Red-Brown Night Texture Fix

File Description:
This package replaces 99 of the "LM" night ground textures found in the "Flight Simulator 9/Scenery/World/texture" folder with ones that have been "slightly" darkened. These files retain the correct "street" lighting while losing the red/brown "ground glow" found particularly in the farm textures. The result is a nighttime texture that blends seamlessly with the rest of the FS textures and provides a more realistic night environment. This package also works very well in combination with the FSGenesis US National Landclass Project.

New Landing Ligths texture

File Description:
This is a replacement for the default landing ligts. I try to make it as real as it gets and I have used about 20 photos as reference. This textures will show in almost all planes no matter what size it is. It's a litlle difficult because FS use only one bmp to show lights in all aircraft, and the way it uses is a little weird. But as you will see in the shots the result is much better tham the default ones.

I started this model around a year ago but quit working on it for some time due to trouble I had with the control wires. They do so many loops and curves that it was just impossible to animate them. I started on it again a few weeks ago and just removed the control wires. I decided to send it out as is and hope no one minded the lack of control wires. Continental & TWA Liveries McDonnell Douglas MD-83

File Description:
This is a repainted version of a McDonnell-Douglas MD-83 in fictional TWA & Continental Airlines Liveries for FS 2004. All textures have been meticulously repainted and saved using 32-Bit format with Aplha Channels which allows for a highly detailed paint scheme with fabulous textures. Model includes sounds, 2D panel (No VC), animated control surfaces, engine smoke effects (I Key), high altitude contrails (at temperatures below -27C), opening passenger door (Shift+E) and opening cargo door (Shift+E+2). Panel is an excellent lights version.

North American P-51D 339th FG (6N-O) "Arrow Head"

File Description: This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang (with AccuSim), in the colors of P-51D-15-NA 44-14776 6N-O "Arrow Head" flew with the 505th FS, 339th FG from Fowlmere in the UK, with Lt. Henry E Girzi Jr as its regular pilot. This a/c was lost on 6 February 1945 with Lt. Kessler O Thomas being KIA while returning from a mission when he crashlanded at Nuthampstead due to bad weather conditions. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

Republic P-47D-25 405th FG (2Z-T) "Tallahassee Lassie"

File Description: This folder contains a repaint for the P_47D-25 Bubbletop by Aeroplane Heaven, in the colors of P-47D-30-RA 44-33133 2Z-T "Tallahassee Lassie" as flown by Major Ralph Jenkins of the 510th FS, 405th FG. A Seatlle native, he named his aircraft after his wife, who was from Tallahassee. P-47D-40 45-49406 is currently painted in these colors and flying with the Flying Heritage Collection as N7159Z. I've applied this registration as well. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Aeroplane Heaven.
