File Description:
FS2004 Douglas DC-4 and C-54 V3.01. This base package includes 24 colour schemes covering the period 1942-2006, including Pan American, USAAF, SAS, Loftleidir, Buffalo Airways and many others. Version 3.0 model for FS2004, with improved flight dynamics, more accurate model and more details in the virtual cockpit. Model by Jens B. Kristensen. For FS2004 only, FSX users should download DC4_V30X.zip instead. First release had a texture error, this is corrected here.

FS2004 Short Hythe. The Short Hythe was a civil conversion of the Short Sunderland III patrol flying boat of WW2 fame. A number of Sunderlands served BOAC from 1943, and 22 of them were converted to proper airliners in 1946. Many of them were taken over by Aquila Airways in 1948-49, and served into the 1950's. File Description:
FS2004 Pan American Fokker F.VIIb/3m. Pan American had five Fokker FVII trimotors, and flew them connecting Key West (Florida) with Havana and Miami. The Fokker FVII trimotor was of the most succesful airliners of 1925-1935.

| Qantas Airways Douglas DC-4-1009 |

File Description:
This is a repaint (textures only) of Jens Kristensen's fine DC-4. You must have Jens' DC-4/C-54 to use these textures. The original aircraft (dc4_v10.zip) is available at www.Avsim.com and www.Flightsim.com. This represents Qantas Airways DC-4-1009 VH-EBL as it would have appeared in 1954. It was not a converted C-54B but a post-war DC-4-1009. It was originally delivered to Trans Australia Airlines in 1946, sold to British Commonwealth Pacific Airlines in 1948 and purchased by Qantas in 1949. It was later sold to Ansett-ANA in 1961.

File Description:
This is repaint of Japan Air Transport Co. Fokker VIIb.3m for Jens B. Kristensen's Fokker FVIIb.3m. Japan Air Transport, which is fore-runner of Imperial Japan Airways (ended service in 1945) and Japan Air Lines (started service in 1950s), operated Several Fokker VIIbs from 1930s and 1940s. During 30s it was used in Domestic service in Japanese islands and connection flights between Korean Peninsula and Manchuria. During the 1940s it was used for short haul routes in Japanese islands and Korean Peninsula. You'll need Jens B. Kristensen's Fokker FVIIb.3m to use this repaint.

File Description:
The Armstrong Whitworth AW.27 Ensign was the last large British civil landplane before the war. This file features the re-engined second production series (Mk2) in a superb GMax redition with all the mod-cons. Fully compatible with both FS2002 and FS2004-ACOF. Along with the visual model comes the first post-war paint of BOAC, shown on G-ADST 'Elsinore' (c/n AW1158), circa 1945. Further paints will be published separately, so be on the lookout. Panel (by Dave Haskell and Jens Kristensen), sound (by Aaron Swindle), and accurate flight dynamics (by Jens Kristensen) are included.

| Sabena (Circa 1960) Douglas DC-6 |

File Description:
The first European operator of the Douglas DC-6 was the Belgian airline Sabena. The first of five DC-6s, which was registered OO-AWA (see Jens B. Kristensen's FS2004 Douglas DC-6 (dc6_v20.zip), was delivered on 15 July 1947. It was introduced on the Brussels-New York service in August 1947. Of course the DC-6s also operated on the Brussels-Leopoldville (now Kinshasa) route, the "lifeline" to the former Belgian colony Congo. From 1953 on they were joined by nine slightly larger DC-6Bs and one DC-6A. Except for OO-AWB which crashed in 1955, the "short" DC-6 had a remarkably long career with Sabena, incl. being leased to Air Congo. The last example was sold in 1965. Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.
