Now here is a most unusual file for you.... While one of the great pleasures of Flightsim is a bottomless wallet, For those wanting to fly charter and “keep it reasonable” and realistic, I found three websites that may help - I am sure there must be more.
The first, Controller provides an extensive listing of not only aircraft for sale... but also Aircraft for lease and charter (you’ll be able to determine just how much to charge your passengers. Tupolev Tu-22 Belaja (NATO-code 'Blinder') for AI Traffic. This is an excellent addition to your retro military AI world, a classic Cold War medium bomber. A very mean, sleek design, but not always kind to its crews, with over 70 of roughly 350 production aircraft lost in accidents. This aircraft saw extensive combat in the 70s and 80s, in North Africa, the Middle East, and Southwest Asia. The Blinder also found work as a high-speed recce and electronic warfare platform. This is a complete aircraft package, with with two LOD6 model options and four serials (two -PD and two -RD) from the 341st TbAP (Heavy Bomber Regiment), home-based at Machluschi AB, Minsk; the regiment saw combat service in Afghanistan in the 1980s. This initial release only uses the RD model, but subsequent repaints will use both -R and -RD models. A multi-layer PSP paint kit is also included. Aircraft model by Sergey Bunevich, flight dynamics by Sergey Ivanov, Anglo-Russian diplomacy and Cyrillic spelling lessons by Rysiek Winauer, master textures, repaints, and paint kit by Michael Pearson.

Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-23 Flogger (Part 5). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model and texture package for this classic (and still-serving) Russian multi-role fighter. The MiG-23, with just over 5,000 built, was Russia's first production of a true multi-role aircraft with a beyond-visual-range air superiority role as its primary function. The aircraft was arguably the direct counterpart of the F-4 Phantom, although it carried about half of the ordnance load. Nevertheless, in capable hands and late versions, the Flogger has been and is a very potent adversary; having served in multiple conflicts in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. The MiG-23 entered service in 1970, was eventually operated by 43 countries, and is still in service in 14 of them. An original 8-LOD model brings this aircraft to the flightsim world. This package contains the MiG-23BN ground attack variant; with 10 models and 62 repaints. Original aircraft model, afterburner effects, flight dynamics, and textures by Michael Pearson. Douglas DC-7 for AI Traffic. The DC-7 propliner was designed for long-range commercial transport, being one of the first aircraft to utilize the polar routes from Europe to North America. Although the DC-7 was a very advanced aircraft for its time of production, it was produced at the cusp of the commercial jetliner age and was quickly eclipsed by a new generation of air travel. Subsequently the DC-7 was not as commercially successful as its predecessors, and only a handful remain in the cargo and aerial firefighting roles. In conjunction with Jake Burrus, I present an 8-LOD AI traffic model to bring this classic transport aircraft to the flightsim world. This package includes 14 models, 40 repaints, and a Photoshop paint kit. The paints in this package focus on DC-7 use from the 1970s to present day, with a few vintage paints thrown in. Aircraft model and master textures by Jake Burrus and Michael Pearson, flight dynamics and repaints by Michael Pearson.

JetBlue Airways, the official airline sponsor of the Boston Red Sox, unveiled this A320-232 bearing the Boston Red Sox logos and became the first commercial aircraft to officially wear a Major League Baseball uniform/logo. Here's a description taken from JetBlue's press release regarding the details included on this aircraft; "this special A320 trades its signature JetBlue branding for a gray paint scheme inspired by the classic Red Sox road uniforms complete with blue wing fences with the Red Sox 'B'and a gray tail featuring the team's iconic dangling red socks. The aircraft also includes a banner (below the pilot's windows) commemorating Fenway Park's 100th anniversary alongside the JetBlue and Red Sox logos." I hope all you MLB fans and Boston Red Sox fans enjoy flying this wonderful aircraft as much as I did creating it. Repainted textures in this package are 32-bit with no mipmaps for best clarity and quality. This is a complete install package. The Project Airbus A320 V2.1 model and air files are included. Uses default 737-400 panel and sounds. Please see Readme.txt for more details.

Indian Air Force Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-27 Bahadur. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model and texture package for this classic (and still-serving) Russian multi-role fighter. The MiG-27, with just under 1,100 built, was a follow-on production variant of the MiG-23BN ground-attack version. The Flogger-D (and later -J), nicknamed the "Crocodile" for its flattened nose, was and still is a dedicated close air support and short-range strike/interdiction aircraft, comparable to the SEPECAT Jaguar. The MIG-27 has served in multiple conflicts in Europe and Asia. The MiG-27 entered service in 1975, was eventually operated by 5 countries, and is still in service in 3 of them. An original 8-LOD model brings this aircraft to the flightsim world. This package contains the MiG-2UB Flogger-C and HAL-assembled MiG-27M/ML Bahadur in a current-use stand-alone AI model/repaint package; with 16 models and 122 repaints. c/n 10144. Ordered new by Ansett-ANA for Airlines of N.S.W. and delivered 20 February 1960. Sold to Comair in November 1976. Leased to Royal Swazi Air and Air Lesotho between November 1981 and October 1985. Withdrawn from service on 30 June 1993 and broken up in 1998 after being used as a cabin crew trainer. c/n 10264. Ordered new by Ansett-ANA and delivered 9 December 1964. Sold to Comair 26 November 1980 and registered as ZS-KVJ. Withdrawn from service 30 October 1997 and used by Johannesburg Airport fire services. Broken up in December 2001. c/n 10227.Delivered new to All Nipon Airways on 31 May 1963. Also used by Air Polynesie, Touraine Air Transport and British Midland December 1983. Purchased by Comair and registered as ZS-LMZ. Sold to Amazone Linhas Aereas 21 May 1999. | Anaktuvuk PAKP Runway and Taxiway Lighting in Alaska |

Anaktuvuk is in Alaska, and this posting adds proper runway and taxiway lighting to the scenery, as shown in the screenshots. There will be runway and taxiway lights visible during the day and at night there will be lit lights that properly illuminate the runway for landing, and at a lower level of brightness the taxiways. Put the bgl's into the existing scenery folder of your previous Anaktuvuk PAKP installation and say yes to replace the existing bgl's that have the same names. Instal the Library objects once and for all by placing the CONTENTS of the Lighting Library scenery folder in your static objects scenery folder and the CONTENTS of the texture folder in the static objects texture folder (which is how I install scenery objects libraries). Alternatively, put them in the scenery and texture folders of your Add on scenery folder, or even in the main scenery and texture folders. They just have to be in related scenery and texture folders that are always active when FS9 is running. If you do all this and there are no textures to the lights then put the library textures into the Anaktuvuk texture folder too; FS9 has done some strange things while I was making scenery so I would never rule out a possibility.
There will be further retro upgrades to other recent scenery that was posted with temporary lighting. Say thank you to Greg Putz for making the lighting.
