This version supersedes version 2.1. Designed to fly Los Angeles-London and Paris-Tokyo in 20-plus hours non-stop, the Starliner flew with TWA, Air France, and Lufthansa.
New in v. 2.2: Modified flight dynamics to reflect full engine operation and manual leaning. Improved hardware mixture levers support. Optional advanced users configuration includes carb heat and fuel metering. Revised documentation offers printable checklists, cruise performance operating tables, and a tutorial on leaning with or without hardware mixture controls. Improved engine damage and failure effects. Status window includes color-coded engine diagnostics and warnings. Choice of new or classic style autopilot. Simicons invisible except on mouse hover. "Rotate" callout now precedes V2. Moveable pilot seats for improved panel views. Revised external night textures. Revised TWA fuselage texture.

After download remove the old version and reinstall this package and any liveries you might have had installed prior to this. Visual Model is complete with Flexing wings, Tilting bogies, Maintenance mode (gearbay, engines, radar-dome), Opening passenger doors, Opening cargo door, Dynamic shine, Working parts (flaps, gear, airbrakes, rudder, engine blades etc); a complete Virtual Cabin with 4 seat configurations and a complete Virtual Cockpit, and 2d panel. The Virtual Interior has an Inflight mode. Flight Model is 'payware quality' and was developed using real world A340 wind tunnel data, and in cooperation with Airbus Industrie and real world A340 Pilots.

FSX Mesh South America Project:
This terrain mesh file is a part of a whole project covering all the Continent of South America and some islands, divided in tiles identified in a map by its column (letters) and rows (numbers).
Those files were multi-LOD compiled from 90m SRTM2 source data, reprocessed with 3DEM to remove voids and spikes, providing a 76.4m (LOD9) horizontal resolution topography intended for use only in FSX updated with SP1.
Although not well documented, to improve performance, the updated FSX loads DEM files in threads and only the closer terrain (about 5-10 NM from the point of view) is rendered in high detail, while at far distances FSX shows up its default low resolution mesh, when there is not a third part terrain mesh compiled in all others intermediate level of details (multi-LOD).

FSX, Flypad Gauge Version 2.0
This gauge has been developed on Win7 for FSX Flight Simulator SP2 or SP1.It should also work with Acceleration, but this is not guaranteed by the author. The gauge is a little extra addon based on the design of a smart phone and provides 9 different displays which are different from all of the standard gauge displays on a regular aircraft panel. It is mainly helpful for the user flying small propeller aircraft, and old timer aircraft.
However, the displays are as well attractive for sim pilots flying modern jet aircraft. Use it as if you just grabbed to your smart phone during a flight and check on the status of your aircraft, or how the terrain awareness situation looks like, how the AI traffic on the radar is, while you proceed with your flight plan. Enjoy the new design of a simple aircraft attitude display during an ILS approach. A new screen for LAT/LON coordination control and distance/bearing calculation has been added to this version in addition with a number of improvements.For credits look at the pdf documentation inside the zip file. Textures for Nemeth FSX AS 350 as Royal Australian Navy N22-017, Delivered 24/03/84. RAN Code: 27,864. Served with FFG02, HMAS Canberra Flight - dates unknown, but was still painted in blue/white scheme. Served aboard HMAS Success during and after Gulf War 1990. These aircraft were modified to take a 7.62mm machine gun in the cabin doorway. Callsign TAIPAN 64, was embarked in HMAS DARWIN during 1991 for that ship's 'DAMASK 3' deployment, shortly after the Gulf War. It was airborne at the time of the ship's engine fire and could not recover to the ship until the Flight Deck had been cleared of debris ejected through the funnel during the initial explosion in the ship's engine unit. Following recovery, the aircraft was refuelled and flew ship's engineering staff to Bahrain, returning with USN FFG Engine specialists. During the deployment 864 never missed a mission through unserviceability. An engine change was performed whilst alongside in Bahrain, and the aircraft passed the subsequent check test flight first time. Named 'Barney Gumble' in 1998. Onboard HMAS ANZAC during Operation WARDEN, East Timor 1999/2000 - however it hardly flew due to engine problems. In Service 723 Sqn RAN.

| Nomads Travel Club 1998 |

File Description:
Nomads Travel Club may be one of the most storied travel clubs in aviation history. Founded in 1961 and based in Detroit(DTW), where the airline had it's own terminal, Nomads Travel Club gave up to 10,000 adventurous members the opportunity to hop on aircraft for elaborate tours across the earth. Initially flying a DC-7C, the airline upgraded to a L-188 Electra, CV-990, 727-100, and finally 727-200 N727M in 1993 which served the club until it's demise in 2011. N727M has traveled to dozens of countries and hundreds of airports, and I was able to find good information about 2 tours flown in 1998 and represented them in these plans. The aircraft spends at least half a day at each destination except for YHZ which is just a Westbound refueling stop. As far as I could find, the airline had no callsign or codes, so I am guessing they used the registration as a callsign. There is a paint for the AIA 727-200 on Avsim as "aib722nomads.zip".Flightplans by Chasen Richardson, based on real tours flown in 1998. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. | ALM Antillean Airlines 1998 |

File Description:
In 1998, ALM was just 3 years from failure. The airline was operating 3 MD-82s and 4 DHC-8-300s mostly from CUR onwards to nearby nations as well as to ATL and MIA, while frequenting SXM as well. Now, I did the best I could, but this airlines schedule was a mess! It would often show the same flight number being flown at 3 or 4 different times on the same day with slight variation (as in LM810 CUR-BON leaving at 1505, 1510, and 1515 ALL on Friday, which is obviously an error). A very odd schedule. None the less, I was able to put it together with just 1 extra DHC-8-300 which is segregated if you don't wish to include it. The DHC-8s often turn in 10-15 minutes, and the MD-80s in 25-30, so the fleet keeps rather busy. TFS DHC-8-300 repaint by Christian Gold and Antoine Calleja\APG included.
