Depicted in its former paintscheme as RNLAF Spitfire H-15.Entered service 15-04-1944 with 302Sqn.Transferred to 329Sqn 15-06-1944 with code 5A-K.Joined 165Sqn 30-08-1944 as SK-M.Sold to the RNLAF 25-09-1946 and given the code H-15.16-03-1950 saw another change with the aircraft being painted in the silver paintscheme.Spent some time as a "gate guard"at Eindhoven Air Base ( on a pole ).Has now been restored to flying condition by it's owner R Thompson in Houston Texas with American reg N959RT.Since 2005 repainted in it's original colours and reg of 329 Sqn.5A-K will be available in the near future .This information was made available by Pieter Jutte at his site www.strijdbewijs.nl,for further information on all Dutch Spitfires is his site worth a visit.

The ARX-6 is a single-place Formula One pylon racing aircraft and is built to the specs of the International Formula 1 Air Racing association. Like all Formula One race planes, it is built around the Continental O-200. This is the same 100hp engine that barely powers a Cessna 150 to 100kts but on the small extremely lightweight and aerodynamic airframes of formula one racers the top aircraft can push 300mph. With very few instruments, and less than average ground handling, Formula One aircraft are very clean "no frills" machines that serve only one purpose - flying low, flying fast, and turning left. This all-new package created specifically for FSX includes 14 different schemes, custom sounds and panel. Aircraft and panel by Jason L. Terry. Sounds by Joseph Thompson. Bell P-400 Airacobra Mk.I Unit: 67th FS, 347th FG, USAAF Serial: 12 (BW156). Ex RAF Airacobra Mk.I of 67th FS/347th FG basing at Henderson Field on Guadalcanal in 1942. These machines, remarked as P-400 by USAAF, retained their British serial numbers and camouflage: dark green, dark earth and sky. Complete Texture Folder, with Damage Files included. Enjoy!
