File Description:
Air Anglia was founded on July 21, 1970, as an amalgamation of three companies, Norfolk Airways, Anglia Air Charter and Rig Air. The airline started life with one DC-3 (G-AMPZ) and no scheduled services. Soon after, the airline lodged application for its first scheduled service from Norwich to Edinburgh and Aberdeen. And, in October 1970, it announced its first service to the continent, linking Norwich with Rotterdam.
To co-incide with the increasing network, the airline acquired three more DC-3's, G-ANTD, G-AOBN and G-AGJV. In 1972, the first jet-prop Fokker F27 Friendship arrived, and gradually these faster and more sophisticated aircraft replaced the DC-3s. G-AOBN and G-AMPZ were the first to be sold, with G-AGJV soldiering on flying scheduled weekday cargo service from Aberdeen - Amsterdam - Norwich and return. G-ANTD was broken up for spares at Norwich.

| KLCI - Laconia Municipal Airport - Laconia, NH |

File Description:
Here is an improved version of the stock Laconia Municipal Airport. This airport had a lot of issues with
buildings on roads or in the water, boundary fences in the water, etc. I fixed those issues and adjusted and
added aprons,roads and taxiways to more closely match reality. I replaced most default buildings and added
additional buildings. I added the parking lot and static vehicles, aircraft, light poles, and other filler objects.
The runway at Laconia was lengthened in real life and I corrected the length in FSX. It was lengthened
primarily to accomodate biz jets of race teams and others attending the NASCAR events at nearby Loudon, NH.
Laconia Airport is located on scenic Lake Winnipesaukee and not far from Weirs Beach. Laconia hosts a
week-long motorcycle rally each June, usually a week after the Americade Rally in Lake George, NY.

| RAF Lasham Airfield |

File Description:
RAF Lasham opened in November 1942 as a Forward fighter airfield. It was situated 6 miles south east of Basingstoke in Hampshire. It was initally home to 38 Wing, Army Co-operation Command and was transferred to Fighter Command, in June 1943. The base became home to 175 Sqn flying Hurricanes and Typhoons, 181, 182 and 183 Sqns flying Typhoons, 412 and 602 Sqns with Spitfires. In August 1943 it was transferred to No 2 Group, Tactical AF, becoming home to 320 Sqn flying Mitchells, 107, 613 and 305 Sqns flying Mosquitoes. These squadrons were Heavily involved in Operations Overlord and Market Garden. In November 1944 Lasham was transfered to No 84 Group Support Unit and used for the training replacement aircrews. After the war it became a Group Disbandment Centre. and was fianlly home to 49 MU. and General Aircraft Ltd based servicing RAF Mosquitoes.

File Description:
Another airfield close to Highway 11, further south towards Lake Simcoe. Snowden Farm is a bit over five miles south of Huntsville and east of of highway 11. The grass runway 12/30 is just over 2,000 feel long and sandwiched between Penfold Lake to the north, and on the south side a large pond with a creek that connects to the much larger Mary Lake to the east. There is a hangar and a shed at the eastern end of the runway. There is one airfield scenery file, and two landclass files to provide the grassed area and the large pond and creek. I presume that the pond was just a little too small to register with Ultimate Terrain. The scenery might work without Ultimate Terrain but I haven't tested it, and for sure without it Penfold Lake and probably Mary Lake won't appear.

This is Ray Smith's 'fsx_yssy_rs.zip' file made for FSX. Ray has given me permission modify his file and make it available for Prepar3Dv4. This is a reasonably accurate version of YSSY to reflect todays situation with two optional files and made, one file with the Crosswind runway 7/25 activated where all 3 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one file as the default airport runway operation. The International Terminal has been redesigned and now includes night lighting, assigned parking as per their website for the Domestic terminal only, Intl parking spots are random with seven gates added for the A380, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, Marsh St and its Bridge added also included are Airport Drive and Link Rd, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt, lighted helipad with the area buildings and many other scenery improvements and objects added.

The AFCAD file of the airport is designed and updated exactly using the latest changes of Mehrabad which includes the following changes: 1.The complete change of Taxiway names and Taxiway signs; 2.Additional west parking space with 10 parking positions (APRON 4); 3.TWY 13 has been eliminated; 4.Apron names have been changed; 5.The position of Fire Fighting Station is changed (a new station is built); 6.All Parking positions are changed in names and headings. The 5th version of this Add-On for FSX approaches the reality with photo-realistic ground textures, accurate buildings, runways, taxiways and the official approaches with waypoints, localizers and glide paths. More than 1200 objects, 60 individual scenery-models, approx. 100 custom ground polygons and lines have been created. One big problem was to adopt the terrain mesh to fit the new airport. The actual state of January 2019 has been adapted to the scenery. Photorealistic ground textures have been reworked. High resolution textures you find at the aprons and the vehicle parking areas at the General Aviation and Business Terminals. Accurate Night Lighting and winter textures have been added. All buildings, Hangars and a lot of objects have been designed individually (no library objects). Even the taxiway and apron markings are hand-made. For P3D a different version can be downloaded. Works with VFR Germany and ORBX Northern Germany.
