Etna volcano, 10,958 ft (3,340 m) high, is placed on the east coast of Sicily (South Italy). It is the highest active volcano in Europe. The airport of Catania fontanarossa (ICAO code LICC) is found inside the scenery.

The RAF has never to my knowledge operated a BT-67. This paint scheme is based on a real world C-47 Dakota (DC-3) G-AMPY now owned by Air Atlantique and based at Coventry airport, UK.
