Tips and Tricks - Part 11. In this issue you will find an overview of AI Sound and how to enhance it, several other "How-To's", links to useful utilities and much, much more. A special feature this time is a little "perception" test you can try. As usual, I have attempted to include something of value for everyone, regardless of your experience level. This issue is packed with more information than usual as it will likely be the last issue for awhile as Summer is upon us.

Tips and Tricks - Part 13. This issue, the first of the Fall 2005 season, attempts to dispel the notion that you can become "bored" with FS2004. Numerous recommendations for new and different things to do and audition are included as well as the usual assortment of "How-To's", links to useful sites, and much, much more. A new feature is a "From the Mailbag" segment where we try to answer a question of general interest submitted by a reader. Updated indexes by John Burford in .xls (Excel) and .pdf formats for the entire series are included. There is also a group of BONUS files which I believe you will enjoy using. Tips and Tricks - Part 12 - Mid-Summer 2005 edition. I had not planned on another issue until the Fall but there are just too many good things to share so here we are again. In this issue you will find several valuable "How-To's", links to a number of useful sites, and much, much more. Of special interest is a section dealing with the RWY12 Object Placer program. Create and Install your own VFR Maps - A Tutorial. This tutorial will show you how to easily create and install your own Maps which can be displayed from the cockpit of any aircraft. This concept is especially useful when flying "Historic Flights" in aircraft that do not have many of the modern day instruments. This method of displaying maps can be adapted to virtually any flight scenerio and/or aircraft. A complete set of Maps for the "Hell Stretch" Historic Flight (in FS2004) is included along with suggested resources for finding your own Maps. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary folder and follow the instructions. Compiled in .doc and .pdf formats by Richard J. Parrish.
