File Description:
This is the second aicraft of the British Airline Dan-AIr. This airline went from these small beginings to a rival to British Airways within Europe. Their Compass Class service was excellent and whilst others were ofering croissant and coffe on the 35 minute Gatwick -Paris route, Dan-Air offered full meal service, newspapers, drinks and duty free service. No wonder British Airways bought them and removed much of the competition! A Much Loved Airline.

| 747SP Boeing Test and Rollout (Project Opensky) |

Repaint of the Project Opensky 747SP PBR Model in Boeings Test and Rollout colors. These are 32bit textures and for the PBR model for P3Dv4.5. Should work in P3Dv5 although I have not tested it. They will not display properly in FS2004, FSX or P3Dv1-3 as there is no alpha channel. The PBR model gives off enough reflection for realism. Many THANKS to Carl Lyndon Nepomuceno and his team for the PBR conversion of this model and THANKS Hiroshi Igami for allowing this project to happen!!! These are textures only. You must have the 747-SP PBR model in order to use these textures. Follow the README file for installation.

This is a PBR mod for the Vistaliners 727-100 and 200. I have not done the Freighter or ADV models as of yet. This is for P3Dv4.5 and up ONLY! Permission for this mod was granted by Erick Cantu and George Arana and re-worked from Georges FSX native model. YOU NEED TO HAVE THE FSX NATIVE MODELS BY GEORGE ARANA INSTALLED to use this. I have included four repaints I have made in both Continental and United for both the 100 and 200. See the READ ME file for installation.

Effectively an extension of my "Airstrips of Western Europe" project for FS2004, around 140 sceneries of small airfields in Scandinavia and the Baltic states, each enhanced with buildings, taxiways, parking spaces and aprons as appropriate, to further facilitate the generation of lightweight AI traffic in the area, without overloading the more major airfields.
Given the available comprehensive coverage of both Norway and Finland by other authors, and much of Denmark by myself in my earlier "Airstrips of North-West Europe" upload, this selection comprises mostly small Swedish and Baltic State airfields.
Unfortunately, due to the very nature of much of the area, some of these airstrips are just that, a grass/dirt runway on a flattened/mown area in the landscape with just an associated building or two. Nevertheless, they do perform the required function of providing sources for AI traffic. The very existence of those airstrips not included in FS2004 is referred to in various on-line databases.
Again, there's no photo-realism here, just a selection of basic 'generic' buildings, more or less accurately sized and placed to reflect the airfield layout as seen on on-line satellite imagery and aerial photography. These buildings have minimal effect on frame-rates, so are ideal for this kind of job. The airfields are aligned as well as possible with the roads etc. in UT Europe (where applicable) and the Genesis Europe mesh, but should mostly be fine in a default installation or other configuration.
