I created it for my own use when i was re-creating RNAS HMS Nuthatch which was a Naval Airstation near Anthorn on the Solway Coast in Cumberland (now Cumbria), United Kingdom.

Hal Far Float Base is a large facility located just to the Southeast of Hal Far Royal Naval Air Station, Malta, circa WWII. The base is entirely ficticious. Aerosoft's "Islands of Malta" is required for this scenery to work. Default scenery places this floatbase entirely on land. See also O. Morris' "hal_far_v2.zip"

It features all new runway, taxiways, ramps, flight line and school infrastructure, fire station, POL facility, radio ranges, water towers (with beacon), access roads, signage, marina, enhanced terrain masks (combat golf!), and parking (including hangar parking) for 33 aircraft.

| NASA Dryden Alphsim's Vigilante |

File Description:
Textures for Navy aircraft 147858 used by NASA's Dryden Flight Test Facility in December1962. The Center flew the aircraft to determine the let-down and approach conditions of a supersonic transport flying into a dense air traffic network. It was returned to the US Navy in December 1963. Original aircraft required from Alphasim.
