FS2004 Black Widow Sailing Yacht. The model was made in GMAX.
This is very close copy of the Wally 55 real sailing yacht.
The model has switch to set full sail and to lower sail.
The boat has balanced to sailing with 16-18 knots of power wind.
Moving parts: windows, back flap, rudders, ropes, sails, flag. Model has
Real teak wood deck with bumping map. Virtual cockpit with full functional
switches and real gauges, like wind indicator - Windman 2000 and marine compass.

File Description:
All new gmax 1.2 airframe, .xml instruments, .cfg & .air files of this civilianised military communications & training aircraft of the WWII period. This particular aircraft was owned & maintained by my father for 18 years & in which he competed in many UK air races (hence the number 65 on the rudder) with me as 'navigator'.
All controls & instruments are available in both 2D & Virtual Cockpits.
Aerobatics are possible in the simulation, although they were forbidden in the real thing because of strength considerations.

This is the Greenbrier Virtual Aviation helicopter livery for the wonderful Gmax® Bell 206B III JetRanger. It requires the original helicopter "B206B3.zip" by Owen Hewitt found here on avsim. Although not necessary for my repaint, I also suggest you download Rob Barendregt file called "rcbhhc22.zip" for VTOL control, and Detlev Arwe file called "Bell206B_Heatshimmer3.zip" for an awesome heat shimmer effect. Based on the Kittyhawk Productions B737-800 model which includes full moving parts, dynamic shine, custom lighting, scratch-built visual model using the latest technology from Gmax, custom textures. All new never been flown before flight dynamics, tested by a 737 rated commercial pilot.
This file is an easy executable setup including effects. Model and original textures by Erick Cantu. Flight Dynamics (FDE) by Shawn Anderson. Repaint in older KLM/Northwest colors before it became Skyteam by Sean Kneppers.

Reg_ID: C-GABI. This is the default MS Dash8 modified and remapped in Gmax for proper texture orientation and includes a new Flight Model, HTML Check / Ref lists and new Master Textures with reflections and new night mapping. Should work in FS2002 Pro also. We at PAD were dissapointed at seeing nice repaints of the default Dash8 repainted with only one good full texture side. That is now history.

Welcome to Alexandra,a small general aviation airport 2 nautical miles north-north-west of the small town of Alexandra.
The airport is home to the Central Otago Flying Club, and is also home to a number of GA aircraft and gliders.
Alexandra is located in the Central Otago region of the South island of New Zealand.
The scenery includes a GMAX photoreal Terminal/Flying Club building (textures included). Requires some EZ Scenery Object sets (see INSTALL instructions for details).

File Description:
Scenery for Gallatin Field in Bozeman, Montana. Scenery was created for FS9, but should work in FSX. It was created completely in Gmax and separately compiled, so no other libraries are needed. Also included is a landclass file to create the town of Belgrade immediately southwest of the airport, which didn't even exist in the default scenery. Landclass was also updated to change the areas north of the airport to it's actual agricultural use rather than the small forests depicted in the default.
