FS2004/FSX Edelweiss Airbus A350-900. This is a repaint on TDS A350-900 in the Edelweiss Air new livery and their first A350-900, registration OE-LHF. The repaint has some custom textures including custom passenger entry, custom fan blades, custom Michelin Air-X tires. Textures only - includes standard 1024x1024 32bit and PBR dds. You will need to add to your existing TDS A350-900 G1 model. Repaint by Phillip Hughes. Grande Prairie is at 2,195 feet asl, 65 miles southeast of Dawsons Creek, 90 miles southwest of Peace River and around 60 miles east of the Rockies. The town has a population of 55,000 and growing. The airport is just to the west of the town and was originally a military base, built during WW2. The two runways are 07-25 and 11-29 and when one is the active runway then the other is used as a taxiway. AI in FS9 doesn't like this, and just stops at the first hold short without ever reaching the active runway. I have found a way to overcome this and AI will now use taxiway A and whichever runway is inactive to feed to and from both ends of the active runway. The vertical red tanks are for de-icing fluid; de-icing is carried out before take-off in the winter. The industrial area to the southeast is now larger than I have made it, but I kept it to this minimum size to keep frame rates down. All the buildings are modeled specifically for CYQU. The AI includes Westjet, Air Canada Jazz, and others as listed. The GA AI uses only FS9 standard aircraft.

| Komakuk Beach & Storm Hills DEW sites in Yukon and Northwest Territories, Canada |

These are DEW line sites in northern mainland Canada, to the west of Tuktoyaktuk.
Komakuk Beach CWKB is not included in FS9 and is in the Yukon, only 20 miles from the Alaska border. It is, as the name suggests, close to the sea, and the gravel runway 3,600' by 125' has its western end almost on the beach.
There is no lighting and no signage and the airfield is officially listed as closed, but in fact is used during the annual maintenance and refuelling of the automated NWS (North Warning Station) close by and for any unscheduled servicing. This replaced the previous much older DEW station that was manned year round and had a lot more buildings.
Storm Hills CWSH is in the Northwest Territories, 43 miles south-southwest of Tuktoyaktuk, up on higher land at 810 feet ASL. The NWS (there was no previous DEW station at this site) is serviced by helicopter from Tuktoyaktuk and has a gravel landing pad on the north side of the station. It will show on a gps and it is 5 miles west of the distinctively shaped and large Parsons Lake. This too was not in FS9.
