu- and local-time added to the "Selected airport" group-box in the upper/right corner of the main form. If no airport is selected, or no time-zone is registred for the selected airport, only zulu-time will be displayed. Selections of favorite aircraft can now be saved and loaded.⦠This selection of aircraft can be loaded as a selection of aircraft in the "Search leg" form. Video tutorials can now be accessed from the "Help" menu. These are simply "links" to the actual videos on YouTube, hence will launch the default browser. If you hold SHIFT the url will in stead be copied to the clipboard (e.g. in case you want to upen the link in another browser). In the same manner the "Help" menu now contains a link to the forum. The form with decoded METAR/TAF-messages now shows: name, city, and country/state for the selected station in the caption. This text will also be embedded when copying the content to the clipboard. Likewise UTC/Local-time is also embedded when copying the content to the clipboard as it can be used to show the "age" of the report and convert between UTC and Local -times (based on the difference of UTC- and local-time). The info presented when pressing the "Show Scenery Gates" button on the Airport Info form, can now be copied to the clipboard. Various minor "behind the scenes" changes and optimizations. Added support for additional aircraft: Airbus A220-100 (CS100), Airbus A220-300 (CS300), Boeing 777-8 and Boeing 777-9. Listviews containing both (aircraft) IATA and ICAO-codes now all list them in the following order: IATA, ICAO (both individual sortable). Hovering the mouse over gate-markers the hint window will no show the radius both in meters and feet. Editing gate-info you will now see more info for the gate being edited: Type, Size (meters and feet) and if applicable: airlines. Fixed: Minor bug in relation to how the airport size was calculated. Fixed: IATA/ICAO columns were swapped when choosing Favorite Aircraft. Fixed: Typo on the METAR/TAF-decoder form.

The X-Camera 2.1.1 plugin for X-Plane 9 and 10 is a replacement camera system that lets you define multiple view categories and multiple views within those categories that are associated with specific aircraft. Each view can have options:
- TrackIR:
Each view can enable or disable the TrackIR input. If the view is out the cockpit window having TrackIR enabled is desirable. However, if the view is a close-up of an instrument panel then having TrackIR disabled is probably the better choice since the view will be stable making it easy to click on cockpit controls with the mouse. We also support LinuxTrack on Linux and Mac systems.
- HeadShake:
If the HeadShake plugin from SimCoders is installed then the view can accept input from HeadShake. Similar to the TrackIR feature you will likely want this enabled for certain views but disabled for views on instrument panel close-ups where a stable camera makes it easier to use a mouse to control cockpit knobs and switches. The HeadShake plugin must be at version 1.3 or higher for the integration to work.
- Scenic Flyer:
If the Scenic Flyer plugin from Digital Avionics is installed then the view can choose to display either the Scenic Flyer Glass panel or GA panel.
- Smooth Transition:
When this option is enabled the camera with smoothly transition from one view to another over approximately half a second. When the option is off the view will transition immediately.
- Views can be controlled in a number of ways:
> Each view can be positioned by using keyboard keys or a control panel
> The camera'™s X, Y, Z, Heading, and Pitch can all be adjusted for each view
> Views can be assigned to a HotKey or JoyStick button for easy selection
> HotKey or JoyStick button can be used to navigate to next or previous views
> The views for a specific aircraft can be saved to a CSV file for easy editing
- Walk Mode:
Any view'™s camera can be placed in Walk Mode. While in this mode the camera can be walked or floated around using keyboard input. If you ever played the video game asteroid that is what walk mode is like. The mode is particularly useful for pre-flight inspections of your aircraft. You can create a external view and after selecting that view you can "Walk" the camera around checking out your landing gear, props, etc.
- Linear Transitions and Auto Advance:
Linear transitions allows you to define a transition between two adjacent cameras in category. This capability, in conjunction with the auto advance feature, allows you define fairly sophisticated animations that can be used for automated Pre-flight inspections, scenery viewing, and cool transitions affects that can be used when creating flight videos. All the transitions in our YouTube video were done with X-Camera.
- Bezier Curve Transitions:
Bezier curve transitions allows you to define a transition between three or more adjacent cameras in a category. This capability, in conjunction with the auto advance feature, allows you define fairly sophisticated animations that have an ultra smooth movement between the curve control points.

X-Camera can create unique orbit and fly-by camera sequences by providing a few key parameters
- Airport Cameras:
You can define a set of free cameras associated with an airport. You can create up to 2,000 cameras per airport. X-Camera can also automatically populate airport cameras by reading the airport scenery files and creating cameras at runways, starting locations, taxiway signs, and airport viewpoints. You can map a joystick button to quickly switch between your aircraft camera set and the nearest camera at the nearest airport.
- Target Following Cameras:
Targets are locations defined by a latitude, longitude, and elevation in meters. Target following cameras are a special type of external camera that is attached to your plane and it has the ability to track a selected target. You can also view the target reciprocal which as a view from the target back to you plane.
