METAR/TAF DECODER - English version

File Description:
METAR/TAF DECODER is a script which replaces the default keyboard shortcuts page of the FS 2004 kneeboard and provides real world METAR and TAF information inside Flight Simulator. The script connects to the main METAR/TAF web application which can be found at http://metar.hvaip.net

- METAR/TAF reports for all airports decoded in plain english/greek
- Runway information including suggestion for active runway based on surface winds
- Crosswind component calculation for landing/take off

Polikhnitos

File Description:
The default Polikhnitos airport isn't placed correctly and causes "plateaus" problems with high resolution mesh. A plateaus problems is when you have a default airport badly placed and mesh installed that has a higher resolution than the default mesh you will have airports at the bottom of a crater or on a "Ayers rock". This scenery fixes the problem and allows you to use meshes up to 38m. Not tested with higher resolution, I don't think meshes of 19m exist for that region.

University of Illinois Willard Champaign

File Description:
FS2004 Scenery-Willard Airport is one of only a handful of commercial airports in the country owned and operated by an educational institution. Willard Airport, often referred to by its FAA designation "CMI," was named for former University of Illinois president Arthur Cutts Willard. Formal dedication of the airport took place on October 26, 1945 with the first scheduled airline service in 1954. This scenery was created with FSDS2, Rwy12 and Lago's FSE. Textures, Modified AFCAD2 file and AI traffic file included.

Al Pelletier's Round Robins - AeroMexico

File Description:
Round Robin adventure: Aero Mexico’s regular passenger route in Central to Western Mexico. It was flown with Microsoft FS2000\FS2002\FS2004 but can be flown with any Flight Sim that has the required Airports and Navaids included in its own database. Being winter time up here in Canada, I thought of doing a little flying in a warmer climate. I vacationed many times in Puerto Vallarta. It is a great place and the Mexican people are the friendliest on the planet.

CaribbeanX AFCADs Version 020708 for FS-X

File Description:
The purpose of CaribbeanX AFCADs is to provide the user with working traffic in the Caribbean Region. I have only used the Caribbean Seaplanes scenery files by Chris Carel to set the backdrop for these files. (All are required) This project is a work in progress, so some airports have not been completed. Included in this version are 212 AFCAD files in various states of completion. Please refer to the included Excel file for information on the progress of each.

Caribbean Airlines Summer 2008 (Update)

File Description:
These are Summer 2008 Flightplans for Caribbean Airlines. The airline is the main Airline of Trinidad & Tobago. The former airline was the well known BWIA. The Hub of the Airline is the Piarco Int. Airport of Port of Spain. The Fleet consists of 12 aircrafts (737-800+DHC-8-300). I updated my file, because i make a mistake between the airports of Georgetown. The airline is now flying to Georgetown in Guyana and not to George Town at the Bahamas

Airbus Transport International (Beluga) Flightplans

File Description:
An attempt at representative flightplans for Airbus Transport International. They use five A300-600 Beluga Super Transporters to ferry aircraft parts around the various Airbus assembly plants in Europe. These plans have the five Beluga's flying a 24hr rotation taking in the following airports: Toulouse (LFBO), Hamburg (EDHI), Hawarden (EGNR), Getafe (LEGT), St Nazaire (LFRZ), Bremen (EDDW) and Naples (LIRN). This is my first attempt at flightplan writing and was inspired by the release of Rainer Mehlin's great AI Beluga.

California Central Coast, Revision 1

File Description:
This is revision #1 to California Central Coast Scenery for FSX (CCCFSX.ZIP) dated 4/25/08. There are several minor fixes and/or improvements to the 8 major airports in this scenery. This revision supersedes the CCCFSXF1.ZIP and CCCFSXF2.ZIP updates that had been previously uploaded to my web page. Anyone that may have downloaded and installed those updates can just install all of the files in this revision and will be up to date. Previous installation of cccfsx.zip is required.

Charlottetown Airport, (IATA: YYG, ICAO: CYYG), is located 3 NM (5.6 km; 3.5 mi) north of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. The airport is currently run by the Charlottetown Airport Authority, is owned by Transport Canada and forms part of the National Airports System. The airport is classified as an airport of entry by NAV CANADA and is staffed by the Canada Border Services Agency. CBSA officers at this airport currently can handle aircraft with no more than 60 passengers.
