This texture represents "Rhapsody in Red" one of the B-17G Flying Fortresses of the 91st Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. The 91th BG, one of the more famous groups in the Eighth Air Force. "The Ragged Irregulars" were based at Bassingbourn, England.
"Rhapsody in Red" Crew Members:1st Lt. Frank L. Adams, Pilot (0763887); 1st Lt. Monte B. Adams, Co-Pilot (0556018); 1st Lt. Harold W. Burts, Bombardier (0772936); 1st Lt. Elmer Gettis, Navigator (0712554). T/Sgt. Clifford M. Schultz, Radio Operator (36744080); T/Sgt. Vivian R. Chowning, Jr., Engineer (33634254); S/Sgt. Gerald L. Block, Waist Gunner (13085771); S/Sgt. Seymour B. Gold, Tail Gunner (32966976); S/Sgt. Joseph F. Sovina, Waist Gunner (33607095); S/Sgt. Roy Bertrand, Ball Turret Gunner (38488949). Rhapsody in Red completed 94 missions. Mr. Schultz believes that the members of this crew may have completed 35 missions. Her last sortie was also the 91st Bomb Group's last sortie on April 25, 1945. She returned to the U.S.A. on May 26, 1945. On November 28, 1945 she was sent to Kingman, Arizona.

The Airbus A380 is a doubledecker, four-engined airliner manufactured by Airbus S.A.S. It first flew on April 27, 2005 from Toulouse, France. Commercial flights should begin in 2006 after 15 months of testing. During much of ist development, the aircraft was known as the Airbus A3XX. The A380 is now the largest passenger airliner, topping the Boeing 747, which was the largest for 35 years. However, the Antonov An-225 retains the record of being the world's largest commercial aircraft. The media has termed the A380 a "superjumbo", with some comparing it to Howard Hughes's Spruce Goose. The first A380 prototype was unveiled during a ceremony in Toulouse, France, on January 18, 2005. Its manufacturer's serial number is 001, and is registered as F-WWOW. The new Airbus will initially be sold in two versions: the A380-800, carrying 555 passengers in a three-class configuration or up to 800 passengers in a single-class economy configuration. Expected range for the -800 model is 8,000 nautical miles (14,800 km). The second model, the A380-800F dedicated freighter, will carry 150 tons of cargo 5,600 miles (10,400 km). Airbus made the cockpit layout, procedures and handling characteristics similar to those of other Airbus aircraft to reduce crew training costs. The Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station is the American scientific research station on the high plateau of Antarctica. This station is located at the southernmost place on the Earth, the Geographic South Pole, at an elevation of 2,835 meters (9301 feet) above sea level.
Since the Amundsen-Scott Station is located at the South Pole, it is at the only place on the land surface of the Earth where the sun is continuously up for six months and then continuously down for six months. (The only other such place is at the North Pole, on the sea ice in the middle of the Arctic Ocean.) Thus, during each year, this station experiences one extremely long "day" and one extremely long "night". During the six-month "day", the angle of elevation of the Sun above the horizon varies continuously. The sun rises on the September equinox, reaches its maximum angle above the horizon on the summer solstice in the Southern Hemisphere, around 20 December, and sets on the March equinox.
During the six-month "night", it gets extremely cold at the South Pole, with air temperatures sometimes dropping below -73�°C (-100�°F). This is also the time of the year when blizzards, sometimes with gale-force winds, strike the Amundsen-Scott Station. The continuous period of darkness and dry atmosphere make the station an excellent place from which to make astronomical observations.
This file has the apron and characteristics of the airport the coordenates are placed as far south as FS allow it.

| Toulouse Blagnac (LFBO) v1 |

File Description:
This is an addon scenery for FSX of the Toulouse Blagnac Airport LFBO. It has been made using the excellent freeware tool Airport Design Editor for the layout. I have used Sketchup from Google and Model Converter X to design the buildings of the airport.
You will find all the terminals of LFBO and the control tower, as well as the Airbus facilities of the A380 Lagardere plant North East of LFBO, the A380 delivery center Henry Ziegler North West of LFBO, and some buildings of the Airbus facilities in Blagnac, West of LFBO. All buildings have photo textures, most of them taking with my camera, as I am working in the area. All buildings include night textures. You have two landing pads for helicopters like in reality South East of LFBO.
I used google earth for some items position, but the current view not being up to date, I used my knowledge of the area to correctly position the taxiways, parkings, gates and building position.
I used the FSX generic buildings for the other missing buildings, however they have the size and position which corresponds as far as possible to the position of the real buildings. The surroundings of the airport not being too realistic with Ultimate Terrain X or with FSX, I have modified the landclass of the surroundings to make them look more in accordance with reality. I have changed the parking assignment to make sure that the usual traffic will park on the parkings E, F D AB, V and U.

Royal Air Force Dassault Mirage IVK/S. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for Marcel Dassault's follow-on to the immensely successful Mirage III family. Built in 1959, this aircraft served for over 40 years in the roles of strategic nuclear deterrence and strategic reconnaisance. An original 7-LOD model pays homage to this aircraft in the flightsim world. This package is a speculative study, if you will, of the might-have-been progression of this aircraft. The RAF expressed interest in the Mirage IV in the 1960s, but re-engined with the Rolls-Royce Spey turbofan which powered their versions of the F-4 Phantom II. Additionally, exploration was made to use technology from the unsuccessful BAC TSR project for the RAF Mirage IV. This package represents two variants, the Mirage IVK, essentially the IVA with RR Spey engines; and the Mirage IVS, the more re-designed aircraft incorporating some of the BAC TSR technology. Ultimately, this proposed variant did not become reality. In addition to the RAF, Israel, India, and France expressed interest, so paints from all four countries are included. Loadouts are generous, covering heavy strategic bombing, electronic warfare, precision strike, and the original nuclear and recce configurations. In total, there are 32 models and 50 repaints in this package. Lastly, I am including layered Photoshop paint kits for all variants in this package. Original aircraft model, flight dynamics, some effects, and textures by Michael Pearson; tremendous amounts of help from Michael MacIntyre and Frank Safranek.
