File Description:
This airport update/custom AFCAD introduces the airport to the world of P3D. OMDW is the main alternate for Dubai airport (OMDB) and is used for limited passenger and cargo flights.
It features the main runway, 12/30, with an accurate position for RNAV approaches. Included in the scenery are most taxiways, aprons and gates. One noticeable addition is the EFTA runway (13/31) and its associated taxiways and apron.
The scenery has 2 runways, 63 gates and 5 helipads. Generally, the airport layout is accurate and the scenery gives you a feel for the place.

VARIG B747-400GE reg PP-PVH 1993 | 1994 operations, painstakingly created on PMDG B744 QOTSII v3 for P3Dv4 simulation.
This artwork is created with tremendous attention to details such as color codes and fonts, seals, stensils and flags, bringing true authenticity and fedelity to P3D sim community.
A very special Thanks to Samuel Aroca for his fantastic eye for details and historical facts about VARIG, and to Brian Thibodeaux for his incredible bare metal work and weathering effects portrayed on this artwork.

This package hosts DDS DXT5 textures, updated specular textures, custom night lighting with increased illumination and custom cockpit views. The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paint kit and features and includes

This paint features the first A319, HB-IPV, in Swissair livery.

MelJet Boeing 747-400 Version III FS2002 Version 3.0. This aircraft is a product of ten months of work and has been completely scratch rebuilt in GMax and is not based on previous versions. Main features are reflective textures; animated flexing wings; animated control surfaces; dynamic wing views; nosegear and maingear steering; animated passenger and cargo doors; animated tilting and compressing gear struts; compound slats; and a lot more. Procedures based on FAA Digital Aeronautical Information and published charts for Cycle 0613 (21Dec-18Jan). All turbojet arrivals, departures and approach procedures are included. Arrivals and departures are provide "as published" for use with ATC vectors, and they are enumerated for landing runway (STAR) or departure fix/route (SIDs) based on realistic tracks for those not using an ATC service. FAA Preferred Routes are included for departures and arrivals, and all information is included in the header of the text file for reference.
