Moody Air Force Base

File Description:
Using GOOGLE EARTH, I've recreated Moody AFB for FS9. The scenery is all Rwy12 objects so you will need to download and install the libraries listed below (from RWY12.Com or Avsim.Com). Because there are two zones for arming/disarming and hot cargo, I've modified those parking spots as HOT. Training Aircraft and Helo parking were set up as MIL COMBAT. (See AFCAD2_KVAD_Parking.jpg) Parking: MIL COMBAT: 24 T37 T6, 29 T38 T1, 8 UH60 HH60, 11 HOT; MIL CARGO: 8 C-130, 6 HOT. Ramp lighting modified for FS9.

KEUG - Eugene Mahlon 2006

File Description:
Based on FAA charts and the KEUG airport diagram, sectional chart, and satellite imagery, gives KEUG an overhaul from the default FS9 scenery. Features include: useable 16L/34R without autogen, powerlines, or roads passing through the runway and taxiways, active LOC/DME for 16L, re-worked taxiways, aprons, and taxiway signs, relocated terminal, new tower, completely re-done MSFS GPS/AI approach procedures, and updated parking codes and locations. Designed with low-framerate computers in mind. See the readme for complete changes and known limitations due to FS9.

A Pair of Flights with the Christen Eagle

File Description:
Here's a pair of flights to practice your formation flying using Matthias Neusinger's flight recording addon for FS9. Get it here: http://www.neusinger.net/recorder The recorder enables you to record a flight and fly as "number two" in playback so that you can practice formation flying and aerobatics. Just unzip these files into your FS9 "Flights" directory and use the recorder's playback function. You can either fly along or simply enjoy the ride. You'd do best if you have the Lago "Emma Field" installed, if not, the take off and landing may be rough ;)

CVB2 Voisey's Bay Airstrip, Newfoundland

File Description:
Simple scenery for the new private airstrip of the Voisey's Bay Nickel Company Ltd., who are mining the massive nickel resources recently discovered in the region between Anaktalak Bay and Voisey's Bay, Newfoundland, about 20 miles southwest of Nain. Scenery includes the airstrip with Afcad2 file (AI ready), the surrounding lakes and ponds, and a very basic rendition of the concentrator facility on Camp Pond, made with default FS9 buildings and landclass. Built as a special request for Kevin Pardy and the guys at Premier Aircraft Design. Tested with default FS9 mesh and landclass only!

North American Winter Season replacement

File Description:
This scenery addon replaces the default "hard winter" texture coverage maps for North America. The maps determine, on a monthly basis, where snow-covered textures appear in Flight Sim 9. In general, there will be more snow in this replacement. Note that the coverage maps change about the 19th of each calendar month in FS9. Also because of the resolution of the maps in FS9, it is impossible to use this technique to correct small scenery areas, such as mountain peaks. This file extends and replaces my previous Blizzard-06! scenery.

File Description:
The 3.0 version is a much upgraded release from the previous 2.1 for FS9. Now is a FS9/FSX compatible model. Many 3D details and corrections have been made. A new and more resolution texturing were added. The panels, instruments and XML programming was improved, including a very limited but genuine Garmin 150 GPS. The dynamics suffer some changes that added more realism to flight performance. Engine sounds was changed, and many other issues takes minor changes too. Manual and documentation was fixed for this 3.0 version. For more details check reference files!

1935 - PAA S-42 - Miami to Rio de Janiero

File Description:
This FS2004 (FS9) flight replicates the route operated by Pan American Airways in 1935 between Miami and Rio de Janeiro. This was the flying equivalent of cruising aboard ship (albeit shorter), taking nine days to complete the trip, with overnight stops at selected hotels - or "modern airway inns", as PAA termed them. The aircraft used on this journey was the new Sikorsky S-42 - at time of completion it was the worlds biggest flying-boat. (A new FS9 model of the Sikorsky S-42 is available at www.flightsim.com. Look for George Diemer's s42nc822.zip)

Aeroproyecto Embraer EMB-110F

File Description:
This is a cargo version of the EMB-110 "Bandeirante". Normally this variant was not converted to cargo because exist variants of EMB-110 with cargo doors; this is an exception. This release do not need the previous 3.0 version (Passenger) installed in your FS9/X but, if you have it already installed this model will appear inside the same "Variation" menu as "Cargo version". A new wide screen panel was added as well as a Paint Kit compatible with the two versions. New check list was added too. For FS9/FSX.
