Texture Update 3 for Sidney Schwartz FS9 Scenery Objects

File Description:
This zip contains updated textures for the following object libraries: cooling tower ss, ez planters, ez-curbs, ez-fuel tanks, ez-sailplanes, lights ss v2, ez-skylaunch2. The purpose of these updated textures is to help prevent the dreaded scenery "blurries" when using my scenery objects in FS9. If you are not experiencing this problem, there's no point in downloading and installing them. These textures will overwrite your existing textures. They will not change the appearance of any of the scenery objects. Please see the readme file for more information.

New AFCAD for Bill Melichar's MMMX v2 FS9 scenery

File Description:
This AFCAD was created to be able to handle the superb AI traffic pack from Angel Salazar, AIMX07, which is also available on AVSIM. File name - aimx07_fs9.zip This is not ment to be 100% acurate to the real life airport but adds a new parking area next to the Cargo Terminal and various other extra spots. It also adds airline specific parking spots to the company hangers on the far side of the field and fixes a couple of minor faults with the previous version. You will need Bill Melichar's MMMX v2 FS9 scenery to use this.

Propeller Texture Pack for FS9 Prop Planes converted FSX

File Description:
Propeller texture 3-pack for FS2004 aircraft when used in FSX. Your choice of 2-blade, 3-blade, or 4-blade propeller textures. Subtle and as transparent as I could make them, these props will make many FS2004 airplanes more FSX friendly. Saved as 32 bit bitmaps, but easily converted via your DXTBMP program to DXT3 or even DDS textures. I've tested all these prop textures as 32 bit bitmaps, DXT3 bitmaps, and DDS (32 bit) textures in FSX SP2 and all work fine. Easy installation instructions. I offer these to the flight sim community as PUBLIC DOMAIN. Use them in any way that you please! No restrictions. An up-close screenshot is enclosed. By Tom Tiedman.

CYBL (2011) Version 2 for FS9, FSX and Prepar3D

File Description: CYBL (2011) portrays the Campbell River (British Columbia, Canada) Airport and surrounding area, including the BC Forest Service tanker base, as it appeared in late 2011. (Campbell River, a small city mid-way up the eastern shore of Vancouver Island, is the "salmon capital" of North America and the gateway to Desolation Sound - summer cruising grounds for thousands of yachts from across the Pacific Northwest. Hence, CYBL is host to a lot of visiting GA.) This add-on includes a selection of Custom AI and static aircraft painted to represent aircraft based or often seen at CYBL. CYBL has recently completed a major runway extension and terminal upgrade - both of which are reflected in CYBL (2011). CYBL (2011) is compatible with BC Roads (FS9 only), ORBX FTX USA Canada Pacific Northwest and both FS9 and FSX versions of Ultimate Terrain. Generally, this new version is visually identical to its predecessor - even though quite different internally. As well, to the extent possible, it is compatible with Prepar3Dv2. (v2.03 fixes a vehicle texture issue in 2.02)

CYQQ (2010) Version 2 for FS9, FSX and Prepar3D

File Description: CYQQ (2010) portrays Canadian Forces Base Comox (Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada) (CYQQ), the Comox Valley Air Terminal and surrounding area. It is fully compatible with Ultimate Terrain Canada/Alaska for FS2004, Ultimate Terrain X - Canada for FSX and ORBX's FTX NA Blue. CYQQ (2010) includes over 100 "hand-crafted" buildings and other structures and 10 different vintage aircraft on static display, as well as aircraft and traffic files for a realistic AI scenario that causes a variety of military aircraft that come and go. (Use BC Regional AI - also available from this file library - for scheduled traffic.) Civilian AI is now routed so as not to transit military aprons. Aside from the new approach lighting, generally, this new version is visually identical to its predecessor - even though quite different internally. As well, to the extent possible, it is compatible with Prepar3Dv2.

CYDF Deer Lake Regional Airport for Newfoundland & Labrador FS9

File Description: This scenery is a very accurate freeware version of Deer Lake Regional airport and sorounding area, on the west coast of the island of Newfoundland. Designed to suit a variaty of computers, there is a setup for everyone. There is something here for Heli, Bush, Low and slow right up to the IFR hight in the sky fliers. Two solid years went into this scenery to try to capture as much detail as possible. I really hope you enjoy it as much as Flight Ontario enjoyed working on it.

File Description: CYXX (2012) portrays the Abbotsford (British Columbia, Canada) Airport - home of the Abbotsford Air Show - and surrounding area as it appeared in late 2012. Abbotsford lies just east of Vancouver and only a short distance north of the US border. CYXX is home to Conair Aviation (a large operator of forest fire-fighting air-tankers), Cascade Aerospace (a major aircraft maintenance operation) and several helicopter training, service and operations facilities.) The recently completed major runway and taxiway extensions are reflected in CYXX (2012). File Description: TCAS (traffic collision avoidance system) shows aircraft in the vicinity of your own aircraft and warns when other aircraft are in close proximity or when they their projected paths cross your path within 40 seconds.
